About this house rental
We have newly renovated our property on beautiful Keuka Lake! This unique property features renovated 6 Bedroom house and new 3 Bedroom house overlooking Keuka Lake. Our unique property can be enjoyed with a large family/families or individually depending on your vacation needs and desires.
House #1: Old Glory overlooks the lake and includes waterfront access. This large house has recently been renovated but still includes its old comfortable charm.
This house has an enclosed porch area on side of house with ample yard/grass area for the kids to play and run around. House was renovated in 2017 with a new open porch overlooking the lake with 2 table top counters on the deck railing. This home has 6 bedrooms, 1 located on the main floor and 5 bedrooms up stairs overlooking the lake. There are 2 full baths, kitchen, large living space & mudroom with washer and dryer. Renovations include all new flooring throughout. There is ample parking for all. Share your family vacation at your own family retreat on sprawling 1.8 acre property. 2 large docks with raft offer plenty of water fun. 2 kayaks, paddle board and canoe offer fun filled days. Very close to many vineyards, distilleries and micro Breweries. Enjoy a day in the sun, a beautiful sunsets and a nice warm camp fire at night making smores and roasting marsh mellows.
House #2: Lake view was just completed in spring of 2020 and is ready to rent with all new furniture and amenities. Washer and dryer are included.
The new house will sleep 6 and include 2 bath rooms. New wrap around deck and stairs to the lake will explain why we named it Lake view.
Our optional 2 Bedroom waterfront Cottage (cost extra to rent) called 'Sunset' is located literally within feet of the water. This cottage is newly renovated, featuring all glass enclosed porch overlooking the water. The porch opens up to open living space, dining & kitchen with all new appliances, cabinetry and beautiful quartz counter tops! Living space has a Flat Screen TV with pull out queen sofa. There are 2 bedrooms and a sleeper/sofa to accommodate up to 6 people comfortably. The bathroom includes a stand up shower.

Our annual family vacation was perfect! The property was perfect for us. Everyone had the space needed and the location on the lake provided calm water for swimming, paddle boarding, tubing and water skiing!

Beautiful lake, nice lake houses, docks, sunsets, neighborhood...a wonderful spot. We had all three houses and they were all perfect. It's not fancy...but it is homey and serene.
Brian lives on the property and is always available, flexible, and helpful.

Beautiful, scenic lakefront location, multiple houses/ cottages were great for our extended family (12 adults of all ages, 2 teens, 2 infants). Great for swimming off the dock or wading in from shore, plenty of watercraft (kayaks, paddleboards, etc.). Plenty of outdoor seating/chairs, picnic tables, deck chairs, etc. Only minor critique, the small cottage bedrooms were quite cramped and got quite warm on hot afternoons, but fortunately the nights cooled off enough that it was fine for sleeping. Despite that, we'd be happy to come back any time, had a great vacation!

Both homes were clean and the space met the needs for our family of 12. Brian was responsive to questions and welcomed questions or concerns. We would certainly rent this property again. The availability of kayaks and paddle boards were a real plus for our family.

We had the please of staying at Brian’s property who worked hard to get this property beautiful for us! We really appreciate Brian’s time, planning, & hard work. We recommend this property for any groups of families & friends who want to feel like they are on vacation & be able to enjoy lakefront access between two homes. With the new renovations, we felt like we could really enjoy the beautiful amenities & utilize the property for barbecuing, fire pits for an evening of relaxation & making s’mores, & the beauty of the lakefront access for guests to enjoy themselves. You won’t regret booking this property as it really met all our needs to having a great experience for all guests!

Both houses were absolutely perfect! We were very please with our stay, and we had access to paddle boats, kayaks, and the dock. It was so wonderful. I wish we had at least another stay to enjoy the house and property! We spent a day checking out wineries/breweries as well. So much fun! We were in a great location to check out plenty of great places. I would love to come back! I miss it already!

Stayed here for a college reunion. Two main properties were clean, with enough space for myself and 13 others. Gorgeous location with many local options for wineries and hiking. Would recommend!

We had family group of 20 stay at the 2 properties and absolutely loved our stay. Brian was available to help and communicative but allowed us to enjoy our stay without intrusion. We had no issues whatsoever with the property or appliances.
The properties were well maintained and looked to be recently updated. There were plenty of utensils for cooking and eating on the property.
The Lake views from the lower property were absolutely stunning. Very relaxing and calming. The upper property had nice views as well.
We were very pleased with our stay and would definitely stay if we are in the area again.

We were so impressed with this listing. It worked so perfectly for our group of 22. It allowed us all to stay together, lakefront on Keuka. The 3 separate houses also allowed for enough bathrooms for us all to get ready.

Could not have been more perfect. Road was quiet and house was on a small cove. We used all three houses on the property and all had plentiful kitchen wares, linens and towels. The kayaks and paddle boards got a lot of use as did the fire pit by the lake. Brian the owner greeted us and was close by for questions and the one issue that came up which was addressed right away. We hope to be back again.

