The owners are so kind and helpful in all regards. You really feel welcome in their family. The restaurant (breakfast and dinner) is excellent.
The pool area could offer more shade. Bikes for rental would be a great complement for the Hotel.

The position is amazing. The last hotel before an uncontaminated area before the natural reserve.
The family that manage the hotel is welcoming and warm and the hotel has really high cleanliness standards. The FOOD . OH MY GOD. The lady that owns the facility has cooked some of the best food we had on the island.
Everything was perfect.

This is one of the best places I have ever stayed in. The staff couldn't be better. You can really feel the family atmosphere. Room spacious, with absolutely everything you need (most important the fridge), bathroom perfect, clean, towels changed regularly and I especially loved the scent of small bath gels. Perfect location for exploring Akamas peninsula and if you prefer the more famous beaches of Paphos there is a bus station in front of the hotel. A/c works excellent since the heat can be unbearable in Cyprus in July. There are no shops around but there are several restaurants, including the one in the hotel itself. And breakfast... Oh my, the breakfast... They bring you everything, the salty and sweet, all delicious, I couldn't get hungry after it till dinner everyday. And last but not least, lovely sunset from the nearby cliffs.
The check out is by 11 not 12 AM like it says on booking.com, but it didn't spoil the overall impression. That was also the case in the other accomodation in Paphos that I booked, and I'm not sure why are they putting the wrong time on their pages, but during the time I've spent in Cyprus I've come to the conclusion that time is so very relative there. There should have been two busses from Larnaka airport to Paphos when I landed, but it was only one (longer and later one) with bus clerk looking me like crazy when I showed her the information I found online about the other one. Then my connection from Limassol was due to depart at 18:00, but it easily and without explanation went at 18:30. It says online that the last daily Paphos local bus 616 is at 16:30, but in reality it runs until 22:30. So check everything twice there if the time is of importance to you and do not believe the internet.

The room and the pool were excellent. My only criticism was that the fried eggs at breakfast were a bit overcooked for our taste. The food we had in the evening was excellent. Fresh tuna was beautiful

Very nice location, quite and calm area where you can rest and chill, not many tourists around. Beautiful sunsets just around the corner. Very friendly and helpful family who runs the hotel. The breakfasts are basic but delicious and the restaurant at the hotel provides tasty dishes. The hotel is not new but it is very clean. It deserves more than one star.
The AC works loudly.
