This one bedroom condo unit has a microwave, refrigerator, french press coffee maker, granite and tile full bath, living room with a flat screen, an office desk with complimentary wifi, a queen-sized bed, a couch, and a view of the flatirons from the large deck. This comes with 2 parking spaces, both under a carport

Enjoy a beer while watching the sun set behind the mountains from deck. Walk to any of dozens of delicious restaurants and pick up your morning coffee from a generous handful of local cafés.

This central downtown location, coupled with nearby public transportation to Denver and the Eldora Ski Resort, make this the perfect no-car vacation. The Colorado University campus is an easy 5 minute walk away. Rent a mountain bike and all of Boulder is within your reach.

We enjoyed our stay at this unit. The location was great, very close to Pearl St. The unit had everything we needed and the deck was nice. Someone suggested in a previous review to provide a luggage rack or space in the closet for guests luggage and I would have to agree. Overall our stay was very nice.

Super convenient apartment in a great location. We had all that we needed for a great week in Boulder. The washer and dryer onsite are not in the apartment and are pay to play. They were hard to find but the owner was patient and texted back and forth with me until I found the place. The owner also let us check in early and was super responsive and helpful with any questions that I had. I would highly recommend this rental.

We had a bit of a glitch at check in, but Joanna handled it promptly, professionally and to our satisfaction. She is a responsive and attentive host. The location is perfect — just a few blocks to Pearl Street Mall, and has one covered parking space. As others have noted (and as the description says), this is a second floor condo, so one must be able to manage two flights of steps. (No issue for us, just flagging it.). The unit itself is small and a bit basic, but perfectly comfortable and well-equipped. The balcony is delightful. In all, it is a small, comfortable condo in an amazing location, for a good value, with a professional, responsive host. We enjoyed our stay.

We had a great stay! This apartment is located so close to pearl street that we walked everywhere. Lots of restaurants and shopping right around the corner. We had everything we needed. Thank you!

The property was exactly as depicted, and everything was very much in order. Although I did little cooking, the kitchen was a chef's delight! So relaxing! My only suggestions would be to include a luggage rack (so my suitcase could be easier to access), and to have more detailed instructions about using the TV (the number of remote controls was baffling, and what worked best were the manual controls on the side of the TV).

This was our second stay here, and our positive review from one year ago in May 2022 remains accurate. Since then, the kitchen appliances (stove, microwave, dishwasher, sink) are new, as is the bathroom sink; the large countertop between the kitchen and living area is gone (much less counter space now); and the work desk has been replaced. It would be helpful if a coffee table could be added in front of the couch, especially without the now-removed countertop. As before, would stay again.

This sweet little property is so close to Pearl Street; it's absolutely ideal! We enjoyed the quick 2 block walk to the shopping, restaurants and coffee shops. The accommodations were very comfortable and ideal for a couple.

The location is great but the place is pretty basic. Furniture is old and worn, bed not comfy, and coffee plunger needs to be tossed. The plus is that you can walk to pearl st and everything else is a few mins drive away.

Stayed 5 nights in late May. Condo is as advertised. It's upper left unit looking at front of building. Clean full-size refrigerator present but not visible in pics, in corner near kitchen & couch. No central or window A/C, but the portable evaporative air cooler is somewhat effective on a hot day. Will hear neighbors in this multi-unit building. Two front-to-back parking spaces underneath building, with bit of tight squeeze to access. Great location for walking to Pearl Street Mall & many other places in central Boulder. Would stay again!

Perfect location for a Boulder visit. You can walk everywhere from here and have easy access to bike trails as well. The condo was a little worn but comfortable and had everything that you could possibly need. I worked four of the days during our stay and the internet was good enough for Zoom calls and other work. I enjoyed having coffee on the balcony in the morning and walking down to Pearl street to grab a quick lunch. We found a great place to walk to dinner every night. Loved Boulder and this nice little Condo was perfect for our visit. Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay in Boulder! Joanne was wonderful: prompt in her replies and went over-and-above to help us out. The location of the property -- just two blocks off of Pearl Street, near to the mall section -- was perfect. The fact that the location has protected parking off-street was a huge plus. There are only two negatives: the laundry is coin (or app) operated and is on-site, but not in the unit. Wasn't a big deal, once I found the location. The second is that the bedroom and bathroom could use a bit of a refresh. The furniture had drawers missing pulls (bedroom) and hard to open/close (bathroom), the one closet taken up with cleaning things, the pillows rather flat. Don't get me wrong! Those are minor issues in an otherwise excellent unit, but they were the elements that didn't meet our expectations. Regardless, I would recommend this place to anyone heading to Boulder.

We stayed at Joanna's condo for only a couple of nights, but it was exactly what we needed. Pearl Street is a quick 2-minute walk away, parking was easy and the place was easy to find. The condo is well-furnished and the bed was comfortable as well. Can't imagine having a better place to say!

Husband and I stayed at this property for our 16th wedding anniversary. Had everything we needed and was very close to Chautauqua Park and only about a block and a half away from Pearl Street. We also liked that the street the place was on was fairly quiet from road noise. Would definitely stay again when visiting Boulder.

We rented this spot for 3 days and it was so great to be close to anything you could need - Pearl street is within walking distance which is pretty awesome. The covered parking space was a huge plus as sometimes it can be hard to find parking on the street. Overall a wonderful, clean spot. We would recommend anyone to stay here.

The location of this property is perfect if you are looking to explore Pearl St Mall and walking distance to restaurants and shops. Check in and check in was simple. Joanna was easy to deal with and answered any questions. Good for a short stay for 1 person or a couple.
