We had a great stay the staff were lovely and very accommodating, the only downfall was the place being pretty run down

Nice villas and staff. Quiet but close to everything. Value for money is about right. Enjoyed my stay

Only thing is all the rules posted up all over the hotel and room. You can't do this, you can't do that. this is how much the fine is. Kind of makes you feel like you're at school

It was large & had heaps of different areas. Cheap scooter hire, good location. Clean property.

Shower went from boiling hot to ice cold and you couldn’t move the shower head. One shower leaked also.

Good location, good a/c, spacious and clean, bad wifi and unstable shower.

The property was clean and spacious, excellent location, with very nice design and my kids enjoyed the little private pool very much.

The wifi is pretty bad, no connection at all in the bedrooms. The showers were very weak and water temp was very unstable, hot and cold hot and cold, I think this is the worst part of the villa.

the location was good, it was no too close and not too far from where the main areas were. nice little villas, good layout of the bungalow, cleaning service everyday, robes and basic toiletries provided

the property looks nice and clean

no ficlities no space to move rather cramped, no space outside the room or inside to sit and relax. no microwave, no mirrors except in the bathroom.hit my head twice while opening the fridge. no convenience at all

Nice place with space and privacy

I love the pool and spacious size of the place. You have total privacy and nobody bothers you. The cleaning staff are wonderful they are always smiling and willing to help you. They are efficient and work hard and fast. There were a couple of times I still thought they were inside but cleaned quickly and left without me noticing. The place not far from the walking street and other tourist areas. There is family mart right down the hill about 100 meters from the villa.

The jacuzzi only has cold water. There is a $300 deposit I was unaware of when checking in. Other than that I had a wonderful trip.

Spent most of my time outside but hotel was very comfortable to crash after

Location in Patong ideal for exploration as it is within walking distance of the beach and other attractions in the Patong area. Presence of security guard also gives some sense of assurance when living inside or when not at home. Room service is prompt.

Have to climb quite a steep slope to make it to the hotel so can be quite tiring, especially after a long day outside walking to the beach/partying elsewhere. Unpleasant experience with nearby car rentals as well.
