family run property, really nice owners. the breakfast was amazing. you can use the kitchen and prepare your own dinner, very convenient. the rooms and the facilities are cleaned everyday.
the transparent door for the bathroom in one of the rooms was not ideal when two people are sharing a room.

The room was very nice and the bed was extremely comfortable. The everyday cleaning of the room was exceptional. The hosts are very kind and helpful and gave us many tips about the places we should visit. If you stay here during the winter season, you can ski to the place right from the slope which is great. We highly recommend to stay at this cozy and family place. Thank you for your hospitality.

Breakfast was perfect before skiing each morning, especially with excellence service from our hosts. Location was great as you can ski to and from within 20 meters of the hotel. We talked with our hosts to get recommendations for dinner and the best ski areas (successes all around). Would recommend staying here to anyone going to Selva area.

This bed and breakfast was the absolute best that we stayed at during our 2 month trip through Europe. The staff and family were very kind and accommodating! All facilities were very clean and they were very helpful about transportation and even assisted my friend to find his jacket that he left on a bus. Included breakfast was a great way to kick off a day of hiking!

We were welcomed by a very happy and helpful family. They helped us with hiking instructions and with any other questions we had.
The room was very nice, new and very clean. Great shower and clean bathroom.
We had a great view from the balcony. The villa is placed in a quiet place, with beutiful arounds.
Good breakfast with all you need, a lot of sweets. 💚

- It's a cute place, with a nice breakfast.
- The grandmother is very cute and friendly.
- The shower is hot and a lot of water comes out.
- It's indeed ski in - but not ski out; the slopes are at 1km walk! (We chose this hotel partly because it was advertised as "ski in - ski out")
- Beds are only 190cm tall (!!), and framed by some wood, so if you're taller than 180cm, there's no way to let your feet hang over the bed. Particularly on a ski trip, where the legs are already stiff from the day's exercise, it's a particularly annoying problem!
- Wifi was not working. When asked specifically, it would work at very low speeds for some minutes, but then it would disappear. So when looking for wifi, I could identify 3 mobile hotspots from other guests; so for them it was clearly also not working.
- Even though the breakfast is rationed (2 bread buns per person) the younger lady (Christine) forbade my girlfriend to bring her buns out! Even after explaining that she doesn't eat so early in the morning (she just ate 1 egg) - the lady of the house was strict about it, as if we were school children, and as if those 1 or 2 Euro real cost of breakfast would make any difference towards their profit, when paying 120 Euro per day per room. We found this particularly unhospitable.
- No fridge in the room. We asked to leave leftover pizza in the kitchen fridge, but this was not allowed.
- Rooms are very small. Considering that apart from restaurants there are not many after-ski activities in the village, and so one would spend much time in the room, there's really no room to spend time in the room, except for the bed, and a miniature table which really doesn't leave much comfort to "enjoy" the time sitting on it.
- The shower cabin doesn't close, so be prepared for a wet bathroom.
- Location is pretty far from anything else. Without a car it's definitely not recommended to stay here.
- Even with a car; if you come back a bit too late from the skiing, there is no decent transport (bus) from the village back to the hotel, and a taxi is required.

Very welcoming and kind family. They love their region and its nature and will share hikes or activities you can do.
The beds were very good and comfortable, the closet was very large.
The view from the room 7 was very nice and you get access to a balcony providing equally awesome views.
Hand sanitizer is conveniently provided around the breakfast area and hallway.
The room is cleaned thoroughly every day.
Parking lot is located right in front of the hotel and you can park right in front of the door if you have heavy luggages (although the hotel doesn't have an elevator).
The internet speed is sufficient for Netflix streaming and could be enough for remote work / video conference. (about 3-4 down, 8-9 up). The wifi will ask to re-accept the terms and conditions quite regularly. Pay attention not to use 4G by mistake.
The TV has an HDMI input that you can use to stream from your laptop.
We have seen eurasian pygmy owls while on a hike, to the surprise of the owners who are not used to seeing them :D
The bathroom in room 7 is fairly small, which will be quite cramped if you are 190cm or more.

Excellent breakfast, kind owners provided a lot of useful informations.
Quiet location outside of the center, but easily accessible within 15 min walk.
Val Gardena card for free use of local buses for whole week.
Shower gel and shampoo only first day.

Really nice and caring people, family run. Great breakfast with a lot of home made products. Has a kitchen you can use. Nice area of Selva, quieter with nice view of sassolungo
Only the pillows were not to our liking but that's subjective.

Amazing breakfasts (we ate so much every day!), lovely hosts with good english, detailed local knowledge and very helpful hiking & via ferrata advice. (It is a family fun hotel & the granny has been everywhere, she really enanced our trip with her advice)
If you are in the Dolomites for the great outdoors, you would be hard pressed to find more helpful and experienced hosts.
The rooms were quite small for two people, but clean and tidy with a good shower and a balcony with a georgeous view over the mountains.

The location was perfect for a four-day stay in the Dolomiti. It was central enough to walk to town, but far enough away to be quiet. The views are remarkable. The room was great and I loved the balcony too. It's a really nice family-run hotel, which loved and I really appreciated how sensitive they were to my COVID concerns, accommodating my wish to have breakfast in my room. They were very friendly and helpful in giving me great recommendations on places to go and where to eat. I would definitely return!
