Nothing is maintained: torn bedsheets, torn sofa covers, mosquitoes but no all-outs, very less utensils, no dental kits, poor drainage. We went for temple and requested them to keep the breakfast but they didn't keep that too. I feel seriously feel and had a late checkout. They took extra changes and yet misbehaved.

Nothing to like at the facility. Room for lot of improvement

All basic amenities and promised things at the time of booking are missing. 1. Bed - Choose a king size bed.. as I am travelling with a 4 year kid. Given a small queen bed. Waste of Money 2. Water - There was no water at the facility for 4 hours in the morning hrs. Not even for natural calls. Waste of Money 3. Elevator - Was not operational at the time of checking 4. Television - Out of 10 times I switched on TV, 8 times it was saying No signal 5. Breakfast - It is not buffet breakfast as promised while booking. Roadside serves more varieties of food. Waste of Money 6. Restaurant - No attached restaurant. Need to order food outside. 7. Overall - not worth of money. Beneficial for Bookings.com and facility not for customer

Very bad experience & feel cheated by Treebo Trend. This was not value for money.

I didn't like anything about Royal Elite hotel, Madurai from the entrance to the ambience to the casual approach of the staff, pigeon-hole sized room, stained bedsheets, old & worn-out towels, no wifi etc etc. The Hotel doesn't have any parking space but claims to have one which is very dishonest about them. Treebo Trend should disassociate themselves with this hotel.

Tiffin is good.

When I have checked in the room, the bed is not arranged with pillows full of dirt and later they have changed after asking. Towels weren't provided initially and arranged later. It's not upto the standard. Parking will not be sufficient for more than three vehicles. If it rains,the area will be water logged.

Cleanliness of bathroom. Inconvenient Breakfast timing (starts at 0830hrs) and too cramped a place for having breakfast.Hence most of the guests including us had breakfast outside. Mentioned distance from Meenakshi temple is not correct

I had a nice experience. I recommend the hotel for stays.

The behavior of the staff was very nice. The premises where clean and neat. The room was small, but neat.

There was a window glass piece missing of the bathroom window.

theres nothing to like about the place, worst hotel ever built

the whole place is a disaster, the bathrooms are very dirty, the manager is very rude and non-responsive, there is only one guy who acts as the whole support for the hotel.

Room tariff too high for the service provided. A tariff of ₹1800/-a day would have been reasonable

Location is good. Breakfast was minimalistic. Only 2 dishes (Idli & Pongal) provided. No beverages; Not even Tea/Coffee! It would have been better if Breakfast were not included as there are many good restaurants nearby.

The manager was not able to take decisions by himself. We ( 3 persons) had booked 2 rooms for 1 day. But after seeing the room we wanted to be accomodated in one room for 2 days at the same cost. This request could not be managed by the staff. So we had to vacate and find alternate accommodation for the 2nd day.
