Czysty pokój, bez wi-fi, ze wspólną łazienką.

Przyjemny mały pokoik do tego dobre śniadania i możliwość pożyczenia od Pani rowerów

Brak Wi-Fi w pokoju i wspólna łazienka mimo, że miała być prywatna. Gospodarz mówi tylko po włosku. Nie zna angielskiego i ciężko było się porozumieć. Pomógł translator w tel :)

Good

Its a nice B&B. The room was big, comofrtable an clean. So was the shared bathroom. And breakfast was great.

Communication. I would give it 9 stars if not for communication issues. First they advertise the use of bicycles and we marked it both during the reservation process and in our message to the property that we would like to use them, but unfortunately they never replied. And there were no bikes at the property when we arrived. They did send a few (automated?) messages about the house rules and need to fill in some data in order to get the code for the appartment, but never replied to our request for bikes. We filled all necessary data after first message, but got another identical message just before our arrival. And they never sent a code to enter the appartment, only after we called the number on booking they shared it with us even though the person responding to our call didnt speak english. A shame as the property/room is nice and breakfast was good. But without bikes its a 1h walk to the Sirmione Castle.

We enjoyed our stay

The garden is wonderful and the breakfast was really good. We enjoyed our stay there very much. Everything is clean and we met really friendly people.

It is really sharp-eyed and on 1 morning they prepared the roof and so it was very noisy but it was necessary after the storm.

Facilities need improvement

The bedroom was clean and comfortable with air conditioning. The host was friendly. Parking was easy and free. There was a fridge in the room and a shared kitchen.

I don't like to leave unfavourable comments but unfortunately the bathroom (we booked room with private bathroom) was really not up to standard. The bath was in a real state of disrepair with the plastic coating having completely peeled off the bottom and been covered up with a bathmat which felt slimy. The shower was over the bath so there was no choice but to use it if you wanted to shower. It had obviously been painted in places to try to cover up the damage. The previous occupants used soap was still in the dish. Communication over check in time was comical. 2:30pm on Booking, 4pm on the initially host message, 2pm on checking with the host and 3pm on their online check in system. The room was not ready at 2pm which was unfortunate as we had an event to attend.

Perfect accomodation

There was a perfectly working air conditioner, the breakfast area is really cute, as all the garden, which looks like a botanical garden. The property is in a very quiet area. There are hammocks that you can use. You can make really dark in the room, just a little light comes in in the morning.

There were nothing that we didn't like, only a small inconvenience that the owner doesn't speak english, but very helping anyway, and google translator solves the problem. Be aware that on foot it is a bit far from the center but still walkable.

Exceptional

It is a beautiful place, loved it! You can see a lovely touch on every corner you see around. Cleo is so friendly & helpful! Offered coffee & water as I was waiting to leave. I would love to come and stay here again! Grazie, Cleo! Take the free bicycles to explore the town and choose your beach to swim. There are some corners under the trees: The ground is sandy. Also swimming in the castle with all the ducks, swans, etc. at sunset is lovely.

AGGRESSIVE racist host, no heating, no private restroom, no private breakfast: NOT recommended!

Closely located to Sirmione center. Free parking.

There was only 1 shared bathroom for all the guests with lots of waiting time and noise, which made the stay seem like a cheap hostel. The heating of our room was off despite cold winter and the AC didnt work either to warm the room. The male host, who could not speak English, seemed racist and got very aggressive and loud when we had kindly asked for the heating. We slept with 4 layers of clothing - it was as cold as sleeping outside. Only after 2 hours of escalating the heating finally worked a bit, it ruined our whole and only evening there. The breakfast was also very cheap, we had to sit together with all other guests on one single table in a dark room, because the landlady did not want to clean the tables in the sunlit terrace. NOT recommended, unless you want to ruin your vacation.

A good value option

Really friendly host, and the breakfast every morning was so generous and delicious. Our room was very spacious.

Only one bathroom for 5 rooms made mornings a little trickier.

Lots of amenities

This place is very convenient when you want to be more independent: well equipped kitchen, great garden with lots of seating space to enjoy food or a drink. I think it would be a good option for families with kids, for example. Breakfast was good, with many options. There is free parking nearby and the location a few kilometres from Sirmione is convenient. You can also borrow bikes for free which is great. Cleo, the host, did not speak English but was friendly and helpful.