We so enjoyed the lake and yard kayaking fishing paddle boarding swimming fishing ( caught lots of big fish) and skiing and tubing. Beds were so comfortable. Lots of fun around campfire. Houses andcporches were so perfect for dining and viewing . Host was very kind and helpful. Would go back in a heartbeat

Houses were amazing. Amazing dock to lay around and chill. Each house had its own kitchen and multiple bedrooms. 10/10 would rent again.

We booked the two homes for a little family reunion. Our host was responsive before and after booking. Both homes were clean and comfortable and updated house by the lake had amazing views and beautiful updates. One of the best parts was the very large parking area that accommodated more cars than I can count. We would certainly stay again and really enjoyed out time!

I rented Brian’s property for my 30th birthday celebration. There were 17 people staying in three of the properties: Lakeview, Old Glory, and 2 bedroom apartment.
All of the properties accommodated our needs and it was nice to be spread out over the three spaces so it didn’t feel like we were all on top of each other.
The goal of our trip was to hit as many wineries as possible, so the house’s location was ideal as it was close to wineries on Keuka, as well as only 15 minutes from the west side of Seneca.
Brian was quick to get back to me on anything we needed, the properties were clean and beautiful, and you can’t beat waking up to that view.
We loved our stay and I’ve even sent this listing to other friends and families who will be taking trips to the Finger Lakes in the coming year. We had such a great time!

We stayed with a group of 14 - four families total. The two houses were plenty of space. The lakefront house has less bedrooms but the updated kitchen. The deck is amazing and views are gorgeous. We enjoyed the wineries and restaurants in Penn Yan. Brian was very easy to communicate with and a great host. Would recommend this rental and hoping to go back to Keuka Lake this summer.

Wow! just got back from a long weekend on the property and I couldn't express the splendid hospitality. Brian was right there to say hello to us when we arrived and made himself readily available when needed. We were able to rent all three of the buildings on the property and all three were unique. We had sheets and towels for every bed which is a huge bonus. All kitchens had the necessities and more for cooking and cleaning. Brian has put a lot of effort in keeping the place clean and functional for his guests, and you can tell he cares about his buildings. I felt safe and comfortable no matter where I was on the property. And all activities are close by. A++. Thanks again!

We needed a place to accommodate our family and friends to attend my son’s wedding. This was the perfect place to rent. Owner was very friendly and available he even checked in with us to make sure everything was satisfactory . We couldn’t be more satisfied and happy. Great place place to rent

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay for our large family annual getaway. For years we have embarked to Allegheny however chose to try something different this year. Utilizing the water amenities was a big hit specifically for all the kids and our family members from Arizona. We rarely interacted with Brian which was great as there was no need to. This is a wonderful property. It was very nice to have three buildings to stay in. It gave our extended family group great space to be together and places for quiet too. The views, swimming, boating opportunities, and location are superb. Houses were very clean and well maintained. Beds were comfortable. Everything you need for an unforgettable vacation for ages two to eighty.

We had a wonderful time staying at this property.. The group consisted of my husband and I, our 5 children and their spouses, and our 7 grandkids. There was plenty to do for all ages. Kids especially loved the canoe and the kayaks. Houses had everything you need to enjoy the week. Thank you Brian for allowing us to stay at your beautiful rental. We will definitely be back.

We had such an amazing time at Brian‘s place! It is clean, well-stocked and perfect for a larger group with separate houses to get away for a little while if you wanted. There’s a raft, canoe, kayak and a swim platform for everyone to enjoy. Olney’s Place is a mile up the road for something you may have forgot(or a quick drink away from everyone😁). We will definitely be staying again!

We had a really nice time for my in-laws’ 63rd wedding anniversary with kids and grandkids and great-grand-dogs. This is a beautiful part of the country, house is on a nice part of Keuka tucked in a cove, and the 2 homes we rented were well kept and beautiful.
There were a few glitchy things like confusion over checkin time and confusion over water delivery day, but overall good communication. Owner lives just 2 houses down so easy to communicate with.
We got permission ahead of time to bring dogs but then I think owner regretted making the exception and dogs became a point of tension during the vacation. I hated that we caused stress for the owner and it was a bummer for me to be stressed over anything during vacation. I’m not used to having an owner be anything but happy with our family as guests in their home. Bottom line, if you want to bring your dog rent somewhere else. If you want a beautiful dog-free lake vacation near wineries then I would highly recommend this rental.

The finger lakes are magical but Keuka is the best. The location of this property is one of the best spots on Keuka. It has two or three homes to use - we used 2. The house on the water is modern and newer. Wonderful deck, nice kitchen, dining and living area for everyone to gather. The upper house has lots of bedrooms. There are lots of amenities for the water and a fire pit for evening S’mores. Would definitely rent this property again.

We really enjoyed our time on the lake. The properties were listed well and pictures depicted the houses well. Old Glory could use a dishwasher since it houses so many people but other than that, everything was great!
