Prijemny, pohodlny apartman bez negativnich prekvapeni

Velice pohodlny apartmant, cisty a prijemne vybaveny. Villa Oliver ma vlastni pohodlne parkoviste, zahrada je tvorena borovym hajem vzrostlych borovic. Jde o seriozni ubytovani s vybornym pomerem cena/vykon.

Nekomu muze vdit blizkost trate, take jsme se bali, nakonec to nebyl zadny problem.

Восторг от леса . Мы сделали на мангале гриль. Было волшебно. Душевно уютно. Я бы еще приехала не один раз. Есть все из кухонной утвори. Я всем всем довольна. Рекомендую. Чисто уютно, удобно.

Немного в весеннее время прохладно. И ты включаешь кондиционер. И получается, что нет воздуха в помещении. Но это все ровно не такая большая проблема. Место супер.

Once again a very pleasant stay, I will definitely use it in the future

The facility is located close to Lake Balaton, the rooms have comfortable beds and large bathrooms, well-equipped kitchenettes, clean in the facility, tv and wifi work, very nice and helpful staff. Nicely maintained terrace with a garden, free parking space.

doesnt look like in the pictures at all: - dirt and dust everywhere - dead mosquitos on the windowsill, dried snot on the bed headboard, suspicious stains on the sofa, dust on the shelves, dust and weird stains in the kitchen drawers, cuttlery & dishes dirty as well - shower leaks which results into a mouldy wall in the bathroom (mould was also on the adjacent bathroom door) - all furniture very wobbly - the apartment was quite humid - the house as well as garden look very unkept very close to the rail tracks

Nice stay in Siofok

Really spacious and clean. We liked the AC in every room and that each bedroom had a private bathroom. The beds were really comfortable! The breakfast is served in a basked in the room and it is okay - toast, salami, croissant (packed), apple, tea, coffee...

Reception is not visible - I would recommend putting a sign on the property so guests know where to go (behind the villa). The stove in the Villa was not working properly. It would also be nice if the way from the parking to the Villa was lit - we came in the night and didn't really see in the dark.

The AC was undersized for the rooms in order to heat it up. It was 0 degrees out that night.

Accommodation in the attic, difficult movement around the apartment and shower cabin, You have to go to another address to get the keys, without a car it is quite inconvenient.

Air conditioning was handy allowing to keep the otherwise sound proof windows to be closed. Although the property is next to the rail line, but the house was surprising quiet inside.

We arrived at the villa after a five and a half hour drive very tired. The staff welcomed us and right away offered us help with baggage, parking and made me a very much needed coffee. The room was clean with a very good size patio. Bathroom clean. Everything was white, so you could tell, that cleanliness is very important to them. Last but not least, the vila was just a short walk from the lake. Simple but perfect.

Very easy check in/ check out. Great apartment, everything what was need was there. Friendly reception, we could leave our bags after check out to explore the city more.

- Great location - beach is very close - Parking always available - Garden is great

First of all I am writing this to Villa Oliver 2 (studio apartment) which I booked: - ceiling height in the bathroom makes it unusable totally -- height is about 1.7meters and they left about a 30cm narrow corridor for your head in the shower - this makes it absolutely unusable and I think this SHOULD NEVER be sold like this (is this has a licence at all to be used for humans to stay in? I really doubt it) - ceiling height in the room is very low - the stairs are too narrow - wonder that they suffice any code at all - another issue which we solved finally: price you book is in EUR but if you want to pay by card they want to charge you in HUF - so they do the exchange in a rate which is favorable to them obviously. If the price is in EUR, let me be charged in EUR. We solved it finally, but I had lo give them my card details and they charged it remotely. This should only be sold to people with maximum height of 1.65m. Because this accomodation is unhabitable we were moved to Villa Oliver 1: - bed was HORRIBLE - it is the cheapest and thinnest ever, also overused. You can feel the woodwork underneath with your back. - which was a bit noisy due to traffic

Good value for money.

Room met our expectations.

Air condition wasn't working for a while and we needed to restart it and wait 2 hours to start working. Also Wi-Fi connection was very low.

We recommend this apartment for long or short stay, we had there everything we needed :)

Everything was OK, we travelled with our baby and we got baby bed with extra mattress, so it was great. Kitchen was equiped very well, everything was clean :)

Railway track - during day we didn´t mind it, but we didn´t expect so many trains at night and it seemed to be loud with open windows
