We were in the second building very close to the Spanish steps and Spagna metro. Room fairly small but adequate.
Reception not there 24 hours.

Perfect location close to Spanish Steps area.
Without any noise or fuss

Location super comoda
La situazione dell’appartamento in se, molto rumoroso, si sentiva tutto dalle altre camere

The host was friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and spacious and the location was perfect to explore the beautiful city of Rome with many nice restaurants nearby.
We stayed in a separate location from the main hotel and although we were told this by email it would have been helpful if this other address was also on the hotel website.

The location of the hotel was great
Tritone manage half a dozen properties and we ended up in one in a different part of Rome close to the Spanish steps, which was not the one we booked

It was very close to everything. Just a shorty walk to all the monuments.
Could have used more towels. 4 people for 2 days and there were not enough. Also it was not advertised that the room would be away from the address provided because we need easily accessible locations.

Great location and in easy walking distance to main sites of Rome
Certain rooms are located not at the main property which wasn’t very clear when booking or in communications. It’s a completely different hotel. Clean but very old style furnishings and many stairs which makes it difficult with suitcases. Common in Europe but should be flagged in advance. Staff were also not super helpful when booking taxis for early departures and reception isn’t open all hours, which can be difficult for checking in and other requests

Location
it’s not a hotel , they just bought a few apartments here and there and pretend to be a hotel. there is no reception if you need to ask anything. room is tiny. building is just disgusting.

Awesome location, extremely clean, facilities were great with mini bar, nice view of the nice area from balcony. Was very close to our favourite place - Trevi Fountain.

There are some real positives to this room. It was a good size and very comfortable to sleep in. It was modern and appeared to have been recently renovated. The room was clean and serviced regularly.
The property looks to be a single property in the listing giving it the appearance that this is a single hotel. It is not. There are 8 different properties you may end up in any one of them and we were not at the Trevi fountain location like we understood we would be at. The only indication of this was that the message we received prior was to check in at a seperate location. The desk is not maned at all except when booking in which is why they want to know your arrival time. The room whilst modern did not have any usb ports to accommodate travellers from outside the EU. It also had an unpleasant sewerage smell in the bathroom first thing in the morning and when returning from a day out exploring. The room was LOUD. We were on the 4th floor (no lift) and it was like we were on a major highway all day and night. The windows are not double glazed and they let every noise into the room so sleep was a real challenge. This is not a property if you do not like unexpected surprises, if you expect there to be staff or if you think this is a hotel which it is not. There are zero facilities other than the room you will be in.

The location was amazing we didn’t have to use the buses or taxis as everything was within walking distance.
We really struggled to unlock both the interior and the exterior door as they were both really stiff and on one occasion had to call the hotel for help which was a concern when we were coming back at night . We didn’t sleep very well as the sofa bed was very uneven and the mattress in the bedroom was very firm .
When we arrived we were also asked to make a cash payment of 80 euros for tax and cleaning which was a surprise and I had to walk to the cash machine on our way to the apartment or I would not have been able to check in . Although she gave me a receipt and it didn’t increase the cost of my stay I found it very strange and unsettling.

I was expecting a nice view as the picture shown but ended up in the apt with no view and very dark alley and rooms

Nice location
1. Apartment was very cold and they LIED to us about heating, as they said AC is the only source of heat we can control, but one on the lower floor was broken. Eventually after 2 days of complaining to them and booking they've increased the amount of time that central heat is on.
2. They use the timer to disable central heating and save on their bill, while the room was so cold that we had to wear jackets inside.
3. There was a hole in the window letting cold air in which was closed on my request.
4. Windows and doors both let cold air come from outside.
5. Apartment actually doesn't have proper height for 2 layers and I hit my head in the ceiling few times.
6. They don't provide any maintenance or even throw the trash out during your stay, and we stayed 4 nights. Not to mention towels or sheets change.
7. Taking everything into consideration it's overpriced.
8. Mattress goes down in the middle and seems used out
Consider that we were traveling with a baby and even so they didn't want to increase the heat for us just to save money while the room is very pricey.

We did not enjoy our stay (0 stars). We were unable to contact the host via phone/email/ WhatsApp. The address that was listed on the advertisement is the actual location of our hotel room. Poor communication and false advertising.
This advertisement is false and misleading. When booking this hotel we planned our tours/ restaurants locations in close proximity. The address that was advertised was not where our room was located. We were unable to contact the hotel (via phone/ email/ booking.com) as they did not answer when we phone for multiple days. I will never book here again. I would like to request a refund.
