Beautiful villa, larger and brighter than the pictures suggest. Comfortable and everything worked. The owners who live next door provided a warm welcome and were available if we had questions.
The view over the lake is fantastic. Lots of outdoor furniture to make for relaxing afternoons taking in the view.
The road up is quite steep. Not a problem for us but I could imagine it looks daunting for some drivers or if you are looking to walk up to the house.

Villa Isotta is excellent for dogs- we did not really expect for a garden, where they could run around on their own! Location is also more beautiful than we thought - overlooking to the lake up on the hill.
We had some troubles both with wifi and TVto start with - but at the end we could solve both on our own. Wifi however did not work properly all the time, but it was not any showstopper as the mobile hotspot could be used instead.

The view the people the massive size of the house, the Location was perfect
Just a bit too many mosquitoes but nothing the hosts could do anything about

The location high up overlooking the lake was stunning
I would have liked to have been warned about the VERY steep drive up to the property. Even as a confident driver it was a challenge. Also - I would have hired a more powerful car! - However it was worth it once we got up there.

WOW WOW WOW!!! This location can't be beat! The home is huge and a great place to be if you are traveling with a big family as we were. The view of the lake is breathtaking! The neighborhood is quaint and quiet and you can really just kick back and unwind on that beautiful large back patio. We loved eating dinner out there with the breeze and incredible view.
Hosts met us upon arrival and showed us all around. Plenty of beds, seating, linens etc. Beds were comfortable and the place was very clean. We enjoyed cooking dinner in the large kitchen. It was well stocked with everything you could want to cook with- even for a large group. There is no air conditioner but the hosts had some fans we were able to use and you can also open the windows and let in the cooler night air- so it's plenty comfortable.
We had a rental car so the free parking right at the property was very nice. It was so great to have some time outside of the big city. I only wish we could have stayed longer! The hosts were so great! Super friendly and gracious! It was nice knowing that they lived in the adjacent house and that they were available if we needed anything. They were excellent about communicating through WhatsApp.
100% would stay here again. Awesome property with awesome hosts!

We loved the views and the outdoor space that allowed us to relax and enjoy our surroundings. The villa was spacious inside as well and furnished beautifully. Our hosts were the friendliest and most helpful people we've ever met.
The only single thing I didn't like was not being able to stay longer.

Villa Isotta is a wonderful villa with stunning views over the Bracciano lake. There is a triangulair garden where you can play games or have a barbecue. The terrace is facing south and the views of the lake are spectacular. As the villa is a little bit outside of the center of Trevignano the skies are full of stars at night. The owner of the property lives next door and is always available for help or to give tips on where to go. We had a wonderful stay and recommend it to anyone.
There are ventilators in every room, which is a good thing as it was 37 degrees when we were there. There is no airconditioning in the house.
The last 100 meters to the house are quite steep with an ascend over 20%

Excellent hosts - kept in touch by WhatsApp messages before our arrival.
Location - fantastic views over the lake.
Apartment large and very quiet. All amenities provided in the kitchen (other than a kettle or toaster) and ‘basics’ such as washing up liquid, hand wash, cooking oil, salt and pepper provided.
Close to the town - Approx 15 minute walk down to the Supermarket (which was open 6am-midnight daily) and to bars and restaurants.
Unable to have 2 showers or a tap running at the same time, without the water temperature being affected.
Very steep walk up hill to the villa, which was ok for us but would be a problem for anyone elderly or with health issues.
Parking was a bit tight for a large vehicle.
