Excelente localização com boa equipagem e recepção perfeita.

Localização, espaço e equipagem.

Falte de uma lavadora/secadora de roupas. Quem viaja com pequena bagagem por quantidade de dias superior a uma semana aprecia a existência de recursos para a lavagem e secagem de algumas pelas de vestiário.

A beautiful experience!

We had the most magical time in Florence and absolutely loved our stay here! When you enter off the street, it is like walking through a lovely garden with the most beautiful floral aromas. Cosimo from Coco Places was an incredible host to us — he is so friendly, showed us the laundry facilities, and even stored our bags for us the morning after check-out before our train to Rome. We went to several places he recommended (Trattoria Marione & Gelateria Santa Trinita) and had the best time! The apartment was comfortable, clean, and felt so safe. The perfect location too!

Wir haten sechs sehr schöne Tage in Florenz. Eine Mitarbeiterin war oft im Haus und half uns sehr.

Nähe zum Bahnhof, ganz nah in die Altstadt.

Bidet war defekt (werde geflickt)

Very good

The apartment is in a good location near the historic center. We really appreciated the windows to the quiet garden, we slept beautifully all night.

The kitchen contains only basic equipment.

Great location.

Entrance door made of glass so living room at night lit with the light in front of the appartment. If someone sleeping in the living room and expecting complete darkness, won't get it!

value for money and great location

location is great. it is a 10 minute walk to the Duomo and centre. The apartment is big and spacious and fairly new.

There is nothing more beautiful than this place at all, we enjoyed the view, the safety, the cleanliness of the apartment and the welcome of the host, everything was easy, wonderful and very comfortable .. and all our requests were answered, the hostess explained everything to us and gave us recommendations to enjoy the vacation, everything was close and the location is strategic ! I will really repeat the visit

Good stay

It is only a 5mins walk to the train station (without luggage), and a nice walk to all places of attraction. The property is very spacious and quiet, and the lady who helped with check-in is nice too.

The kitchenware and cutlery are not the cleanest as they are hand washed, but not a big problem for us

Well located, most places are walkable distance. Railway station was 7 minutes max walk.

The hosts helped me keep luggage as i arrived earlier, that was super helpful. He helped us to go to the central location where my day was well spent with most of the histrocial places. Our other host explained me nearby details, room facilities etc. She also guided us on the nearby places

Lovely apartment, very comfortable bed and modern decor and very clean. Situated in a courtyard behind the street and really quiet, yet within walking distance to the train station and attractions. The lady who met us with the keys was very helpful and polite. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful Firenzi Apt

Wonderful Apt, fully equipped with everything you need. We were met at Apt at designated time, was shown how to enter property, and everything about unit explained in detail. We were made to feel comfortable. Door locks was like a fortress, felt extremely safe. Balcony overlooking garden was a real bonus, as well as iron and board. Map given, attractions, restaurants and market highlighted. Would highly recommend, and would definitely book again if coming to Firenzi.

Didn't like the fact that we didn't stay longer.

Very nice apartment right next to the train station. Once you enter the building complex everything is really calm and quiet, there are a lot of plants in the garden, sage and lavender smell amazing! The apartment itself is really nice, got everything we needed. What you see in pictures and read in description, that is what you really get. The service around booking is also excellent, every requirement was resolved promptly.

Beds were too soft, but nothing I could not live with.
