My 2nd time staying - this time en route from the Kirkwood Wildsfees so what an amazing interlude.

Everything about this establishment is superb - the room size is refreshing and very comfortable, the bathroom facilities are super, the restaurant is aestheticallly pleasing and meals are delicious.

There was'nt anything I did'nt like! Highly recommended.

Good stay for visiting Addo

The staff was friendly. The rooms were spacious with a big bathroom and there were LED-stars over the bed. The dishes in the restaurant were good, though there were only few vegetarian options. You only need 15 minutes by car to Addo, so it is a good stay if you want to visit the park.

There are only few vegetarian options in the restaurant and one of them was not available on the first day, this could be improved. The pool was dirty. The breakfast had only limited options.

Upmarket venue, stunning rooms, very friendly staff and willing to accommodate our plans for a family get-to-get her with overseas family

Some light bulbs in various rooms need to be replaced. This is for outside lights. We occupied 8 of the 12 rooms

Very new and modern, spacious room.

Breakfast and Dinner only mediocre, nothing special, not as I would expect in such a hotel. Also everything is quite sterile. No decoration, no flower, nothing.

Happy couple found a second home in Africanos!!!

I liked the design and furnisher of the rooms which is elegant , solid, dignified and well placed in the room. The star designer ceiling is calming and brings a sense of deep thoughts. Experiencing the outside shower is quite liberating...like it! The room shower is spacious and makes shower time a joy 😀. The grounds are clean and beautiful. Atmosphere around is serene and it is always a joy to be outside and inside the establishment....the staff is well trained and you can feel the extra UBUNTU quality they add to their service....from the front desk to the house and groundkeepers. This place is a real pride of Eastern Cape Accomodation Establishments. One can never get tired of booking here. Salute Happy Couple

I would be telling lies if I point to anything so far. For now all is well....hope it so remains.

The bathroom was very spacious and clean even the room itself we were supposed to go for some activities and decided to stay because our room felt warm! The food was great too and friendly STUFF!

Modern and clean, with great bathrooms, not very veggie friendly

Very nice and modern Bungalow rooms with huge bathrooms on a large property. Nice quality materials and finish. Great location, for a day Trip to Addo Elephant Park. Safe parking.

Breakfast had no option for fresh fruit. Scarce vegetarian options on the menu. Bottled water tasted strange like it had chlore inside.

besides to items very enjoyable and excellent place to stay

room was well furnished, the only problem is that there is not a very good desk area to work, if you are a business traveller this is a problem bathroom is spacious and lovely, except the floor is very slippery, smooth tiles breakfast is adequate and really great and well presented

What a lovely comfortable

The accommodation was beautiful. The bathroom was lovely with huge outside shower which was fantastic. The swimming pool was a little small but it did cool you down. The staff were all lovely and very helpful

I though the food was a bit weird the menus didn't make sense. I felt the food could have been a lot better for the calibre of hotel. Possibly to do with Covid and everything just starting up again. Everything else was great

Our stay was beyond expectations

Our room was outstanding The staff were pleasant and went out of their way to accommodate us. Organised & delivered breakfast packs and allowed a late check out. I will definitely be back again

somewhere secure to leave the room keys as we left early to participate in the cycle race

Great stay just book directly with hotel to save

lovely place, great food and friendly staff

I overpaid through booking.com. I was charged just over R4600 for the evening for four of us. Whereas if I had booked directly through the summer special I would have paid R3500. Not sure where the extra goes. I have used booking.com extensively over the years but this has definitely left a sour taste in my mouth

Beautiful, quiet, well cared for "home" away from home! We ahd a lovely stay for a week and the staff are extremely friendly and always willing and able to meet every need! Their meals are absolutely fantastic, with huge portions and value-for-money - compliments to the chef(s)!
