Awesome Lake View and great Value for large families

Very spacious and clean. Great location within 3 minutes walk to lake. Nice view from balcony. Airconditioning worked great in all the rooms. The host was very nice and met us at property to check us in.

The stairs to walk up to unit, but it was good exercise.

Superb

Lovely, bright modern decoration Spacious and well equipped apartment. Plenty of parking. Sunny balconies and view of Lake. Supermarket nearby selling good variety of products. Walking distance of the town.

Wonderful stay in a luxury apartment in a beautiful little town

We called Pietro on arrival, he came straight out, let us in and showed us around

Awesome stay at Pepe's Apartment

Pietro is a very nice host. He can speak a bit english, but it helps if you know some italian. He lives close by, so if there is anything that needs attention he takes care of it quickly. We enjoyed our stay at Pepe's apartment. The beach and village center are only a 10-15 min. walk away with plenty of restaurants and bars, and the next supermarket is very close by too. The AC in the apartment works very well and you have a nice view of the lake from the big balcony.

we hope to return to Pepe apartment as 2 days weren’t enough!!

the property was spacious and spotlessly clean. The owner was very pleasant and very helpful. It was only a 5 minute walk from the lake which had ample facilities for us all. (We were 4 adults and 3 children)

There was nothing we didn’t like about the property. it was gorgeous. We had to cross a main road to access the path to the lake but the sight line was good.

Wonderful stay!

What a wonderful stay at Pepe´s! The apartment is nice and big, spotlessly clean and everything is new and comfortable. Nice air condition units and TV´s in every room! It was lovely to have our morning cup of coffee on the balcony, (with lake view) and watch all the cute little cats roam around the premises. One of them actually used the roof of our car as a nap area! Our two little daugthers were delighted with everything, (the cats, the hens in the backyard and all the fruit trees!) and so were we. Pepe greeted us when we arrived and was such a lovely host. We give this accommodation our best recommendation and we would love to come back some day.

There is only one thing we could possibly comment on (and it´s only a petty nag!) but it´s the size of the pillows in all the beds. They were extremely big/puffy, which is great for reading in bed, but not comfortable for sleeping. Therefore, it would be nice to have maybe a few thinner pillows as an option.

Luxury stay

The appartment is vast, bright and very well equipped! It has 3 sleeping rooms with big smart tvs in each, two bath rooms, one with a tube and the other with a shower cabinet. You can find also washing machine, hairdryers and ironing equipment. This, added to the fully equipped and cosy kitchen, the large panoramic terrace with lake view (with barbecue facility) in front and another, more private terrace with garden view, really made our vacation a very special one. The owner is very kind and provided us with all information needed. The appartment has its own parking place and is at a key location neer a supermarket, the restorants and the beaches. We had a splendid experience here and we would try to book it again!

We couldn't find any single thing that we did not like!

The perfect host and ideal accommodation to explore Lake Bracciano

Large fully equipped property, perfectly located for the lake and all amenities. Supermarket 5 mins walk away, many great restaurants and coffee shops. Pietro was the perfect host and couldn’t do enough to make us feel welcome
