Superb

The view is gorgeous, the owner Spyros helps with everything and the neighborhood is quite calm

Excellent.

First of all, it must be said that Spyros is the nicest man in the whole Peloponnese. You can ask him anything, he will do it for you. Particularly hospitable. The apartment is fully equipped with kitchen, bathroom, living room and a bed of excellent quality. The balcony is ideal for a sunny breakfast. The apartment is located in a working-class area in the village of Verga, close to Kalamata, 5 minutes drive from the extensive boulevard. You experience a lot of what happens in such a neighborhood. A special experience. The people make noise during the day and the dogs at night... Thanks to the good sound insulation and the comfortable bed, you can sleep through everything. A tip for a trip: park the car at the beginning of the Kalamata boulevard, close to Verga, and walk to the harbor at the end of the boulevard. Then turn right and walk through all the shopping streets until you reach the castle (a few hours later). Fantastic view. On the boulevard are many nice eateries for lunch or a late-evening meal. Another tip: drive to Areopolis by car and visit a few villages along the way. Special driving and walking experience. Minimarket and deli 3 minutes walk from the property.

Wonderful experience

The apartment is in a beautiful position looking over the sea - amazing sunsets. It is peaceful in a village atmosphere - very good friendly minimarket nearby too. There's a quiet pebbly beach in a short walk and the amazing Kalamata beach in a short drive. Spyros is so friendly and helpful. You will have a lovely time here.

There is nothing we didn't like. We LOVED the swimming pool and we were so comfortable in the apartment. The site is equally good for adults and also families.

Great location. Warm welcome and good beds. The outside pool is also great.

The bubble bad "jacuzzi" is not warm... important to know if you visit it when the weather is not that good. (It is not mentioned)

A wondeful stay with clean and functional rooms and nice balcony view on Kalamata and sea

The host was very friendly and helpful and provided recommendations for our stay around Kalamata. The host was personally present during the breakfast, ensuring that we had everything and also to provide some social ambiance. The pools and jaccuzzi were readily available for the children to use and they enjoyed it, even though we visited in month of November. Overall, it was a great stay.

Nothing really stands out, except for running out of warm water. At the same time it needs to be noted that we are a family of 7 people.

This nice apartment closed to Kalamata was an excellent base for visiting the region.

The kind owners gave us a lot of suggestions to enjoy our holiday. Excellent view of the gulf from our room.

The place with a beautiful view on the sea, the appartment very clean, confortable, with everything you need, the breakfast so delicious, the owner so kind and helpful ! We loved everything here. If we had a question or need advices, the owner helped us, you can ask him everything.

Very comfortable stay.

-The beds and pillows were very comfortable. -The owner was very nice and very friendly. -Their was parking available on site.

-The air conditioner didn't work very well. -The constant barking dogs in the room below us. -The shower head is bad and doesn't spray very well, the water went everywhere.

Superb

taverna up to the mountain is perfect. The mountain trip was wonderful. The beach - if you are buying anything at the bar sunbeds, umbrellas and shower is for free. Kalamata nice city to walk, to visit war museum , we ate perfect pitas at old town. The owner is really understanding, considerate person.

Relax near Kalamata

We found a very nice apartment near Kalamata. After a long trip through Peloponnese we had a relaxing day at Semiramis Suites. A small pool and a private Jacuzzi are available here to take rest and relax. The host is simply GREAT! Very helpful and kind; he took care of us and of every our request. Kalamata airport is only a 20 minute ride from the apartment. Strongly recommended for small families or couples. Enjoy it!!!

The suites are modern and very well made. The suites haVe anyrhing a family may need . Slept well on the very comfortable mattresses. Breakfast included custom made eggs or omelete .One of the few places which is pet friendly . The hosts were welcoming with a smile . Will come back

Perfect location to experience Kalamata :-)

Everything!!! The host was super friendly and informative...he really looked after us and gave us loads of recommendations. The rooms were very spacious and with great views and breakfast was delicious!

location - 5 minutes by car from Kalamata beach and 5 minutes from KASTRAKI-restaurant made like an castle as well Meteora restaurt which has fantastic view
