Away from the crowds, in a tranquil area of town. If you arrive by walking (as we did), it's a steep path, but the reward is an amazing view! The room, pool, and breakfast area all offer breathtaking views. The room and bathroom were spacious and very clean, complete with a lovely terrace. The charming pool area, where soft drinks and beers are available, adds to the experience. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff was very kind and always ready to assist. This place offers great quality for the price.

It was like an oasis.
Staff was super kind, they always had a smile on their faces.
It was furnished with a great style.
Breakfast was great.
We had a very warm welcome from Melih, he had a great (historical and geographical) knowledge of the area and was always keen to help.
We had fun driving up the very steep slopes to reach the hotel.
The location was in the periphery of the village, 7 minutes drive away from the centre.

Staff were excellent and went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay.
The location at the top of a hill made for great views, but a hard walk into and out of town. Cabs were cheap though if you didn't feel like walking.

The view over Selçuk and Ayasuluk Hill were absolutely extraordinary. We asked our lovely hotelier Okyay where the best place to watch the sunset was, and he simply said 'Here'. He was absolutely right. The breakfast was lovely, the pool area was great, and the staff were very friendly. A special thanks to Okyay, who helped us book our car hire and was really helpful in facilitating our various activities.
The only issue and advice is that the walk to the hotel, while not too long, ends with a steep uphill. There is no doubt that this is worth it for the exceptional views from the pool area, restaurant, and rooms, but might cause issues for some guests.

Great view of the Selcuk Castle from the balcony and breakfast area. Breakfast is very good and served in a terrace with beautiful flowers and the view of the Castle. Staff is very friendly and helpful in booking a dinner at a restaurant in Sirince Village.
Nothing.

Lovely rooms, nice and close to Ephesus, with a beautiful pool to cool off in. The staff were amazing and really helpful.
Nothing really, it’s up on a hill which means a nice views but a bit of a climb up from town. Not an issue for us but worth keeping in mind if you are not very mobile or have small children.

Awesome service.
Pleasant swimming pool.
Tasteful breakfast.
What else?
Nothing that could undermine our satisfaction.
Indeed, Villa Dreams technically deserves a 12, with some minor improvement zones, like strengthening the WiFi network, hecking some equipment and implementing step by step a green & environment friendly policy. And, since I am writing my birthday wishlist, why not asking the neighborhood to reposition the existing electric cable, so that it is removed from the beautiful view ?

Amazing views and very close to Ephesus. Okyay was a very helpful and friendly host. We would definitely go back again.
The toilet was leaking and the room got a bit wet through the balcony from the rain.

Loved our 2 night stay at Villa Dreams. All the staff were super welcoming, friendly and helpful. We were kindly upgraded to a large family room with balcony which was perfect for our family. Everything was spotless.
The hotel is located on the edge of the town a little up the hill, but only an easy 10 minute walk from the centre. The views over Selcuk and the castle are fantastic. Breakfast is really good and the pool and terrace are lovely too.
Nothing, can't fault it.

Our stay started off well when Meliksah offered to collect us from the train station. This was followed by a thorough explanation of all the sights in and around Selcuk. He then brought us to our warm, clean and comfortable room with a wonderful view. A litre of bottled water was provided every day, which was appreciated. Breakfasts were delightful, cheerfully served by the lovely lady whose name we couldn't catch. Okyay the owner was also friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our chats with him and Melih about life in Turkey. The location further from town didn't bother us, the hotel's offer to be driven to/from town was always available but the 10 min walk into the centre wasn't much of a hardship. We did ask to be dropped off at the train station on our last day, which Okyay readily agreed to. Unfortunately something urgent arose and he couldn't drive us but he was so kind, and instead arranged and paid for a taxi instead! This was the nicest hotel we stayed in during our month in Turkey, thank you!
Nothing, it was all perfect!

The best surprise of our trip. Stunning location, beautiful rooms and friendly staff. Best view of the town and clear view of the castle and the ruins of St John's Basillica. Breakfast was very good. They were always willing to take and fetch us from the little town Selcuk. We discovered that walking down from the Villa to the town also amazing.

Great location with a stunning view of Selcuk castle, St John Basilica, the surrounding mountains and the Aegean Sea.
The staff was very professional and friendly. Gave us great advices for our stay.
The bathroom was small and in need of some upgrading.

