A beautiful modern interpretation of a mini hotel within a historic property. Just off the main stretch in solerno. Carmine was an amazing host and went out of his way to accommodate us in anything we needed. He made our stay as easy as it could of been. Rooms were comfortable and clean. His suggestion of a restaurants close by did not disappoint. 10/10 would highly recommend or stay again. Thank you!!
Cannot fault at all.

Conv located close to the train station and the main street full of shops, bars and the Amazing ice cream shop just a few doors down! Unfortunately my train was delayed but the owner was super accommodating.

Simple but clean, comfortable, safe and a well-located accommodation. Good value for money and a friendly host too!
Not a lot to be honest, it served a purpose and the amenities were about where they should be given the cost.

Very friendly hosts, and a great location not too far from the train station and just around the corner from one of the most popular restaurants in Salerno. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with balconies and comfortable beds. Breakfast was amazing, lots of variety and excellent coffee! We were also very happy that there was a lift.
Our shower ran hot then cold then hot again. It was probably fixed after we reported it. The feather duvets would be more comfortable with thicker covers.

The property has an excellent location, close to the centre and amenities. I was given a warm greeting by Giuseppe and furnished with a map showing recommended places to visit and eat. The room was fabulous and spotless, with a very comfortable bed and a large bathroom (toiletries provided). There was a kettle and tea bags (lemon, green and decaffeinated) provided, but no coffee. The lighting options in the room were good, but the dimmest selection turns off from the wall only, whereas the main light can be switched off from the bed. The wi-fi was reliable.
On arrival, I ordered breakfast (€5) before realising that I was the only guest (the mini-hotel has only four rooms), but Giuseppe returned at 8am to serve me with two large rolls, cheese, mortadella, yoghurt and fruit (apples and oranges) as well as some excellent coffee and fruit juice (orange or pineapple) - I was asked if I would prefer savoury or sweet breakfast and chose savoury, which was excellent value for money.
I am being very picky here, but the shower's water temperature varied, going lukewarm then hot again, then lukewarm to hot. The shower door has no seal, so is prone to leaking into the bathroom. The bed had a mattress protector but no pillow protectors.
Parking in Salerno is at a premium - there are many spaces, but all filled; Il Reticolo can provide private parking nearby, but at a cost of €20 per day, so I opted for street parking and was only able to find a space 15 minutes' walk away because I have a Blue Badge.
Prior to my arrival, I had several messages via WhatsApp asking me to confirm my arrival time, which I found inconvenient (and slightly irritating) as I was driving from Naples via Ercolano, Sorrento and the Amalfi Coast (not the easiest drive with narrow roads and inconsiderately-parked cars), but once I realised I was the hotel's sole guest that night and that Giuseppe does not stay on the premises, this was understandable; however, there is a such a thing as too much contact (I had explained my itinerary and stated that I would message if my estimated arrival time changed - in the end, I was 10 minutes later than stated, because of issues finding parking).

Thank you for your kindness in everything and especially for printing our train tickets. Nice breakfast that took into account both savory and sweet flavors.

The owners was very friendly and helpful.
The room was spacious and very clean, with all the necessary facilities.
The accommodation unit is located in the historic center, close to the ferry, pedestrian touristic area and other attractions.
A big plus was the efficient air conditioning and the silence overnight.

Great location, walkable distance to many amenities. Easy check in! We had arrived quite early but our room was ready for us. We were able to easily communicate with Carmine during our stay through whatsapp which was a bonus.

we enjoyed our very short stay there for one night. It was clean the beds were small but it was nice to have two twins for my daughter and I. We had a gorgeous view of the city from our little balcony. The air-conditioning was very good and that’s a big deal in Italy. You could make the room very dark with the shades and sleep without any noise from the street. The post was very helpful before we got there he gave us many answers to many questions about transportation in location etc.
no problems

Excellent host. Good communication. Giuseppe recommended a fish restaurant and pizza restaurant. Both were outstanding and reasonably priced.
The accommodation is very well located and great value!
There was a smell from the drains when using the shower. Not a big problem.

If you would like to have two lovely Italian men serve you breakfast, this is the place for you!! They were very nice, helpful, and knowledgeable, and we really enjoyed our stay. We highly recommend this hotel.
The pillows were a bit hard, but that's just a personal preference. There was a flight of stairs before reaching the elevator.
