Great location. Lots of space in the condo. Great facilities of pool and hot tub. The area was well kept by the condo assoc. condo itself needs a thorough cleaning g and too many personal items of owner and decorations. Basement room has an entire shelf of ornaments and no closet space for a tenant .

Nice location. Walked to restaurants, bars, boat rental. Grocery store short distance. Friendly staff. Friendly renters.

Nice condo and facilities especially hot tub and pool

Very clean and comfortable condo with great location directly on Marina .. Everything you need for comfortable stay .
4.7
The property was conveniently located and within walking distance to several restaurants and small shops.
Comfortable beds and ample room to spread out.
The dressing area between the main bedroom and bathroom allowed for ample space for a family.
A few more bathroom towels would be a suggestion, and their were no kitchen linens whatsover.
Over all, a delightful place for our winter getaway.

Great location

Enjoyed the property especially due to location and use of the pool and hot tub. From someone very familiar with Naples, we found this extremely great for getting around to our old favorite restaurants. The kitchen is a little tight and they could use better light for the living area as you have to depend on what is available from the dining area but the TVs were great - like being in a theatre. Great place tp stay.

Location is convenient to downtown and walking distance to restaurants. Roomy, with giant TV’s. The bad: lock downstairs at carport didn’t work, so couldn’t access unit directly from parking spot. Contacted owner, who said lock may need new battery, but never fixed. Unit quite dark, few lights. Also, unit smelled of cigarette smoke despite the “no smoking” policy. These are mostly minor complaints, but could easily be remedied.

The management company was very responsive. I'm a first time Naples visitor and had two teenagers travelling with me. So I was pleased to find the extra touches when we arrived..such as snacks (trail mix, microwave popcorn, hot chocolate packs, coffee Kcups), dish soap, laundry soap, papertowels, trash bags (extras in the trash can), beach towels, and even extra toilet paper. Location was centrally located to explore. The teenagers stayed in the King bedroom (because it actually has king and twin bed). I stayed in the lower level queen bedroom. I never got tired of watching the full window/wall view of the boats and palm trees in the marina on all levels - really quite nice. It's an end unit (bonus). Uber drivers were readily available any time of the day (including transportation from RSW airport). Laundry machines were located one flight upstairs directly above the unit, but make sure you have quarters ($2.00 wash, $1.50 dry). I love coffee, and there's a Keurig coffee maker in kitchen (didn't see that in the marketing materials). Within SHORT walking distance there's several boat excursions. We took 4 different boat tours (teenagers loved the boats) and recommend every one of them: (1) PURE FLORIDA "Double Sunshine" site seeing tour, (2) PURE FLORIDA "Naples Explorer" eco tour (great shelling opportunity), (3) MISS NAPLES catameran sunset cruise (fun for kids too), and (4) Wootens Everglade Boat Tour. Everglades tour was the only excursion that wasn't within short walking distance (recommend you drive there because according to Uber driver, they probably won't pick you back up - so we rented a car for the day at the nearby Budget rental car - also recommend you chose the "small" size airboat because the small airboat takes you to more areas). Fifth Avenue shopping is very close (2-3 blocks). Enjoyed "Clam Pass Park" beach which has a nice boardwalk to beach and food/bathrooms (we took Uber). Zoo is not too far away, and worth walking through (especially enjoyed the natural habitat for the monkey exhibits). My first time visit to Naples was a short trip, but we enjoyed the location and amenities of the property rental. I agree with previous reviews about the TV's...they're pretty awesome.

I slept in the downstairs (or first level) queen room. It's comfortable. VERY generous supply of bath and beach towels. There isn't a dresser or closet to hang your clothes (that I could find); however, there is a small 2 drawer bedside table, and a fold out hotel style luggage rack. I made it work. My biggest struggle was the wall unit air conditioner that made a lot of noise (only in the lower level - not a problem on main floor) - had to turn the TV sound up to hear, but not too loud that the neighbors would have concerns. Sometimes it was difficult to fall to sleep. Overall, the property management company was very response and pleasant to work with.

The condo was in a great location, with easy access to downtown Naples. The pool was very good and clean. During covid people were very observant of social distancing etc. The condo was adequate but really is in need of some updating in terms of bed linens and rather outdated shower facilities. Towels were nice and new. I would suggest they change the mattress pads with change of guests. Duvets with changeable covers are more hygienic. The kitchen was well supplied with plenty of crockery etc. The condo is in a very friendly Low level building with easy access and was very quiet.

