Superb

Very nice room with a large terrace. Beautiful view from the terrace and the room on Lake Balaton. Close to the beach, shop, restaurant, underground parking. A very nice place, I recommend it

Nice lake view apartment

Very nice apartment right by the lake. Every apartment has lake view. The kitchen is very well equipped, 24h guarded parking(we had unlocked bicycles on the car), they let us leave our car in the parking for a couple of hours after check-out .

I didn't like the fact that they collect deposit money on arrival (30.000Ft or 100 Eur) and when you leave they check out if everything is fine. Well, after all, this is their policy.

we were cheated - got different place than booked and paid - we won't be back

very close to the lake, flat equipped quite ok

we came during the night so we couldn't pick up the keys from the stuff - we picked it up at the gates from guard (no english so only with sign laguage). we booked penthouse - we got regular apartment, which was not even close to the standards we booked. we realized day after arrival - when I went to stuff to talk about it, lady didn't speak english, so I asked someone who speaks english to call me - of course nobody did, unless I left another message on booking. the owner was quite suprised we realized the change. on the day of leaving she gave us only 10 000HUF back as a refund for lover standards.... so she has cheated us - for regular apartment we should pay much less amd we should be informed upfrond about such situation. when I told her, she just ignored me and made a story that penthouse has some issue with worms... the way the have treated us it makes me never come back again - you should consider different place to stay.

Very nice location and apartment, dissapointed of the facilities!

The apartment and the surroundings were very nice, and clean. Great view!

On booking they say there is WIFI connection, they gave us the password of WIFI of another apartment and the signal was very bad to at all. I complained but they did not care. Also... They took away the remote of the air conditioning. During the night the apartment was very very cold. When I asked for the remote, their answer was that the heating season has finished in Hungary 6 days ago. Also, there were no hygiene products, not even the basic hand soap.

One of the best hotels we have stayed in. Beautiful view from the balcony, room was clean and modern, great location. Communication with Fruzsina was also excellent and she also always helped us with anything. Thanks for the pleasant stay!

Very disappointing!

on the water nice building and grounds close to a store and some restaurants

It was NOT what we would consider a penthouse! It was small, the bed was uncomfortable and every time you moved was extremely noisy and woke the other person up. Also, the pillows were not comfortable. The wifi did not work! we were told that someone would be by to fix it, but it wasn’t until our last day that a new modem arrived!! Bathroom….the 2 lightbulbs over the sink were burnt out, and not changed until our last day. The shower in the bathtub worked, but there should be a stand up shower. The fridge was small for a “penthouse”, and the freezer needed defrosting. The sofa was inconvenient, as one end stuck out into the pathway to the kitchen and bathroom. There is a cover over wires across the living room floor, making it dangerous to walk at night. The deck is big, but after mid morning, totally in the shade at this time of year. Since the building was virtually empty, I’m sure that we could have been given a nicer apartment. It was disappointing, and the only reason that we could figure that it is called a penthouse is the fact that it’s on the top floor!

Excellent residential complex with everything you need. Green area with many plants. Playgrounds. Direct access to the lake. Great view from the balcony. Free parking in front of the entrance to the complex or paid parking on site. Nearby there is a railway station, 5 minutes by train to Siofok

The location is nice, just at the beach. I booked a balcony with a lake view, that was nice too. Nice little apartment. Good air condition!

The sofa was very dirty - there are textil washers, so you can wash sofas too, you know... I was sick with my tummy and my boyfriend went to ask for some more toilet paper. "This is not a hotel, go buy toilet paper!", they told him from the reception, 2 hours prior our check out... And it booking.com it says that toilet paper is included.

Good location. Decent bed. A good night's sleep overall.

Pictures paint too much of a positive picture. I expected to find the apartment in a much cleaner state. There was hair and dust everywhere. There was urine in the toilet when we arrived.

Close to beach, everything in the room needed for family, nice and helpfull staff. Super service, 2 ladies staff are fantastic. Boss, please add some forints to their salaries 😀.

Small place for 4 members of one family in our appartement, beds are not very comfortable.

Outside it's very nice. The garden is well taken care of and the location is great.

Our bad experience starded when we arrived. We had informed our host about the arrival hour via booking an hour before. When we arrived I called our host several times and no one answered . We started to panic because it was super hot outside and we had our toddler with us who was hungry and moody. So I went and tried the doors of the buldings, trying to find someone. Finally we found a young girl who said that she will make our check in soon. We paid 210 euros for 2 nighs and we expected something nice. The apartment we had was so ugly that they didn't even put it on booking. We were expecting a totally different room. The terrace was super dirty with dust and spider web. You couldn't open the windows in the bedroom because there were big spiders between the window and the net. The air conditioning is joke, we left it only on and there were 28 degrees. The sunshades are horrible, dirty, and useless. Our toddler was up at 5 am because of the light. The towels were old and the one in the bathroom even looked used. We only had one toilet paper for 3 people for 2 nights. The parking it's very low. We have a Thulle roof on the car and barely made it without scratches. We only stayed because we were super tired and had our baby with us. Otherwise we would have left the minute we saw the room. On booking they have pictures of nicer rooms and apartments and it's not fair to book thinking you'll get something else and instead you get something horrible.

Lovely place for friends and family.

Lovely flat, great host and location. Good equipment inc washing mashine.

It had clearly been a long time since the sofas and beds had been vacuumed under, we looked under when looking for a toy and found a lot of dirt and somebody else’s dirty socks.
