Excellent !

L'apart hôtel est très bien situé, on a pu organiser toutes nos visites à pieds! on a pris un délicieux petit-déjeuner (version buffet) qui est bien achalandé et le personnel est charmant.

Le frigo dans la chambre, qui faisait pas mal de bruit... heureusement, nous avions des boules quies ;-)

Die Lage ist zentral und fussläufig zum Petit France. Frisch gepresster O-Saft zum Frühstück !!

Die Anfahrt zum Hotel mit dem Auto war schwierig- viele Einbahnstraßen… Kein Parkplatz, dafür ein kostenpflichtiges Parkhaus ( an der Straße kostet es erheblich mehr!) Nicht alles funktioniert- Leselampe zb defekt, aber für ne Übernachtung alles okay

La localisation, la piscine, le confort de la chambre, les équipements

Le fait de devoir réserver pour aller à la piscine. Cela permet d'avoir une piscine privatisé mais il faut connaître son planning à l'avance. Le personnel reste souple sur les modifications d'horaire !

Tolle Lage mit guter Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Sehr freundliches Personal und gutes Frühstück.Bequemes Bett. Parkhaus zu einem guten Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.Supermarkt fussläufig erreichbar.

Das Mobiliar im Appartement war schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen: die Stühle waren durchgesessen und stark beschädigt.

Schade, ein gutes Hotel in zentraler Lage, keine 4 Sterne mehr wert. Dringender Renovierungsbedarf!

Tolle Lage mitten in der Stadt. Parkmöglichkeit im Hotel möglich. Durch die vorhandene Küche kann man auch im Zimmer bequem und gut frühstücken. Es gibt einen kleinen Pool im Hotel.

Leider ist dieser Aspekt länger als der positive. Wir waren jetzt das fünfte mal dort, leider nicht mehr so zufrieden wie in der Vergangenheit. Die Zimmer sind abgewohnt, regelrecht kaputt. Die vorhandene Küche ist sauber, aber alles defekt - die Türen schließen nicht, der Kühlschrank ist kaum aufzubekommen und einfach reingestellt (und das auch noch in der falschen Öffnungsrichtung). Der Pool - sauber, aber wieder die Sauna/Dampfbad nicht in Betrieb (nicht das erste mal!). Überbuchung des Pools, denn den bekommt man eigentlich 1 Stunde pro Tag für die Familie alleine. Auch das hat nicht funktioniert. Dann muss man jetzt pro Zimmer noch einen Deposit hinterlegen - wir hatten 3 Zimmer und einen Öffner für die Tiefgarage - 500 Euro Deposit!!!! Man fragt sich für was?

Foarte aproape de gara.

Mobilierul bucatariei era foarte uzat, ars de flacăra și cred ca fusese afectat de ceva inundații. Camerele par multtt mai mari în prezentare decat în realitate. Canapeaua extensibila scârțâit teribil.

Très bon séjour

Les chambres sont bien disposées, assez grandes avec de nombreux rangements ainsi qu'une petite kitchenett. Elles étaient très propres et sont insonorisées. La salle de bain est très grande. Le petit déjeuner est très correct. Le personnel est agréable. La literie est bonne. L'emplacement de l hôtel est parfait !

Il manquait un rideau dans une des chambres que nous avions. Un placard démonté.

Très bon séjour

L'emplacement est excellent, très proche des commerces, du centre ville, à 5 min d'un arrêt de tram et à 10/15min à pied de la cathédrale. Un personnel chaleureux, accueillant et très aimable ! Un logement à la hauteur de mes attentes. Photo prise à la fin du séjour, serviette posé au sol par mes soins, non ceux du personnel !

La ubicación , muy cerca del centro andando, el desayuno nos resulto caro y en cuanto a la habitacion acojedora con sabanas y toallas limpias ,con cambio de bolsa de basura diaria por decir algo el suelo no se barria en el salon

No value for the money.

Staff were warm and kind.

No facilities in the room. Everything is paid and not even coffee/tea is a complementary. Absolutely, poor sound proofing. Can overhear all the conversations from rooms beside.

Satisfactory stay for Strasbourg. In a good location.

We ended up with a room with a kitchen which we didn’t consciously choose but was a great bonus as nothing much was open to eat on Sunday! Beds were fine, bathroom had what it needed and the hotel was located 10-15 mins walk from the station. It was 15-20min walk to the main old town attractions. There is a large mall with a supermarket across the street which was convenient.

