رحلة مريحه ⭐️

كل شيء جميل الموقع قريب من سنتر إليجا والموظفين ودودين ومستعدين لتلبية طلبات النزلاء وأخص الموظفة اللبغة والمتميزة EDITA حيث كان استقبالها اكثر من رائع وقامت مشكورة بترقية الغرفة والإفطار يلبي الإحتياج

Perfect for short stays.

Amazing location, walking distance to restaurants and shopping. You can’t beat the location.

The hotel is a little aged and facilities aren’t the greatest.

Sobe umazane,voda v kopalnici.Posteljina od prejsnjih obiskovalcev na pojstli(ni v celoti zamenjana)Ob prihodu se že začelo vse narobe!!!Čistilka nam je povedala da gremo v drug hotel z 5imi zvezdicami.Po prošnji da se soba posesa in uredi nova posteljina!!!Zato smo hotel zapustili in odsli v druzga.Hotel Hils.Kjer je seveda druga zgodba.Vse je bilo ok,super Ostali smo 6x nocitev.Prijaznost,cisto,izbira,vse je na nivou ki ga lahko ponudi bosanski hotel.Seveda Slovenija ima boljše standarde na katere smo navajeni,vendar lahko rečem da so nasa pricakovanja ispoljnjena.Steje največ prijaznost in čistoča hotela!!!Vsi hodimo na dopust da se spocijemo,psihofizicno.Ce te kriterije hotel ne izpolni ni smisla bivati v njem.Zato toplo priporočam izbiro hotela Hils.O zajtrku in ponudbi hotela,prvotnega skoda da karkoli pisem ,totalno razočarani🤢☹️Mislim da bi moglo vodstvo hotela razmislit o vsem in pravtako poskrbeti za gosta.Ne da jim je vseeno ali bo al ne bo!!!Gosta je treba obdrzati in na novo privabiti(nazaj).

الفندق لم يكن نظيف و تم تاخير دخولي للغرفه لمدة ساعة و موظف الاستقبال سيء جدا و الغرف لم يتم تنظيفها يوميا و عند الاتصال لا احد يجيب

Prijatno iskustvo i pozitivan feedback

Prisup samom hotelu i parkingu je jednostavan, osoblje je izuzetno ljubazno, sobe su lepo opremljene i čiste. Dobili smo i dodatni krevetac za dete. U restoranu je čisto i uredno a hrana je sveža. Voda u bazenu je čista i topla.

Suženi izbor hrane u restoranu u odnosu na konkurenciju. Nedovoljan broj ležaljki i sadržaja oko bazena. Neprijatan miris ispred hotela verovatno od ispuštanja same vode iz bazena.

A beautiful hotel with a great location and friendly staff

The location is great, airport shuttle is excellent, staff is very friendly and well behaved

Great stay

reception staff were very nice and helpful . They were professional in their dealing with customers and helpful in accommodating request especially Ameenah and Adita. Certainly, I’ll stay their again.

Breakfast buffet could be better with more food options. Also AC in the rooms is fine but might be an issue in hot days.

The staff at the desk was incredible, very polite and engaging.

The rooms didn’t seem like in the pictures; the faucet in the bathroom was rusty; the room was cold and I couldn’t adjust the AC; the blankets seemed like they were not freshly washed.

I requested room with view , they didn't provide it . No bus shelter to airport , i ask no answer .very very bad breakfast . I didn't eat the other days.

I wouldn't recommend for couple romantic stay

Friendly stuff and clean, cozy room.

The wellness is more like rehabilitation sanatorium for the elderly and sick. It wasn't clean at all. Is is better not to use it at all. Hotel is more like 2/3 ⭐ Breakfast was poor.

Disappointing

My room was wide and the bed was comfortable. The location is close to the airport. The coffee was good.

They served leftover food for breakfast. There was a cocktail that took place 2 days ago and a gala dinner the previous night of the conference at the hotel, and they served the leftover cocktail snacks, cheese, and meats for breakfast, which is unacceptable. The fridge in my room was not cleaned when I first checked in; there was leftover food from the previous guests in the fridge. There was a spider hanging down from the ceiling. There was no bottled water in the room. I asked for it and they said that the tap water is drinkable, which is also not usual for a 4-star hotel. The location is far away from the city center. They let smoking in the lobby, which is unusual for me.

breakfast is great, a lot food, the egg is great. Parking is free. Staff is frendly, i exceed one night, and the reception guy help me with that. Room is big, cleaning good, and the bed is real comfortable.

Good bubble bath. Good firm mattress.

No No smoking enforcement: guests smoke right under the No Smoking sign. Low quality pillows. +29 in the room, and no air conditioning available. No wifi reception in the room.

OK, it's cheap.

Good value hotel within walking distance of shops, bars and restaurants. Easy parking right outside. Big room, swimming pool, nice bar, friendly staff.

Big trolley of dirty dishes right next to the breakfast buffet all the time. That's not good. Bit more effort needed, which costs nothing. Swimming pool not quite so clean as it should be. Rooms need renovation - glass covers on lamp missing, seals around shower basin coming off.
