4.5
The staff are all polite and friendly. Though the property is small as compared with the other 5 star hotels they have complete facilities such as the pool, the spa or massage services, function room and dining with live entertainment/singing. The food is very good and worth its price.
Some of the rooms do not have tables and chairs, luggage rack and/or mini cooler or refrigerator.
The parking space is very limited.

People are friendly and nice. Clean and comfortable rooms. Given extra hour due to the advertised facilities not available.
The advertised facilities are not available especially the wall climbing.

very convenient. good 15-30 mins to anywhere you wanna go (without traffic)
there are lil roaches in our room. we got our room sprayed but the next day it'll come back. I think it's because of the trees there and also the building looked quite old BUT the staff did try and help us

Price is reasonable for the rooms. All-you-can-eat breakfast was great! Staffs were friendly.
We could hear a lot of what's going on outside our room. People, most probably drunk, were shouting and giggling late. Dogs barking from the room in front us very early in the morning.

Facilities, pool area, restaurant with tables, the space infront the building for parking, safety
The shared bathroom for 10 pax bedroom was not in a good shape. Needs a maintenance. In deluxe room infront of the pool was dead cocroach next to the bed that could be totally removed before my arrival, also deluxe room smelled a bit.

The first staffs that welcome us are nice people but the staff that attended our check out made us wait for almost 30mins to check out.
They are charging too much! From the corkage of foods and drinks. They dont even have foods and drinks available, they only have water, so you dont have any choice but to buy outside food and you need to pay a 50% of the cost of your food based on receipt. Food without receipt are not allowed. Aside from that they will charge you for smoking violation of 4000 pesos. We didnt smoke at the room, maybe what they saw are from the recent client clearly they are not cleaning the room. I did not contest about the penalty upon check out since I am in a hurry since they made us wait for already 30 mins and the grab that I book already arrive.
Third, the room are not that good, its too small that you cant even move, the first rook that they gave dont even have enough privacy anyone that passes on the hallway or from the stairs will surely hear what you guys are talking. So I need to go back to the front desk and aak them to change my room.
I wont go back again to this 2 star "Hotel"