Great location, close to everything, you must go to the Mercato, 5th Ave, Vanderbelt Beach.
Would definitely go back and stay at this condo again, and you must rent a pontoon boat right next to Tin City. Completed the trip.

We stayed a week and had a lot of fun with a bunch of fun places to visit near by. There is plenty to do within walking distance and lots more to see with a short drive. Highly recommend a boat ride! There is a rental company right next door. The neighbors we met at the pool were all really nice. The place could use a few small upgrades but overall it was a great place to stay.

We enjoyed our time here. The location is smack dab in the middle of so many walkable locations - the beach, restaurants, the harbor, etc. The host was helpful and went above and beyond by supplying us with welcome treats to make us feel at home. Would stay here again when we come back to Naples.

great location
It was exactly as in the photos. Great location, able to walk to bars and restaurants at Tin City and across the bridge.
Apartment was well equipped, enjoyed the tvs, lots of little extras.

Great Property!
Everything was great! The only thing I would recommend is that the cleaning crew do a better job of cleaning the tile flooring. Your feet or your white socks turn brown/black from walking on the tile. I’m sure it is just due for a deep clean. It didn’t look dirty. Everything else was very clean. The upstairs bed was very comfortable. Enough for my 30 week pregnant wife to say how well she slept.

Great place but needs a deck to outside

Good overall, but some concerns
This is a nice property, and Holly, the property manager, was very responsive to our needs. The unit is in a good location for what we needed. The televisions are very nice, although it would have been much better if there were instructions on how to use them. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, utensils, etc. Overall, there were some shortcomings. Namely, the lower bedroom has no closet, and there are no towel bars in its bathroom. There is no outside patio for the unit. The description online included "washer and dryer," which implied that they were in the unit. They weren't; they were coin-operated and located on another level in an unlocked room. Finally, there was only one bath towel, hand towel, and wash cloth for each occupant, which was insufficient for a week's rental.
4.7
Seduced by big TV
Arrived at dark; had not been provided a map of the 4-building complex, so difficult to locate unit without assistance of a local resident. Instructed to register vehicle at the office but not told where the office was located. Generally speaking, this rental was a feeble attempt to offer guests an at-home experience that failed. There were many sophisticated devices but no operating instructions. Other criticisms include: only 1 towel rack but dire admonitions to not hang wet towels anywhere else. There was no hot water in kitchen; no tongs; no sharp knives; no hot pads; but too many spatulas. No cross ventilation: all windows were screwed shut. 2 weenie beach towels, but 13 pillows in the closet. No luggage racks. Unable to light any BBQs. Code to pool bathroom not provided. Condo is directly under final approach to Naples municipal airport and extremely noisy. Flimsy drapes in main bedroom don't block light. The vanity area dimly lit: low wattage bulbs, one bulb missing and another unscrewed. The spiral staircase to the lower unit is almost impossible to use; you can't enter from the garage and haul luggage up that staircase. There is an elevator but at the other end of the building and we didn't know where it was located when we arrived since no map provided to us. The lower level room has a separate in wall A/C unit operated by remote control, but no instructions on how to operate it. The condo unit was cluttered with many of the owner's personal possessions that were obviously not for renter use and are a nuisance to avoid and maintain. The email instructions we received were inconsistent with those found in the binder in the unit.
We did enjoy visiting Naples, The location did work for us even though not in the middle of town. Did enjoy watching football on the big TV, but in the middle of the second game got a screen warning that the TV was going to shut down. Had to figure out how to prevent that with no operating instructions, which pretty much typifies our experience.

Best location in naples
The condo is clean and modern and the access to town is wonderful. We were there for a reunion of old friends and knew adult beverages would be involved. Didn’t rent a car and could walk or Lyft to all Naples has to offer.
The spiral staircase in the unit might not be the best for kids but there is plenty of access to the unit via elevator or stairs.

I loved this! Area and condo were beautiful and so much more then expected!!
Perfect location and beautiful accommodations. I couldn't have been happier!!

Top Notch
Do not hesitate to book! Walking distance to shopping and restaurants, 5 minute drive to the beach. Nice comfortable beds, very clean! TV’s and surround sound was amazing, made the rainy nights feel like you were at the theater. The iron spiral staircase to the bottom floor bedroom was only concern having small children, but the sliding door to that area helped ease our worries! Would most definitely book again.

Great stay!
The place is awesome and easy to check yourself in and out. It was clean and very spacious. Kitchen had everything that you would need. Loved the huge t.v.s and surround sound system. The view of the water and boats was so nice. We wished we stayed longer. Maybe next year!!
