Struttura nuova , arredata con gusto e curata nei minimi particolari. La proprietaria Efthimia persona solare, gentile e molto disponibile. Ci ha anche “viziato” con specialità locali.

We love it :)

Our room was very comfortable and well designed.the owner was very friendly,as soon as she saw us drinking mythos,she gifted us two:)she even woke up at 06:00 just to say good bye to us :)

A great place to stay.

Wonderful host. Comfortable and well equipped studio with everything one can dream of. Excellent location on the beach. We particularly liked the warm welcome and the goodbye cake.

Just perfect!

This place located right on the beach is absolutely gorgeous! Old and new decorations are mixef with great taste to reflect the real greek spirit (personally, I was seduced by the old green doors ♥️). Efi, our host, is an amazing lady! She will tell you everything you need to know about the island from beaches to hiking or local events. ( Psss…Her homemade baclava is the best!) Great memmories!

A delightful and very happy stay in beautiful accomodation. Would return in a flash.

The host arranged the taxi to meet us, and welcomed us with drinks and delicious things to eat. She baked a surprise for us each day. The location is fantastic with beach one side, still water the other. The rooms are very tastefully and individually prepared, classy, with artistic flair. Eli was a very attentive and delightful host who helped with other recommendation, bookings etc using local knowledge. Lots of restaurants, shops, bakeries nearby.

beautiful waterfront property in Kokkari with excellent service and modern facilities.

perfect location right on the front of the old port in Kokkari with lovely view of the ocean. very modern decoration with heating. very clean with regular cleaning and change of towels, all amenities provided. Efthimia is a great host, very friendly and attentive service and great recommendations to explore the local area.

Perfect host, perfect location, spotless rooms but price a bit high. Would come back.

The host was truly a star and that always makes a difference. The location was perfect, next to the sea and I think we had the nicest room in terms of decoration and space. It was also brand new. We got a lot of help in terms of where to go and how to move about which was important to us.

We booked last minute and pick season as we hadn’t planned our trip but still the price was high. Even if we had a wonderful time we wouldn’t be prepared to pay that price again.
