The dinner and breakfast is very good.
Our room AC is broken. The room temperature is a bit high. The staff brought us additional fan to cool down the room. They should have check the room AC before.

The whole experience was wonderful. My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary. The staff kindly prepared a sparkler surprise with a thoughtful card. It was a suprise and very memeorable. The food was fantastic. The bath was relaxing. Highly recoomend.
We stayed in Ori Sakura. It was very private and spacious. However, the staircase was a little scary and for my partner who is in his late seventies it was a little inconvenient to have to go downstairs from the bedroom to use the bathroom. Not recommended for older couples.

Very beautiful and cozy. Wonderful personalized service from staff. Meals were served in courses and each course was a work of art a feast for the eyes as well as the palette.
Perhaps a wider variety of luxurious face and body spa products in my room and in my private spa as well as the community onsen.

Lived in Yamabuki on 2/F with an open air onsen. Open the big glass door of the bedroom and the private onsen is one step ahead. It's fantastic!
