Small irritations, but a lovely stay. Basically due to location.

The building is very safe, and I love the amount of security they have. You have access to many places around your beach and Ushaka. The water pressure in the apartment is amazing and hot water is readily available.

However, I wish the apartment was taken care of more (upkeep). Although it's a self-catering unit, have someone come every second day to clean and change towels or something. The hot tub in the main bathroom did not work and the plumbing drains water very slowly. Patio/balcony doors couldn't be looked resulting in constantly checking that it doesn't swing open due to wind. The TV remotes had no batteries. The dishwasher was left dirty.

In general, we have enjoyed our stay and other activities around.

Property was big enough for the entire family. The sea view was great. I like their security system; we felt very safe.

Staff attitude was not great. We requested extra towels for the kids, and they were only delivered the following day after a 2nd request. Pool was not cleaned until the following afternoon after complained during our arrival. The property we stayed in requires maintenance and a bit of face lift.

The space and location

There were a lot of things not working, aircon/radio, no ice in the freezer, no towels in 2 of the bathrooms. Outside cushions were terrible. Bathroom drain was blocked. Patio door handle broken.

Not bad

Best location. best security. Best views and just a walking distance to Ushaka.

The beds are not comfortable. The main bedroom bed was the worst. the balcony was not clean. even after we asked for it to be cleaned. we couldn't use the outside furniture.

the place is under maintained the hot tub and jacuzzi did not work at all. callled the lady who represents the apartment wasnt very helpful

Simply Wow! I was shocked and amazed at the decor and the view and everything!!! I loved the stay

The stay was absolutely awesome witha view to die for......

The front door was stuck due to moisture I would think, I struggled to open and I was afraid I that would damage the key when trying to open the the front door.

Everything about the place was perfect. Very spacious apartment with an amazing view of Durbans coastline.

The air-conditioning was a problem. It barely worked and it could never go below 20° or else it would start leaking in the kitchen.

I will never book at that apartment again and pictures used in booking.com are very old picture.

The sea view

Blinds in bedrooms and in a bad state meaning when you are in the balcony the people in the bedroom don't have privacy. Blinds are falling off and as a result you get woken up by the early sun. Airconditioners were not working and the hot tub. At some point the hostess decide not to take my calls anymore. I ask for braai facility and I was give a skotel braai, the least the could have given is a gas braai.

Was looking forward to using the Jacuzzi , so disappointed that it was broken.

It's location and the view

Lots of things needs to be replaced :- kettle lid is broken and falling apart , two blinds are missing at the main bedroom so people from the lounge can see through the window there is no privacy . Hand liquid soap in the bathroom is refilled on the very old containers with a different branding (it says lemon hand wash yet filled with cheapest strawberry one and quarter empty). The mope is very old and disgusting as well as ironing board . Pls change those yellow stained pillows and get new ones . You can improve by filling those sugar tea coffee containers and providing extra towels please. The Jacuzzi tab jets were broken as well as the Jacuzzi by the bar is broken and few tiles are missing from the bar . Also the bar lights don't come on .

Beautiful views

The apartment was very spacious. Good location. Beautiful views.

The apartment was not well cleaned before we arrived. It seems to be poorly maintained. There was no cleaning service for our entire stay.

The setup was outstanding The place was neat and tidy The place was near almost everything. We had to walk than drive

Jacuzzi in the bedroom and upstairs were not working,and so is the refrigerator in the bar The sliding door ddnt lock so we felt unsafe
