Fantastisch

Ontbijt top op 5e etage in heel mooi restaurant. Ruim voldoende verse producten. Vers brood + croissantjes. Diverse hartige en zoet beleg. Fruit. Op verzoek maken ze verse eieren. Goede koffie en thee. Kamers zijn voor Turkse begrippen super netjes. Recent gemoderniseerd. Goede bedden, kluis, koffie apparaat voldoende ruimte voor kleding. Beneden in hotel zit een koffiebar. Ook zeer modern, druk bezocht dus zal ook goed zijn. Voor Alanya beste hotel tot nu toe. Wandelend de stad in. Echt letterlijk in 8 minuten sta je in de haven/centrum. Ook top, in de avond kun je in het restaurant Italiaans eten. Geweldige sfeervolle ambiance. Super mooi uitzicht Als laatste ook personeel, zo vriendelijk en service gericht

Wat jammer is, maar wisten we vooraf, hotel heeft geen zwembad. Maar licht echt letterlijk op 50 meter vh strand. Hebben met tegenover gelegen beachclub een samenwerking waar je met korting bedje etc kan huren Eén klein mini puntje; kamer aan voorzijde hebben fantastisch uitzicht maar de weg is zo bizar druk dat je de gehele nacht ontzettend veel lawaai hoort. Ik kan makkelijk slapen maar hier iedere nacht oordopjes in.

Skønt hotel med meget larm

Lækker morgenmad som vi indtog på Envie Beach - ligger lige overfor hotellet, direkte på stranden. Super skøn lokation, dejlig mad og betjening. Hotellet ligger tæt på alt, og på 5 sal ligger der en fantastisk lækker italiensk restaurant som vi klart anbefaler. Havde der været mindre støj kom vi gerne igen, men det bliver svært at flytte den store vej.

Larmen er forfærdelig fra vejen. Hvis man ønsker ro er dette ikke et hotel man skal tage til. Når du sidder på balkonen og nyder den intet mindre en fantastiske udsigt, er det som at sidde på en trafikeret vej. Det samme om natten, der er meget trafik og trafikstøj.

Very comfortable bed and clean room. In Turkey, I have not often encountered the same level of cleanliness as in Western European hotels, but this hotel met those expectations. We had a small challenge with the shower, but the hotel management solved it very quickly. The hotel staff speaks excellent English, which is a big plus.

Amazing

The most comfortable hotel you’ll find in Alanya. The hotel is totally upgraded to another level. Nice decor and good location. We good also stay at the beach across the street placed called envie beach. Definitely go there also. I had an amazing view to the sea and the castle, very friendly and helpful staff. Service with a smile. Rooms are clean and comfortable , so yummy breakfast and will come here soon again. Thank you again !

The personal was very nice and the prices were fitting and reasonable.

We had to wait for about 1 hour after coming to check in before we got access to the rooms. The breakfast was not the best in my opinion.

Amazing quality, excellent service

The location of the hotel is fantastic! It's conveniently situated near the center of Alanya, and the breathtaking view from the balcony provides a wonderful experience of watching the sunrise and sunset over the sea. The staff at Büyük Hotel were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. I was absolutely delighted with my stay there. Exceptionally comfortable beds and fresh rooms. Your sleep will be blissful, and the cleanliness of the rooms will ensure a pleasant stay.

The AC didn't work, actually it did work but as a fan, the internet was very bad, beds are not comfortable at all, very noisy, tv didn't work either.

Nice hotell, very good breakfast. The hotel was perfect for me, near the beach og Alanya centrum.

Best breakfast I have eaten in Alanya, good quality. The staff was nice and professional. The hotell was near shopping, near beach no 1, the best beach in Alanya. My room was clean. Normally we chose apartment hotels, but this hotel was a nice surprise. Perfect for 7 days or less, and also a combination holiday with hotels outside the city.

Decent, but would not stay here again

The staff were nice, and the hotel has a great location, near a lot of shops, restaurants and the beach.

The rooms are small, and the bathroom for a room with 3 people is not in the greets condition. The cleaning service, forgot to give us normal supplies that the rest got in theirs, such as q-tips etc. The food was okay, but not with a lot of options, and drinks are not included when you pay for food, morning or night, so we had to pay an extra bill at the end because of drinks. It would have been nice to mention this, when you book the hotel, that breakfast and dinner doesn't include drinks.
