Wonderful

It was a wonderful and enjoyable stay for me and my family, and we will book again in the future inshallah. I would like to thank “Mr. Jeric" for his warm welcome and care for us throughout our stay. He was very cooperative, helpful and classy in his dealings.

The constant request for your room number by the staff at every step you take is annoying , unrefined, and also denotes poor organizational skills in some operations without annoying the customer . You have to state your room number at every station, like a military check point . Sometimes it is even asked 2 or 3 times by the same person despite the fact that you have already passed that way . If you want to order a coffee and pay for it right away the first question you are asked anyway is “ room number sir “ . You should change your approach and ask first how you want to pay. When I’m on vacation I just want to relax and be not stressed by questions all the time

Very nice rooms. Nice and accommodating staff. Convenient, private entrance to the mall.

The room was lovely!

The distance from the pool was inconvenient. I love the pool and it was just impossible to enjoy because of the distance between the suites and the main hotel.

Fantastic!!

I truly enjoyed my stay. My family was very pleased with everything. The staff was exceptional. The staff was absolutely phenomenal. Saleh, Phyo, Ah were exceptionally helpful, kind and considerate. They were two other staff members who were also great. They shuttled us to the mail Rotana to use the pool and the restaurants. Splendid!!

staff are good specially mr.jeric and another filipina(pregnant)

doesnt look like 5 star hotel, room was clean but empty no even a water to drink,tv not working,me and family came to relax but 2am morning we need to find store to buy coffee..terrible! i booked for two close rooms as we are coming as family but we get 21th and 11th floor...i regret why i chose this hotel..never come back again

Almost everything during our stay was really nice.

The only problem is the connectivity of the wifi and the tv kept on hanging.

The suite we stayed in was very clean. Kitchen and bathrooms were great

The location and entrance of the suites rotana was hard to find. The restaurant where we ate breakfast wad so small and we had to transfer to the hotel everytime we needed to use the pool

Nice apartment located conveniently

The rooms are newly decorated, so quite fresh and modern. It was very helpful for the accommodation to be attached to a large mall.

The car parking and entrance from the car park was not clearly sign-posted and difficult to spot. There was very little in the way of cooking and eating equipment and utensils in the kitchen. The hair dryer was not working. After discovering this on the first morning, I reported it and we left for the day. On the second morning, still nothing had been done. So I had to leave the hotel with wet hair for 2 days in a row.
