Terrible Place, Don't Stay in this Hotel

Hotel is misleading customers, providing rooms with broken A/C and Shower. Management (Serdar) refused accepting our complains deceiving regarding room condition. Avoid dealing with this property

Unhappy customer

I never received the room I booked. I was given a room with old air-conditioner. No kettle for tea or coffee. The shower was very small and uncomfortable. The staff couldn't communicate with us properly. I am very disappointed. The breakfast was the only good thing we had. I left as a very unhappy customer.

Everything about the room and no clean towels. Unhelpful staff. I feel the people though nothing of us.

Had a disappointing stay. The staff is very unfriendly. There was a lot of kids running around for a “adults only” beach

The Restaurant and beach area is very nice and the food and cocktails are good.

The rooms are small and filthy. Bedding and towels are dated. No beach towels, but it is a Beach Hotel. Very unfriendly staff…the whole lot!

It was right at the beach, very close to the central shopping area and markets. The peninsula and it's castle walls were close.

Only maybe the room itself, it was sloppily built. Not very european. The pictures and reality differ.

I have problem on my bookings, all options are same for all room types, although I bought highest room rate for deluxe suite, they gave me annex suit, I do not know whether with one I choose but from room pictures, its near to sea, But now across the road, I changed one room with 120 euro for 3 days, Please support on not satisfying issue,

The only thing that I was a bit annoyed us is that I paid extra to have a bigger room upgraded room and was a little annoyed to see that my room was small and I actually paid extra so if I didn’t pay extra I would’ve just got the same room anyway
