Five bikes are provided with this property making navigating to the attractions of Seacrest and Rosemary Beaches a short, adventurous and enjoyable trip. A zero entry pool with splash pad fountains for the little kids, and two gas grills for your use are all just steps away from your door!
No off-street parking or walking necessary for this home. The spacious garage can accommodate two vehicles has an outlet for charging an electric car or park those 2 cars in the driveway and utilize the garage as a game room! Roll out the ping pong table for a fun tournament or play some games on the multi-game arcade. Don't worry, you won't miss the big game as there is also a TV for your convenience. With all of this there is still room for boot bins and hooks to house all your beach toys and sandy shoes after returning from the beach!
Upon entering the home, the first thing you’ll notice after entering through the side door is the gorgeous brand-new hardwood floors and the beachy décor accenting the room. You’ll find a set of full size bunks sleeping up to two small children a piece or one adult each in the corner of the first room. The room adjacent to the bunks is the first full bedroom containing a king size bed and en suite bathroom. Across from the entry door you can see the stairs winding brilliantly up to the second floor: the door to the ever so convenient elevator located next to them. Imagine no lugging suitcases up-stairs or having to worry about those with physical impairments being able to enjoy the entire house.
On the second floor, Sail Away provides a stunning fully equipped kitchen with state of the art appliances and a comfortable soothing color palate; a perfect place to relax, cook a family meal and unwind. Next to the kitchen spectacular lighting hangs above the dark stained wooden dining table setting the mood for precious family moments. Off the kitchen there is a nice sized bunk room containing a twin over twin bunk and attached bathroom. The rest of the second floor consists of a cozy living area with smart televisions with complimentary HDMI hook ups and extensions for gaming and devices. While the kids are having fun in the living room laughing and playing games, Mom and Dad can escape to the small balcony on both front and back sides of the house for a nice glass of wine.
The third floor contains the final two bedrooms and the master suite. The two bedrooms are both equipped with king sized beds and large smart televisions. The beautiful counter tops on the double vanity in the shared hallway bathroom is sure to make anyone feel right at home. The Master suite is at the end of the hallway. Featuring a large closet equipped with pack n plays, a king-sized bed facing a large new smart television and an en suite bathroom, this master suite is everything you could ask for a relaxing nights rest. The house was nice w 4 king beds & 4 bathrooms. The location to beach was about 15 min walk, you could bike but had to still walk 5 min from parking as you couldn’t ride/leave bikes parked on water side & trams were long wait. The community pool was a 2 min walk from house & always seats available Washer/dryer were stackable & not equipped for group of 14. Dryer took 4 cycles to dry towel. I think upgrade needed.

The location of this property is extremely convenient. Walking or biking distance to so many great shops, restaurants, and cafes. The initial code we were given to enter the property didn’t work but in a very short time the property management team had someone at the property to fix the door. The washer and dryer in the property are very small for the number of guests the property allows for. Overall the home was spacious , a great use of space and very clean. Beds are great. The pools and pool area available to guests of this home are not fantastic. It was busy because we were there over a holiday weekend, but it appears the pools receive very little attention. By day 3 or 4 there was algae growing along the edges in both pools. Lounge chairs are very old and in rough shape. The beach is beautiful and just a short walk from the unit. Plan to get there early in the day as it gets very crowded. We’ll be back to 30A. Truly a unique stretch of communities.

A quick weekend getaway and the property was great. Elevator was a great help with luggage + 3 stories. We didn't really use the kitchen, but it was appointed nicely if we had needed to. Only one minor hiccup was the battery failing in one of the smoke detectors causing it to make the dreaded chirping sound, but the property manager sent someone immediately and they corrected it quickly. Would definitely recommend this property!

The house was convenient, clean, and had all we needed for a week-long stay. The HOA security at the property, however, was completely overwhelmed by the number of spring breakers, and the house’s proximity to the marketplace- which would be ideal any other time - meant that we were surrounded by unsupervised teenagers, even well after the city’s imposed curfew. We can’t say there would be many places to escape teenagers on 30A during spring break; however, this house’s location was especially in the thick of it.

What a great family week at the beach! We had everything we needed as soon as we got there. The property is exactly as pictured. It’s directly behind the Seacrest retail circle, and adjoins the condos at Rosemary beach at the rear. The big kids lived on the bikes. This property is literally half a block from the pools and tram stop. The trams are full but frequent. The trip to the beach is easily walked unless you have toddlers. The wading pool was a huge hit with the little ones-it’s enormous and there is a lovely shady area with tables and grills overlooking it. It’s immediately adjacent to the adult pool. Please note—this is in Seacrest Villages so you won’t have access to the lagoon pool. I’m not sure we missed it. Our kids enjoyed the bikes and skim boards on the beach—they dipped in the adult pool on the way in from the beach to cool off and then they were off!! Wifi handled 12 of us with all manner of devices and Netflix. Elevator a big plus for handling bags to top floor. There are two Publix stores very close on 98. 30A is more crowded than ever. Make restaurant reservations at Rosemary or Alys when you book this property. There isn’t a lot of fast food and lines are long. The retail at Seacrest includes a Starbucks, a fabulous seafood hut, a bakery, 2 ice cream stops and 2 pizza places. There is also a sundries store with delicious breakfast and sandwiches. Rosemary and Alys beach food and shopping are both walkable.

