Très beau séjour à recommencer sans hésiter

Nous avons apprécié l atmosphere très chaleureuse du personnel.Notament Gift,Preciouis Muskoka,Faith , Clement,Lucky et les autres qui nous ont fait sentir chez nous.Le petit déjeuner assez varié et très bon Les repas du chef excellent.

We were told breakfast would be available from 6:30 but it was late. Also the water in the urn was not hot. The sausages were tasteless

Over rated, 4 star in name only.

The showers are hot and powerful.

Chaotic breakfast, good luck getting your egg before the rest of your meal has suffered rigor mortis. Took 30 minutes to get an ice cream which, even for zambia, must be a record. Completely unprepared for load shedding in a region where this is the norm.

Clean modern room, comfortable, well located, quiet and in good location.

The place was cosy, quiet and in a safe area close to the CBD.

the road leads up to this place but of course that is beyond the control of the owners.

Lovely place, enjoyed it.

I loved the breakfast! Good variety, great coffee, pretty breakfast area. Very comfortable bed, clean and cosy rooms.

The shower was a tad small. Kept knocking my elbows on the walls when I washed my hair.

It’s was pleasant for one night.

The airconditioning was not working properly, suggest a service. No teaspoons at coffee station. The towels are a bit sad.

The cleanliness and breakfast

Most TV channels were not available, eg, Supersport 3 for english Premier League and Uefa Champions League. I had to leave the hotel and go to a nearby pub to watch the matches. So disappointing

for the price they need to close the hotel and renovate it, in the same area there’s another hotel 2 times cheaper with

good place, nice exterior, nice breakfast

a gap between the price and the standard, no phones in rooms, instead they gave the WhatsApp line but no one is online to reply, no shower cap, no tiles neither carpet in the room, etc.

Worth a visit!

I liked that the hotel is situated a walking distance to the mall. Staff were great and quite helpful. The pool bar was also a viby place. It's worth a visit!

Its location is good, being very near a major shopping mall. It is also fairly easy to get to the airport.

The road leading to the hotel is in a very bad state.
