Hotel is in good strategic place. Equipment not new but clean.

I like the location. It was really close to Seoraksan Park. Also, the facility was quite good, considering the cost
However, It could be cleaner. Moreover, the bathroom was rather old, and the water from the shower was all over the place.

I had a lovely time, and the location is right next to the park, so I could walk there in about 10 or 15 minutes. It was perfect. I stayed for five nights.
3.2
It’s very close to National Park entrance and bus stop.
Nothing bad about the property.

As comfortable as a home~
Clean ad tidy. Staff is very nice.
High recommend to those planning to visit Seoraksan!
Just the water pressure is sometimes a little bit low.

close to the hike start is seoraksan mountain and to the restaurants of base camp. clean rooms with basic amenities.
the place was very old, but it kinda had it charm

The location was excellent and only twenty minutes walk from the National Park.
The bed was rock hard therefore I could not sleep and experienced backache. There weren’t any sheets on the bed. The mattress had a cover but no sheet over it. Since sheets were not provided I asked for another mattress cover to use as a sheet. There was a polyester bed cover but it might have been used by several guests before my arrival therefore I did not use it. There was black grime on the bathroom tiles. The receptionist was very helpful though and used his phone to translate all communication with me. He did his best but he does not make the hotel rules or clean the bathroom. There wasn’t a socket by the bed to charge my iPad. Also there was no table and chair.

Staff, room is good.
Bathroom accessories required improvement and facilities and stuffs in bathroom are very less.

It was close to the mountain
There was no water and leaking water from the roof
3.2
The property is close to seorak mountain cable cars and shinheungsa temple. Next to 7/11 and restaurants and shops.
3.2
The size of my room and serene nature around the hotel.
The old style of building and interior design with no charm.
The wifi was weak. The water pressure was weak.

The receptionist was extremely nice to us. We arrived late around 10pm and he was welcoming us with open arms. He gave us tickets to enter Seoraksan National Park. We didn't know these were included in our stay. He also gave us a nice Seoraksan scarf as a gift. He was so sweet and kind. He used his Papago app to translate in English and make sure we understood him well. He was also very kind and told us it was ok for us to leave our backpacks with him, so we could be lighter for the hike. And when we got back form the hike, he helped us call a taxi to get to the bus station on time. Very nice man, very nice hotel. Has water facilities which were so convenient for our hike. I would recommend this place for anyone planning on hiking Seoraksan. It is only 20-30 mins walking distance to the entrance of the park. I would definitely stay here again :)
