My stay was okay and not comfortable at all, the double bed from the other room was not comfortable at all, the apartmen

The property was okay, I enjoyed the beach view more than anything

We were booked on the 10th floor which made us very uncomfortable because were travelling with the kids and couldn’t relax and be at ease as we had to always watch out for the kids, I think next time they should be considerate and check the kids age or rather ask if we would be comfortable to stay on the highest floor Again, every morning we did not had hot water, we constantly had to bath in cold water, this is the reason why I hate to be booked in apartments The basin for the main room was not functioning properly and the lid is not closing

Great apartment with incredible views, lovely family stay. Felt secure

Magnificient Views of the harbour entrance and the ocean. Comfortable Beds. Loads of cupboard space. Safe. Secure access . Adequate parking. Lovely living areas. Cleaning staff did a great job and should be commended.

Both showers leaked all over the floor due to poor drainage, leading to spoiled clothing and a slipping hazzard. We had to put all the towels on the floor to manage the water. There is not enough cutlery in the kitchen . There were also drunk noisy neighbours on Friday and Saturday nights that spoiled our stay somewhat. They came home well after midnight , left all their apartment doors and windows open, and carried on their drunken party ruining our nights sleep.

My stay at the apartment was fair. The facility could use a little upgrade and regular maintenance. Otherwise, beautiful

The apartment is very spacious and clean

Not all the lights were working, it was very dark in the lounge. The light at the balcony didn’t work at all. I couldn’t take any pictures. The doors going out to the balconies didn’t lock.

Our stay was amazing, we'd definitely do it again

Everything about the place is amazing, great view to the ocean, fresh breeze from the ocean all day. It's at the centre of everything, walking distance to the ocean, to Ushaka, restuarants and its very safe even at night, the area is surrounded by securities and police vehicles are always patrolling.

The only thing that worked for me was the location and it really felt safe. Everything else ☹️

The location is great, safe and peaceful

There were cockroaches, master’s bedroom bed was uncomfortable with dirty linen. The flushing cistern was not working in the master’s bedroom. Dirty iron, no hairdryer. There was extreme noise from a generator and the kids had a tough time sleeping

Other than the rude security guard our stay was your ok.

Very secure and clean

Having 1 access card yet we were a team of 6, the security guard was very rude to us that includes insulting us.

Just ok, but if given other options I would not book this unit again. It needs serious upgrading.

The property is safe and secure and close to the necessary amenities for our trip.

The unit is very outdated. The owner need to invest in modifying the unit. Kitchen and appliances need a total upgrade. None of the bedrooms have a headboard, and there's no decor or anything stylish about the unit. That was disappointing since we've previously experience way better standards from the other units in the property.

Excellent location of the property and one feels safe and will have a wonderful stay

I loved my view and the setting or location is excellent. I have lots of cruise clients and this will be a good option for them to stay before or after their cruise. I enjoyed my stay and the view of the harbour and sea is exceptional!

The apartments are opposite a building that has their generator constantly running and this can be quite noisy and irritating.

The room was clean

The checking in process. The air con leaks water into the clothing cupboard causing all my wife's clothes to be wet The bed didn't have a fitted sheet.

Breathtakingly amazing

Everything was perfect. The reception desk was open 24hrs, the beach view, the spaciousness of the apartment. There was a restaurant right below and the staff was amazing.

The floors were dirty (cleaning lady seemed to be using liquid products without sweeping first, creating sticky floors). and there was no mop to cleanup any spillages.

Really nice place to lay your head at the end of busy Durban day

It was spacious, quiet building and area. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The plug points worked on and off and also some lights so I think that needs to be fixed. And maybe a little tlc so that it is true Lu a stand out apartment e.g the trash cabinet was not on its hinges and front door gets stuck while opening it.

Our stay was amazing to a point that we did not want to leave. We will definetly come back.

The Ocean View

We didn’t like the smell after mopping. And the fact that bedding was not changed. Windows had lip prints and finger prints of other people. We had to clean that ourselves😞.

The lady that helped check us in (unfortunately forgot her name), was so amazing and friendly. The apartment was spacious for me and my family. Was my second time staying here and honesty, will be my go to everytime. We really loved it.

The warmth of the air-conditioning was not much to go with, but we had brought blankets so it was not much of a disadvantage.
