Exceptional

The place is great. I enjoyed the location, the room, comfort of the bed and the people who work there. Breakfast was great and had everything that I liked. I would stay again. I recommend highly.

Very friendly staff, breakfast was reasonable

Unformunately from our balcony we would look against a wall (sideways you had a bit more view), but I wouldn't descibe it as garden view. There was no separation between balconies

Thank You Polyxeni Hotel for the best stay ever in Pythagorio !

I loved everything about the Polixeni Hotel 😀its in the main centre of Pythagoreio Port close to all the shops & restaurants & very conveniently located to all the main sights in Pythagoreio. I arrived by the fast Catamaran into Pythagoreio & the Polyxeni Hotel is a 5 minute walk from where the Catamaran docks. So easy to reach & so convenient. The Buffet breakfast was excellent & very filling, with delicious scrambled eggs, bacon, small sausages etc in addition there was also a delicious egg & zucchini baked dish, plus spinach & fetta rolls, Greek custard pie, cold meats & fresh fetta & more. The breakfast was outstanding & more than I expected. The Staff were friendly & very helpful & I chose the sea view room with its own balcony, if you stay at the Polyxeni Hotel make sure you choose the sea view room, it has beautiful sea views & I enjoyed the most stunning sunrises every morning. In all, I had the most perfect time at the Polyxeni, thank you Polyxeni Hotel for the best stay for my holiday in Samos.

On the Waterfront

Great location on the waterfront. Easy access to shops and restaurants. The room, though on the smaller side, was clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed. The staff was helpful; they allowed us to check in early, when our ferry arrived. They also allowed us to eat breakfast early when our next ferry was departing. Good breakfast.

Nothing worth mentioning. It was overall a good stay.

Great location right on the quayside. Clean rooms, good breakfast selection, friendly staff.

Location fabulous! Room clean and very pleasant, balcony overlooking the sea lovely. Breakfasts delicious and very plentiful. Staff lovely and very helpful.

The shower was tiny and it was a challenge to have a shower…. Water pressure and temperature great, just the size. But this inconvenience won’t stop us coming back.

Caring family run hotel in a wonderful location.

My elderly parents were staying here and they have mobility problems. The team at Polyxeni looked after them like they were family. They even prepared breakfast for them when my parents were unable to arrive at the normal time. I was not staying in the same hotel but I felt happy that my parents were being well looked after and I could be contacted if there were any issues. Many thanks & love to all at Polyxeni. x

Very polite staff, excellent location right on the seafront, excellent, fresh and homemade breakfast accompanied by fresh orange juice every morning. Value for money.

Room With a View

We would happily return. We liked: - Very clean. - Good room with comfortable double bed. - Silent and efficient air conditioning. - Friendly and helpful staff. - Location: Room with a view. - Clean fully tiled bathroom with powerful shower. - No traffic passing. - Silent fridge in room. - Good varied breakfasts. - Good wifi signal. - Local area.

- Small shower and shower curtain stuck to you if you were not careful. - People smoking at breakfast tables but understand for many it is a different culture. - Difficult to hang out wet swimwear as worried drips would fall on tables below. - Room all open plan. No drawers for storage; only wardrobe shelf space.
