Bad staff

The security guard in palm 1 entrance & palm3 entrance...& the update for security for the arriving for the lest of the booking. Naka dismaya kasi po .pagud kami galing travel tapos pag dating sa Gate. Hindi na info sa guard yong booking ko at kahit pinakita ko sa kanya yong booking ko hindi parin kami pinapasok ..tpos naalala ko tumawag yong staff ng palm3 sa akin for update kung anong oras kami dumating pinakita ko yong sa guard yong parang may ari ...ayong pinapasok kami..at pag dating sa pangalawang security ok naman pinapasok kmi .pag dating naman sa palm 3 na security my god na shock naman kami ayaw laming papasukit kahit pinakita ko na I'd ko at booking ..tapos tinawagan niya ulit yong girl sa palm 3 saka pa kami pinapasok...na shock talaga kami ng hubby ko ....kasi ng kasundo kaming mg stay sa condo for experience...ayon hindi masaya kasi yong staff niyo hindi friendly...ng sisi kami ng husband kong afam...sa dami ng hotel naming na stayhan at puro 5 star hotel sa condo na gusto lang naman namin ma experience mg luto para sa aming dalawa pero ang ng yari sa staff mga mukhang my ari

BAD EXPERIENCE!!!

Close to the airport

BAD EXPERIENCE!!! Child’s rate same with adult rate. They asked for additional payment for additional guest even if the unit is very small. No additional beddings given. Needs not given. Me and my family are very unsatisfied. Never ever will come back to this unit!

Badd and good

Location. Man who found our location in another building

Check in was at wrong building Room was wrong. No view of oil as advertised street only , second level. Check in women very interested

Lovely place

Kim the host was very lovely and communication is excellent. The security guards were very helpful. Location is perfect, it's near NAIA 3 where we had our departing flight so very convenient. The beds are clean and comfortable. We also like that there's a washing machine to use for the wet clothes used for swimming.

The receptionist when we arrived was not very accommodating and welcoming. The towels are not great, it doesn't dry the body easily. Bath mats were not provided.

Overcharged for unserviced room worst room ever seen in that price care taker MS Kim harvest person to deal with even my time to stay in manila 16 days coz of the place bad impression I left the Manila buy ticket to go indonessia rather than stay there as long as I live I will tell everyone to stay away from this apertment

Good value for money, comfy bed, clean condotel

The condotel is in front of NAIA Airport, just walking distance to the Airport. My booking was in Terminal 2 PAL. I have to take a taxi to Terminal 2. Good value for money. Clean condotel. Comfy bed.

It was an okay stay

The location.

We got to the property asking for the key to the unit that was assigned to us. The staff said that guests of that unit extended their stay so they gave us a different unit. The staff asked her colleague to take her stuffs from the unit that they are giving us. We got to the unit and it seems like it wasn’t cleaned yet. The stove wasn’t cleaned and it was the first thing you will see. You can tell that the bedsheets were not changed, the room was dusty and there’s only one roll of toilet paper given to us knowing we were there for 14 days. I have to purchase toilet papers until they gave us more supplies. No mat in the washroom and because the toilet was leaking, the floor was wet. I had to ask for it. When I told the owner she sent someone to fix it but the leak was still there even after we left. I tried to cancel half of my stay but unfortunately, I will still have to pay the full amount. I think they can do better. they just need to know how to properly manage their bookings so they can prepare before every guests arrive. I’ve stayed in the same condo building (diff. units and owners) twice before and I had no issues so I chose the same area but was disappointed this time. One good thing though which I really appreciate, we left some documents and the owner contacted me right away.

Exceptional

We were graciously accommodated with our early check in request. It's near to shops and restaurants and a short drive to the airport.

We had to leave early thus we didn't have enough time to explore the area more. I wish we could have stayed longer.

I like the place because it's closer to the airport and the nice stuff and guards..

Wish the room is cleaner or atleast make sure no tiny bugs in the sofa bed crawling on bedding. Tha bath has towels but no washcloths. And cabinet were the extra pillows are dirty so we didn't bother to use them...

No complimentary water at least. No slippers. No coffee. Too many extra payments like cleaning of the room prior to going inside.

Great location because its near the airport

My Guests were not satisfied. A staff came late at night to get the payments without asking if they were ok. They were not able to use the water heater, coffee maker because there was no intruction how to turn on the power.
