Gute Lage, Altstadt.
Waschtisch-Armaturen unappetitlich, Klobrille lose.
Kein WLAN, kein TV - Empfang.

Very good location, nice host.

A spacious apartment, an excellent location, quiet in the middle of the old city centre. Good beds, we slept well.
A bit anonymous, no one to greet us when we arrived (it was late, though), we only got instructions by e-mail.
Construction works in front of the house (the yard was under construction).

The location was nice, in between the central station and the city centre. We could walk everywhere. The apartment was beautifully decorated and clean, complete with a nice kitchen and a wide balcony. The host was kind and friendly.
Our initial booking was for this house, but there was an issue with the plumbing. We were informed about it the day before arrival and our booking was shifted to a different house. There was a bit of confusion during the communication but it was resolved well. The curtains were not completely blackout so it was a bit uncomfortable to sleep.

The place is perfect: in the very heart of the old Vilnius, Absolutely quiet. Spacious, close to anything you need, and well maintained. The hoatess is very easy going and helpful, and everything has been very simple with check-in and -out
This has nothing to do with the place itself. PLEASE, booking.com, rectify your system, and show the kids on the booking. It is really not cool for client to tell the host that you are arriving with kid(s), and this being the news to them, although while booking I always state it (with the age and such). I have been telling this to booking.com so many times already, and still the same thing keeps happening on and on....

Perfect location and very quiet. Right in the heart of city centre. The owner was very friendly and accommodating. The kitchen is very simple and ther eis no dishwasher if you plan to cook. There are plenty of breakfast choices just right outside the apartment. I can't think of a better location.
Be mindful or stairs if you have bags to carry. No lift in the old building and apartment on the 2 floor

Very well renovated historical building with a really nice courtyard balcony that still had plenty of light and views of neighboring cathedrals. Right in the middle of Vilnius. Easy to access on foot

The property has a parking spot for a car which was very convenient. The location is good.
The apartment does not correspond to the pictures. It is much smaller, older and some of the beds were broken. We went there in the autumn so it was cold in the apartment. Also, we paid more for “city tax” than was written in the description. The owner does not speak English so we couldn't understand why.

Great location: center and close to Uzupis but all inner courtyard so pretty quiet at night. It is a big, high-ceiling, appartement with two bedrooms and two sitting rooms (one of which could be used as bedroom I guess). Owner provided the necessities (toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo and similar). Plenty of hot water and decent water pressure.
With some more care and replacement of broken equipment, it could be a very cute place despite it's wear and tear of which there is quite a bit. Some equipment was already broken around the edges: no handle for washing machine door (machine still worked after we got some very specific "DYI" instructions how to force open the washing machine door without a handle), broken/missing shelves in the fridge and freezer (making freezer unusable) and in one of the closets.

Great location with comfortable parking in the very center of the city. Very kind and caring host. Clean and well equipped apartment. Charming balcony with calming atmosphere. Two toilets. Next time in Vilnius, same place.

What we didn't like have been 2 things, that's why the evaluation is not so good:
firstly is that we didn't meet the host. It's pleasant and important to meet someone. We don't want to say that we needed that but the it's an added value and assure quality.
secondly, the flat, which is nice, cleaned and internally OK, it's in a position which is right up on a famous bar and all the night, until 4-5AM we couldn't sleep. We should have known that the area is very noisy and we are feeling very very bad for this and disappointed today.
In practice, I won't remember this place as a nice place because we all didn't sleep for the party life of Vilnius under the flat. terrible and impossible to control.

posizione
I honestly do not understand how you can give a positive opinion to this structure. The apartment is old, although the photos are correct, they absolutely do not describe the apartment. There are no 3 bedrooms but only 2; the "third" is just a corridor that connects the living area with the large bedroom where a sofa is positioned. The bathroom is on the verge of hospitalization; very small, a public bathroom would have more decor. The kitchen is not equipped with everything you need. The house is not equipped with opaque curtains so at 6 every morning it is better to pray that there is no sun otherwise the siesta is over. The only thing to save is the location but like this, there are dozens of much better apartments that are within 500, especially if we are talking about 2 bedrooms and not 3 as it is described. I would not go there again

There was a lot of storage and hangers available. The radiators were always on and it felt very warm. Regina allowed us to check out later. It was priceless especially with kids still napping. Our special request (a crib) was ready upon arrival. Good wifi. Good location. very quiet.
It is on the third floor without a lift so might not be suitable for families with a pram as you need to carry it up and down. No microwave. A 4th chair around the table would be good (there are only 3 of them).

The location was ideal. There was ample towels and bedding.
WiFi worked well but TV choice was limited.
The property we were given was not as shown in the description. The pictures cover two properties.
The 2nd bedroom was a landing that joined rooms together.
The details are not clear and we'd caught our taxi to Didzioji 39 and not 10 as in the small print. The two properties should be promoted separately.

The apartment was spacious and quiet. There was convenient free parking right in the courtyard. The apartment was located in the very center of the old town and everything was easily accessible on foot.
The mattress was too soft and the bed frame squeaked with each movement.

Location is very good. There are many beautiful places to walk, many cafes and restaurants.

Excellent location in the heart of the old city, close to historical places. You can also reach a bus and train stations on foot.
A very helpful and kind host.
