Ottimo per breve fuga in citta'!

Torno sempre da anni in questo albergo a gestione famigliare posizionato in una posizione tranquilla ma centralissima! Apprezzo la famiglia che lo gestisce molto gentile ad affabile! Un posto semplice con il sapore di una volta, pulito e accogliente anche perche' il parcheggio gratuito e' un plus inestimabile!

L'albergo non offre la colazione ma con una breve passeggiata ci sono ottime alternative per tutti i gusti!!

Superb

Comfortable, accomodation, really close to the city center. Dont' expect anything super modern but everything works the right way and it's simple yet comfortable.

Quite noisy outside. I heard some generator all night but I'm a really light sleeper.

The hotel was very clean, well positioned with extremely helpful staff.

Available last minute and quite close to the centre.

I like access to tea making facilities, and a fridge.

Nice and comfy room, with beautiful landscape view, and walking distance to the centre.

I liked the location (walking distance to the centre), the room itself - clean, comfy, with a nice view, calm neighbourhood. The host was very sweet and helpful. The perfect room for resting, relaxing, working. Highly recommend!

Great little hotel close to the centre.

Very friendly and helpful staff, great, quiet location, close to the centre (just 233 steps up the hill!), spacious room with comfortable bathroom, lovely view. Parking space available. WiFi available, bit temperamental but I think it was due to UJ crowd overload.

We stayed In extremely hot weather and it was bit warm, owner provided the fan which helped a lot, albeit air conditioning would have been 5*!

Bad customer service

I stayed at hotel San Sebastiano for 2 nights and was charged for 6 nights. When I got to the hotel room the bedsheets had not been washed and the floors were dirty. The bed was very uncomfortable and the walls were thin so I could hear my neighbors and the street noise all night. It was so noisy that my friend and I did not sleep at all the first night. In the morning, I went to speak with the front desk agent and asked for a refund. She told me she did not speak English and could not help me. I waited until the afternoon when another front desk agent arrived for her shift. I knew she could help me because we had had a long conversation in English the night I arrived. She pointed me to some fun activities happening in Perugia, gave me directions to the city center and told me about the hotel facilities. However, when I went to speak with the agent that afternoon to ask for a refund, she told me she did not speak English. I was very confused since the previous night she spoke fluent English. I asked if I could speak to a manager or someone who could help me and she told me she did not understand. I logged into my booking.com account and requested a cancellation but no one at the hotel or booking.com ever got back to me. I spent 1 more night at the hotel while I searched for another place to stay and returned my key to the front desk in the early morning. I am so disappointed with the customer service at Hotel San Sebastiano. I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

Superb

The receptionist guided me to the parking for the motorbike. It's private and secure and just about 50 meters from the hotel door. The room was as described. The shutters are great to keep the early morning sun out. There was ample wardrobe space and plenty of hangers. The hotel's on a quiet street only a few minutes walk to the Etruscan arch and main square.

Grumpy about damaging the van but overall happy.

Location for old town.

The hotel was a little difficult to find due to the one way system around the historic centre. Beware the last corner before the hotel, I scraped my camper van on a low wall there but it should be fine for a normal car. The owners and staff were really nice and it is a wonderful city to visit. No problem finding restaurants to eat in.

There was no aircondition in the hotel room. It was very hot and inconvinient and difficult to get a good sleep.

A great place in the center of Perugia

A amazing welcome. A good help to park our car which was full in a secure place. The bedroom was simple but lovely and super clean, with a great view. The location is perfect to enjoy the city, all by walk. I would definitely come back to that place

Realy nice neighborhood, close to the city center, really clean.

The economy room bed is very narrow, shoupd not be considered appropriate for two people. They have no kitchen, there is no possibility to eat at the hotel. There is no view.

easy to reach with a motorcycle. Inside ZTL so quite central location to reach within few minutes all main attractions
