السرير يبدو لي انه مليئ ب حشرات بق السرير حيث انه مجرد ان استلقيت وسحبته بدأت ارجلي بالحكة

A lovely stay at a lovely hotel

I love this hotel. Great value for money and a great location. The room is very nicely devorated and everything is clean and luxe. Breakfast was very nicely presented and the options were good. All staff were helpful and polite, so we'll definitely be back.

Good overall except for my comments

Location good

No ref in the room One drawer broken Hard to adjust the water, if you turn on the hot water first, and then cold water, it will stay hot for long time no matter how much you increase the cold water, I guess the follow of the hot water in the hotel not adjusted well

excellent hotel we would love to go back

the location, the bath tub, the wifi very fast

we asked for 1 bottled of water from housekeeping dept before we check-out like an hour before. they promised to give but nobody came eventhough we already open the door waiting. we called many 2 times to follow up but they did not give us so we end up going home instead..

Awesome, we had a really good stay in the hotel.

The room is big and very comfortable. our family loves the pool because it's heated especially the weather is already cold. Breakfast is really good as well.

Southern Sun is well-located with spacious rooms, a small but lovely pool and a relaxed lounge/bar Staff always welcoming and helpful.

On initial checking-in, the room I had, had a very musty smell. I asked for it to be changed and the staff obliged immediately.

Nearly perfect business stay

Nearly everything

Only complaint was that the serving staff in both The Foundry and Blue Sky lounge ignored me (despite seeing me and seating me) without ever coming back to get my order or tell me why they were taking so long. Both times it was not busy in the place and no excuse for such poor service. Thank goodness for room service, which proved an efficient way to get the same menu:food from those two outlets without having to be insulted by pathetically bad customer service. The room service staff we’re fantastic and the food was great.

Beautiful modern hotel, nicely decorated with a perfect breakfast

Very nice welcome in a modern hotel with all the needed facilities. Very nice and cozy breakfast area with beautiful furniture. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was amazingly perfect!

Extremely bad service

Hotel is modern and comfortable, with extremely spacious rooms. Located in a central area with a lot of amenities within close distance.

Really disappointed with the service I received here. I was working crazy hours and arrived at the hotel in the wee hours of the morning. I was told that the room was available however they would charge 250AED for an early check in fee (despite this rate being more than the actual hotel rate), or I could wait 4 hours in the lobby. I had worked 30 hours straight and was exhausted which the check in guy could see, but he offered absolutely no customer service. Won't stay here again.