We had a great time at Sail Away! The bikes were a big hit with the grandkids. The use of a kids pool as well as a deeper one was also very nice for a family with a wide age range of children. The house had all the necessities and was in a great location!

We arrived on 05/15. We were very surprised to get to be able to check in a little early. This house is very close to the shops in Seacrest and is very close to the E8 tram stop.
The house was very clean and comfortable. It has several beds. There were 6 in our party. Everything was great.

A great house in a perfect location. Tons of space for everyone, kitchen isn't too well supplied with cooking appliances and utensils etc... so if you plan to do heavy cooking, note that. There is an elevator that is incredibly handy to bring up groceries etc....Overall a great location and house for big groups!

This house checked all the boxes! The close proximity to shops and restaurants was perfect to take our 14 month old on strolls. The house was very clean and the layout was what was needed for the family. The check in and check out process was also seamless. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Property was amazing, beautifully decorated and had wonderful space for us to spread out and be comfortable with the ample bedrooms and baths. We loved having the ping pong table and arcade game for after dinner fun and it was fantastic not having to rent bikes for the week. Elevator was a great help in getting luggage and grocery items to 2nd and 3rd floors. I would 1000% book this again. See you next trip!

Family beach vacation
We had a wonderful time at this property. It was just as described and even has a few things not listed. Lots of beach gear to use. The area was great and so close to lots of restaurants and shopping. Short walk to Rosemary Beach and beach access. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful
This home is very pretty and bigger than we expected from the pictures. Our teens loved the garage game room, especially for the days that we got some rain. Kitchen was well stocked. Lots of towels and bathroom products available. Location was excellent to walk to everything. If there was one negative, it was a bit noisy a few of the mornings from beer trucks and garbage trucks servicing the stores near by. But overall, we loved our stay and would definitely book this home again.

Great property with limited beach access
The property itself was great in terms of size for 5 adults and 1 dog. We also had one family member that was recovering from a major accident and multiple surgeries, so having the elevator was very handy. Also the shopping center in front of the complex was convenient for easy dining and shopping. Rosemary Beach and Aly’s Beach was also walkable and nice to visit.
The property management was also excellent and responsive with any questions or concerns.
Our only complaint was the beach access. You can only access the beach through Seacrest Beach. No trams were running during our stay. We had a hard time taking our handicapped family member to the beach since no golf carts are allowed here, and there were no trams running during our visit. Most of the gate staff was understanding and let us drop off our family member at the Seacrest beach boardwalk.
However on the last night, we encountered a different gate guard (Kyle) who refused to let us through despite having the handicap placard, and credentials to access the beach. He even refused to drive down our family member in his security golf cart to the end of the walkway. Our family member had to walk assisted with her husband and son (as she didn’t want to miss the last sunset before heading home.) It was a terrible way to end our last night of our trip and really put a damper on things.

Nice stay near Rosemary Beach
First time visiting the Rosemary Beach area for a wedding. The house was walking distance to everything, including restaurant and shops which was great. We barely had to drive anywhere. Also, the house was clean with plenty of space and everything you could possibly need. Loved how light and beachy it was decorated.

Perfectly Convenient
The washer and dryer need updated and the floors were kind of gross, but I know the sand makes it hard to keep floors spotless. Overall, it was a great place to stay. Everything we really needed for the beach was already there. Chairs, sand toys, mini coolers, floats, pool noodles, bikes w/locks, and boogie boards, so we didn't have to buy or rent any of those things while we were there. Pool was walking distance, very convenient. There are restaurants and stores within walking distance with all your necessities, cute souvenirs, and clothes. The animal hospital was also walking distance from the house. It was the perfect place to get away for the week.

Sail Away Family Vacation
The interior of Sail Away is beautiful. It was very clean with the exception of a significant stain on the couch which was remedied by flipping the cushion so the stain was hidden. The location is excellent. We had two problems with management.
1) There were no wrist bands left for us to access the beach or pool. Many hours were spent getting the run-around from 30-A Escapes management trying to acquire these bands. We were given wrong information over and over again regarding who to contact. Also there was no information provided regarding locations for eligible access to the beach or location of pools, and no map was provided to acquaint us with the area.
2) One of the bike locks had a combination other than what we were told. We did not check the combination prior to locking the bike at the tennis court and, as a result, were unable to unlock that one bike. We called Saxon who is in charge of bikes for 30-A Escapes and got a recording. Saxon never returned our call though we left a very thorough description of the problem and a heart-felt plea for help. The solution involved disassembling the bike, the loss of hours of valuable vacation time, and great frustration. Also there were only 3 locks provided for 4 bikes.
The house itself is exceptional, quite beautiful and comfortable. Our problem was with the management company.

Wonderful Stay on 30A
We had a great time in this beautiful and comfortable rental. Perfect location! Great pool and hot tub. Short walk to beach. Right behind shops and restaurants of Seacrest. Enjoyed the arcade game and ping pong table. Stairs can be tiring for older guests but we definitely got a workout. A few of the bikes need servicing but we enjoyed riding around everyday. The weather was perfect during our stay. Would definitely recommend staying here!

It was nice
It was a beautiful property and the house was big and beautiful everything was clean. The only thing that we had problems with was the ice machine was not working but other than that no complaints.
