i had an excellent stay here ! Staff was attentive without being intrusive and were very helpful with my questions. the location is ideal with a full grocery store, cafe's and clubs nearby. and since i was there to tour the Xunantunich ruins the shuttle cabs to get there were just a short stroll away. Highly recommend these lodgings !

basic rooms not too far from town.

Everything was really nice.
The staff were really helpful and helped us arrange a tour.
It's not central but that means it's quiet and only a short walk from the centre of San Ignacio.
Free coffee was a bonus.
Good Aircon.
Nothing I didn't like ...

Friendliness of the staff.
Shower could have been slightly warmer...

The owners and staff are very helpful. The room looked like the pictures.
There was no window in the bathroom, consequently it smelt really strange.

Nice terrace and coffee all day long for free. The rooms are clean and WiFi is fast and stabile.
The rooms are very basic, a fridge, a bed, and a small sidetable. There are missing simply storage options. The light is ugly. The whole style of the room hurts ;) green walls, old brown doors, an old air con. Uncomfy and hard pillows. No access to the river anymore.

Lovely location, cute building, comfortable & affordable, and the staff & owner are wonderful. The balcony outside the room was also a lovely place to spend the evening!

my friend and I ended up in one of the cabins on the property. it was spacious and comfortable. The beds were comfortable, not too firm or soft. There was ac and it worked well. The proprietor helped us immensely on the trip. He helped arrange tours for us, got us items we needed, and was generally very generous. The room was cleaned daily, which was great. The property is about ten minutes from town, walking, not in the middle of everything, but not super far removed either.
we really enjoyed our stay, and you will too as long as you know you’re staying somewhere a little further out that’s a little more rustic than your typical hotel. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. overall, it was great!

Nice little property on the edge of town, a quick walk to restaurants ect. It was very quite with few people around when we stayed. The owner and his staff were friendly and helpful.
Rooms were a bit outdated. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable and the AC did not cool the room to a comfortable temp.

Quiet and comfortable, staff goes out of their way to make you feel welcome. very serene property with a big garden with trees and tropical birds. It’s a bit outside of town and the walk can be a little bit of a slog if you’re just getting accustomed to heat and humidity. But otherwise it’s really lovely for a budget option - very clean, simple and comfortable rooms. A great option to explore jungle and caves around San Ignacio
being removed from town a bit, a breakfast option at hotel would be great, but a pot of strong coffee is made upon request each morning

I loved having my morning coffee on the balcony with the parrots right next to me in the trees. Our sheets were changed every day, coffee was ready on the balcony no matter how early I got up! The owner took us on a tour of their fruit trees and even shared their mangos with us and kindly gave us a cutting board and knife so that we could try various fruits from the market each day. We went for a dip in the river and enjoyed the peace of being out of the center of the city. Easy walk to town - the owner’s son-in-law brought us to the airport efficiently and in a nice car with A/C. Friends that stayed in town were jealous of the amenities and very fair price. We will be back!
Nothing!

The location was a 5 min walk from the city or a 2$ taxi ride. Family owned, great owner, super friendly and trustworthy. We woke up to chickens every morning, my daughter and I loved it.
Very clean, came with a large fridge, not sure if all rooms have this.
Ac works great, I felt safe and comfortable!
Being woken up by roosters at 6AM but I’m used to it with my daughter so I didn’t mind.

Bin the owner was sweet. The location was perfect only a short walk to the market and down town.
We stayed with our family. Four kids and grandparents on a trip around Belize. Air condition was extra bonus during hot night. Short walk to the river for some nice swimming.

The location was absolutely beautiful. Bing the owner has a beautiful property with a trail down to the river. It is full of fruit trees which he offered freely. As a plant person - I loved this place!

Nice building that shows a lot of British influence from the time it was British Honduras. Had trouble with and the family owned property had staff on hand to take care of it.Felt very safe and was close to town. Walking distance to the market.
It was what I hoped it would be from the listing I saw on Booking. Had a lot of curb appeal. Would recommend for family or single travelers.
