The room was okay, great location and staff was friendly.

I like that it was really close to the subway and many delicious restaurants. The noise outside didn’t bother us at all. We actually slept pretty well!

The room wasn’t the cleanest. The carpet looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed, there was some gunk on the carpet here and there.

The hotel's location in a popular night life area and right next to a metro stop is ideal.

Come back for sure when in Seoul

The location is so perfect with many nearby restaurants and shops. The train station and airport bus stop are just in front of the door.

The air conditioning is not work properly.

Great hotel, average management

Location is amazing.

Nice hotel, but management poor- we had issues with noisy neighbours and the shift manager refused to intervene ruining a nights sleep

Halal near Hamilton

Location was great,close to halal eateries and also the station. Lots of shopping outlets all in walking distance.

위치가 깡패였던점 트리플 룸이였는데 방이 타 호텔 대비 넓었던것과 화장실이 깨끗했어요

이건 호텔측이 아닌 위치 특성상 소음이 취약한건 어쩔수없는것같아요 잠귀가 어두운편이라서 잘자긴 했는데 예민한 분들은 참고하셔야 할것같습니다

梨泰院駅からすぐのところにある点◎ バストイレ別ではないが濡れる距離ではない◎

チェックイン時ホテルについての説明が無かった。トイレットペーパーが準備されていなかった。壁が薄い為隣の部屋の話し声・クラブ等の騒音が聞こえてくる。

The hotel was amazing, the subway was close and right in the middle of Itaewon

you could hear the loud music from the street all night, it's right out to the party street in Itaewon, only minus about this hotel, if you aren't a party person or have been traveling a lot and are tired.

Overall a pleasant stay

We requested a quiet or less noisy room and the staff was very good and allocated a top floor room, and we were very grateful for that. Reception was helpful as well. Overall a totally recommended stay and I would choose this hotel again in the future

Solid value, fantastic location, everything worked as it should

Great location, friendly staff, everything worked as it should (good water pressure in the shower, air conditioning was not too warm/too cold, bed and pillows were soft (good sleep), wifi was strong.

My only (small) complaint is that the worn carpet in the room badly needs replacing.

Clean, spacious living & friendly staff

Great location - opposite Itaweon station. PB across road, great for ice coolers & smoothies. International food street runs parallel to main road. Kids had hotel breakfast & liked it. Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff were great- you can leave luggage & they helped with every request.

Pumpkin club basically in hotel and music does not stop until 5am!! I was on 8th floor above club. Ask to stay poolside if you want to sleep. Spa is not 24hrs- boys tried to use it a lunchtime and it was closed.

Amazing and comfortable

Amazing location! Especially for Muslim people who want plenty of halal options. Very loud at night on weekends though. Bed sheets a bit dirty. But all the necessaries are there.

Staff were friendly and helped me book taxis to venues. Excellent location!

There were no teaspoons for stirring our tea. It would be nice to have milk for the tea.

The reception ladies were not exactly trying to help. There was no smile, and if i hadn’t pushed to get what i asked for, they would have just ignored my requests. There was music all night long as it’s a party neighbourhood.