We received a very warm welcome at Villa Dreams from the manager (who speaks very good English) and the rest of the staff. The hotel is full of character and beautifully maintained. The view over the town of Selcuk is sublime, with plenty of terraces and balconies to enjoy it from. The drive up to the hotel is uphill through winding streets, but if you follow the GPS properly there is no problem. And the location and service make the effort worth it!
Nothing to note. We liked everything about Villa Dreams.

We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Dreams! Such friendly staff, we really felt at home. We were in the King Room with a spa on the rooftop, great view of Selcuk. Highly recommend staying here for two days if you're visiting Ephesus so that you can properly enjoy the hotel. We enjoyed spending time in the centre of Selcuk too.

Staff went out of their way to make our stay a comfortable one. Cook to order Mediterranean breakfast served at a cozy terrace under grapevines looking at the Selçuk castle. Property is not fancy but immaculate clean.
A great view at the top of the hill has downsides. Long climbing road, far away from other things to do.

The building was so beautiful. The view from the room was exceptional.. it was a bit hard to find the way to the place at first, but after all it was so worth it. Most of all, the staff was very helpful and kind. We lost our passports in another city, and he helped a lot to find them even in very busy times, making a lot of calls and asking help at the train staition. Thanks to him, we could find them... Thanks a lot xoxo. I will definitely visit again.

The view is absolutely amazing! And the pool area is wonderful! The staff was also very good and the manager went out of his way to accommodate anything he could.
The location was a bit far from restaurants and bars, but that’s what gave it the great view. also you could order food from a restaurant and have it delivered for free, which was nice

A very nice hotel with comfortable rooms. The pretty small pool is very appreciable before or after a very hot day. The breakfast place is wonderful with a nice view. The staff is very nice.
Okyay, the owner, is very helpful and friendly. Home-made breakfast is healthy and delicious.
Thank you Okyay for your hospitality!

The view from the balcony is amazing. You can see the whole town and off to the sea in the distance. The pool is refreshing and relaxing after a hot day at Ephesus. Breakfast is generous and the staff are friendly and helpful and speak good English.
The road to the hotel is steep, partially paved and an obstacle course of playing children, cats, dogs, chickens and tractors. It's far to walk into town. But the incredible views of the town, castle and sea are well worth it.

Loved everything. It was the cleanest hotel we got to stay in. The owner was extremely cordial and super friendly. He drove us to and from the bus station as well and took us to the town center too whenever we needed. Over all an amazing experience.

Vary nice location. King bed room suite terrace has panoramic views & jacuzzi tub. Excellent breakfast, served with fresh veggies, eggs & pastries. Hotel host Okayay was very friendly and attentive to our needs.
This is not about the property per se. But google map directs you to a steep narrow hilly road to the property, where as there is a better way. please contact the hotel before driving there.

Nice location, clean place, good food, friendly staff, helpful people.
A bit hilly for us to walk to town. The owner was very helpful and picked us up upon arrival and also dropped us off to town.

This was a fantastic place to stay 10/10. There's a few reasons as to why. Firstly, the owners are the most welcoming, friendly people we have met in Turkey. This is quite a statement as everyone here is so kind and helpful. Okyay, the host is wonderfully accommodating. For example, one evening he invited us to watch the football with his family, he helped carry our bags & offered to order us food when we returned home late one evening from a day trip. Secondly, the views are fantastic. We booked the room with a balcony and hot tub/bath. This is definitely worth the extra money. It is a stunning view, enjoyed all the more in a hot tub! Thirdly, the actual location is fantastic, a short walk into town or a 10 minute car journey to Sirince or Ephesus. Other points to mention, the breakfast is lovely, brought to you either on the terrace or indoors. The shower is hot and it is a great nights sleep. Definitely book this if you get the chance, you will not regret it.
Everything was fantastic, it is a bit of a steep drive to the hotel, but the view is your reward!

The rooms were great, with amazing showers.
The place is on top of a hill and has a beautiful view of the whole city.
The host is very very friendly and made our stay even better.
The breakfast is really good.
The rooms had a heater but it couldn't keep up with the sub-0 temperature.

My husband and I spent one night of our honeymoon in Turkey at Villa Dreams, and it was one of the highlights of our trip. Location is really nice, the hotel sits on top of a hill, providing guests with an amazing view of Selçuk, being only a five minutes drive from the large touristic attractions in the town. The host, Okyay, was both really professional, attending all of our needs and questions, and friendly. The room was clean, cozy and nicely decorated, we chose the one with a small balcony that gave us a beautiful private view of the city. Breakfest was delicious and common areas were comfortable and pretty, since it was winter, we spent a couple hours by the fireplace in the bottom floor watching the sunset.