There was a big pointless shelving unit which made the room more cluttered than it needed to be. I would have liked a shelf to put my suitcase on.

Good location, but better make your own parking arrangements. Staff not that friendly.

It's close to the downtown core and across the street from a shopping mall. Room was comfortable and quiet, and the air conditioning worked well as it was 32C that day.

There was no parking available as was advertised. On arrival, the hotel was completely inflexible about check-in time.

Very poor

We stayed for seven nights. We got no cleen towels and no cleaning in the room during our stay. The place is well worn and definitely not worth it. We never used the pool, since the smell of clorid was ALL over. It is very overpriced!!! We cannot reccomend it.

Overall decent stay, but disappointing on some fronts.

I liked that it had everything we wanted including a Kitchen and moderate sized bathroom.

There was no parking in the hotel and we had to park in a parkade when it was stated that the hotel had parking. The hotel did not serve basic stuff like salt and pepper. When asked, they stated they did not have any pepper in the hotel! During breakfast, when pancakes ran out an hour before closing and we asked to see if they were more pancakes coming. They stated "yes", however, no pancakes came till the end of breakfast.

Very comfortable, spacious, bright and nice room with minor issues

This was the second time I chose this apparthotel because I liked it for the first time. This time, I got a very comfortable, silent, bright and spacious room on the seventh floor that I liked very much. The arrangement was very practical and the room was quite clean. The little kitchenette was well-equipped and I did not miss anything. The air condition system is very useful, when it is hot outside, so I really appreciated it. I loved the fact that my room had three windows and there was a window on the bathroom as well. This provided the whole room with a lot of light and fresh air and the view was really nice from the seventh floor. I had everything I needed, so there is nothing to complain about. :) I will choose this accommodation next time again. The location is also super, the city center is just a few minutes away on foot.

There are smaller things I did not like and one bigger issue. The latter one is the WiFi which is disastrous. Not only is it extremely slow and it disconnects constantly, but it is not protected with a password at all which is quite a big problem when there are so many scams out there these days. It is not safe at all and the hotel has not improved the quality of the connection, since I have been there for the first time in 2021. Not even a tiny bit. This should be quite a basic thing nowadays. In Eastern Europe, we had such an Internet connection about 20-25 years ago, but at least, it was protected with a password even back then... So please, let's change this! It's a shame in such a nice hotel. Smaller issues are the following: the elevator for which I usually had to wait for a very long time on the seventh floor; the worn furniture of the hotel (broken off parts, rotten corners in the bathroom); weak hair-dryer in the bathroom (it's okay in the summer, but I wouldn't be able to dry my hair completely with this in the winter). Because of these, either the price should be a bit lower or the owners should fix these from the costs guests pay. Otherwise, this is a very nice place to stay in Strasbourg that I would highly recommend.

Neglected, badly maintained, but clean

It was clean and relatively quiet.

My room 506 was not well maintained at all. Crumbling fake leather on the chairs, stained curtains partly hanging off the curtain rails, cupboard doors sticking and scraping the floor, and the thermostat not working. The kitchenette is behind a pillar with hardly any room to open it. I’ve stayed in other Odalys with exactly the same furniture but far better maintained. This is really not acceptable for the price.

2 nights stas in Strasbourg

We have a bit mixed feelings after this trip. The rooms were fine, clean and comfortable. The service was OK, although they were only answering if we had questions, so nothing special. We had to announce, when we want to have breakfast, although it was a buffet breakfast on the ground floor. Why? The pool was never available for us. We asked two times. The selection at the breakfast buffet is OK for a couple of days. Location wise the hotel is very good. A very big shopping mall is in the front of it and everything is in walking distance: city centre, tram, cathedral, restaurants…etc.

This ‘studio’ is bad value for money and the upkeep of the rooms is poor.

The location near the station is convenient, and the shower is decent.

Unfortunately there was a lot wrong with this hotel/room. The room smelled strongly of smoke and marijuana when we entered. The kitchen facilities are minimal at best and the dishes were dirty. The pillows on the bed were so old and worn out as to feel like they were stuffed with a few cotton balls. The thermostat was set to 35C and it was impossible to change (no wonder the corridor was boiling as well). Lastly, the ‘luggage store’ provided by the hotel is not secure and we did not feel comfortable leaving our bags there.

Definitely not a 4 star. Furniture was old and damaged. Nothing offered other than soap. no coffee or tea. Breakfast downstairs was not enticing at all. e.g. the slices bacon were lard and all stuck together hardly cooked; looked like they had just been defrosted as a bunch.
