Time to relax and slow down!

I had an absolutely delightful stay at this exquisite hotel. The private spa exceeded all expectations, providing a serene and rejuvenating experience. When evaluating, you always have to consider the performance in relation to the price. Short summary: I would book it again. We had a very nice stay. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. The staff of the hotel super friendly and helpful. We used the hotel mainly for sleeping and a short breakfast in the morning (We planned to have the real meals outside). We used the private spa on the last night which was reasonable in price. #The hotel, the staff and the location (We specifically wanted a hotel that was a bit quiet, but convenient). o Location a bit outside (about 20min by car from the center), but close to the airport (8min). For us it was perfect. Hardly any traffic. o A few restaurants nearby. I recommend eating in town though. o A small market and shopping facilities 5 minutes by car from the hotel. o The hotel has its own 100% HALAL restaurant. There is some food available at usual prices. But we only drank fresh! squeezed juices and had breakfast. There is a wide selection of different foods, cakes, salads, etc.... There also seem to be locals coming for breakfast (not the hotel buffet), celebrations or dinner. Some of the staff could have been friendlier. Unfortunately, the kitchen closes as early as 9:30pm. + Very friendly staff that speaks super English. + Free parking, + Carriage rides nearby, + Mosques are nearby, + Is not located on a main road Despite proximity to the airport very quiet, + Very nice design. Large wide hallways. Carpeted floors. Lots of wood. + The hotel has a small PRIVATE spa area (No camera, Lockable). There is 1 Jacuzzi pool, a sauna, toilet and shower. Prior reservation is necessary. #The room (superior room with queen size bed). +Very clean, +Good amenities, +Quiet, +Beautiful decor. #Breakfast o Considering the price-performance ratio in my opinion ok. There are different egg dishes, sausage, cold cuts, juice from the machine, fruit, cereals. It could be richer. I found it ok

The breakfast could have been a little richer. It is a bit annoying that the kitchen of the restaurant closes at 9:30pm.

Everything was excellent. Staff was friendly, location is quiet, breakfast was one of the best we had in hotels. Also, spa is private.

Everithing was in line with expectations. The staff was very friendly.

It was impossible to get dinner in hotel restaurant due to ramadan. The restaurant was open only to 3pm.

The location of the hotel is very good, all facilities are available near the hotel. The proximity to SJJ airport was also very pleasing. The staffs are smiling and helpful. If I go to Sarajevo again, I would like to stay here.

In daily cleaning, only the bathroom is cleaned and the bed is made. Bed linen not changed bothered me. The water left in the room to drink was filling the glass bottle. It was very surprising that closed bottled water was not provided. Finally, they said that they could not collect on booking.com because the credit card pos devices were broken, and they said that they would solve the problem, but when our hotel stay was over, they still did not solve the problem of the pos device, so I had to pay cash.

Amazing

Property is super cute ,the rooms are really beautiful .But I must say the staff was the best ever .We left some Important items in the hotel room and Hotel Manager and other staff went above and beyond to send that items to our home country .All together Amazing !

Disappointing

Facility look, location, room was great but needs additional maintenance attention with bathroom mold!

24/7 front desk 3rd shift employee needs additional training! Guests that are in hurry to catch the plain will not be happy to hear that they have to wait to pay for their room until 7am while checking out before 7am, when they need to be at the airport at 7am. I was very unhappy with this service! This was huge frustration and disappointment especially when the same employee is trying to “teach” you rules and regulations of the house while you just want to pay the room, check out and leave. Ao who ever makes those rules, please consider being more flexible and let the guest pay their bill at check out- please don’t force them to wait u til 7am. At the same time the same employee was very helpful and helped us with our luggages on check in time!

It was pleasant enough but a fair way from the centre of town.

Breakfast was great and the staff were very friendly. The rooms were comfortable and pleasantly decorated with super high beds. Nice hotel surrounding.

Despite the lovely hotel surrounding the area was extremely busy and there was lots of traffic. I don´t recall reading on Booking ¡s.com that this was a dry hotel, no alcohol even in surrounding bars and restaurants. Taxi into town took a while and despite being successfully dropped off and collected, I´m pretty sure they were family members of the hotel staff and not authentic and genuine taxis......I could be wrong !!!

Well priced Hotel, lovely staff.

The staff were very helpful and always on hand to help. The hotel is well equipped and also presented in the correct manner.

The shower in the room had small amounts of mould on the sealant, however, this is a minor point and not one that should stop anyone from staying the night.