First of all, the decoration style is definitely peculiar and not for everyone... The room was also a bit small, and you can hear people going to the bathroom which is located at the end of the corridor. Cleaning is impeccable but they use strongly scented products, so we needed to air the room quite a bit.

Great value for money.

Very good value for money place. We had everything we wanted - linens, dryer, air con, bath facilities and there is a common kitchen that is available for everyone. Breakfasts were wonderful as they were outside in the garden 😍 Very useful to know that there is a free parking outside and free of charge (but upon availability) bicycles.

The air con did smell a tiny bit, probably just the filters were not clean or it is already old. This was not such a big issue but still if somebody would stay longer in the room will need to shuffle between opening the windows and turning on/off the air con.

Wonderful B&B in Sirmione!

What made this place the most special was our host Cleo! She is very sweet and thoughtful, and has created such a happy, positive and cozy b&b that even offers exceptional breakfast! The property is located in a residential area just short distance from the Sirmione center. The free bike rentals were also an excellent service that helped us get around. Thanks Cleo!

I just wanted to run away Constant creaking of doors and floors, especially unpleasant when it happens at night. Everything is very audible. The toilet and shower are shared, you constantly have to wait in line for the toilet, very inconvenient. No order cancellation. We didn't get what we expected. No customer focus on the part of the homeowners. Breakfast takes place under the supervision of the hostess. Very uncomfortable and uncomfortable. A few days of nightmare for your money. ADDENDUM TO THE ANSWER Instead of listening to customers. Customer accusations. Very ugly.

Lovely big breakfast. Cleo is a very kind and helpful host. The king size room was good value. It was very large and the bed was quite comfy. It is on the outskirts of the tourist area but not far from the lake for swimming and the free bicycles mad getting around very easy

The only real problem was the shared bathroom. There is only one bathroom for 8 guests which is not enough. The host kindly let me use her bathroom for which I am grateful. Just and idea for Cleo.....The large king size room could be made smaller and 2 bathrooms built, one ensuite and one for the other guests. That would make the accommodation fabulous.

Good stay

Cleo is a very nice person and the cappuchino she gives with breakfast is a big plus. the room was very clean with 3 different sizes of towels. Free bicycles for exploring lake garda. Easy acessability and the parking is always free, so there is no hassle, as well as it being close to the house.

nothing to do with the bnb, but there were a ton of aggressive mosquitos (I had at least 9 stings on one leg). Maybe a fly net on the windows is recommended. The room i was staying in had no particular blinds or curtains, so you cant really darken the room. The bicycles are free, but you have to watch out. The bike i took in particular had a faulty gear shift and the brakes were resting against the tires, causing you to paddle even when going downhill.

The hoster was lovely and helped me with anything I needed. You can use the new bicycles they have and she made an amazing cappuccino for us. We had a great time there.

Everything perfect

The stay at the B&B couldn’t be better. The host is very kind and sweet, the room was very comfortable and clean, the bathroom as well. The breakfast was nothing extraordinary but also very good and more than enough. It’s a bit outside of Sirmione but there is also a beach nearby and you can use the bikes of the b&b for free for the whole time so you can go wherever you want very easily. Would always book this b&b again.

Perfect Location

First the staff , Cloe, was very friendly and helpful despite the language differences but we are used to that. Very beautiful setting, her gardens were outstanding and all the fragrances. The room was very large with balcony that wrapped around the front of the residence with strawberries growing in the planter boxes. The location was perfect for us and our two dogs.

The only complaint is the shared bathroom.

Perfect stay

Francesca & Teresa were very helpful and flexibel. We arrived earlier and it was no problem to check-in and use the bikes for free. We can highly recommend the place. Free parking around the corner, good breakfast, nice bike ride to Sirmione, very good pizza restaurant nearby.

Exceptional

Very kind and nice people. Really enjoyed our stay there. Good location. Everything was clean. Breakfast was lovely. Freshly baked cake and even pizza. We had the luck that we had everything for ourself in the B&B . Even at our arrival a bottle of wine was in the fridge. Also the free use of bikes was super. I checked out before breakfast, the location was a good walk from the bus station but it was also much quieter than most places I have stayed. The host was welcoming and very courteous! The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. Couldn't ask for better.
