Absolutely loved our time at this amazing house in Mammoth! While at the house, great to hang out in the open living room//dining/kitchen area with everyone by the fireplace or while watching TV. Private hot tub on bottom floor is perfect! Lots of room in every bedroom and full bathrooms are on each floor.
Great indoor parking for 2 cars with additional room for more vehicles in driveway. Kept our cars perfect overnight, with easy 2 min drive to Village where we parked, used gondola, and went skiing all day at Mammoth.
A+++ property - can't wait to be back!

We had a wonderful stay and loved the home. The kids were able to sled right outside while we enjoyed a hot tub soak. We'll be back!

Great house for our multi generational family (2 grandparents, two adult couples 3 grandchildren) close enough to walk to the brewery/village (although there is no sidewalk and it gets sketchy if there’s too much snow) or a very short drive. Kitchen was well stocked and space is good for hosting a group. Kids loved being able to sled on the golf course right in the backyard. Beds are super soft so not ideal for us but great if that’s your thing. Management company was something else. Hard to get a hold of a human. When you finally do, none are familiar with the property or the area, say they will call you back then don’t. Took 48 hours to actually get someone to respond to multiple issues we had (coffee maker broken, broken lights, not enough towels, heater on hot tub not working). 5 PM check in is ridiculous. They have no idea who the local cleaning company is. We swing by four hours early and the house had already been cleaned but the management company said they don’t return their calls so we should wait until 5. Half the people you finally end up talking to take the calls from places with crazy background noise so you can’t hear them then say they will call you back and never do. One gave an excuse that the were changing computer systems so maybe one day it will get better? Only decent thing was the checkout list was not as bad as some VRBOs.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The property is beautiful, backing up to the golf course, and it is centrally located. The garage and small driveway were an added bonus for our own parking. The bedrooms all had a tv and plenty of blankets and pillows. They all had a space heater and fan. Three of the bedrooms had closets with built in drawers and shelves. All had plenty of room for our stuff. The kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The dining room was more then big enough for the five of us and the grill outside was easy to use with a direct line from the house we didn’t have to fill a propane tank (a first for us when renting)! The sound system and tv were easy to use as was the fireplace in the living room. We loved having the master bedroom in the top floor all by itself and the bunk room downstairs by itself with its own bathroom and living room/den area. The hot tub was ready to go when we were and was sooo nice with a beautiful view of the golf course (which was covered in snow). I definitely recommend staying here as we thoroughly enjoyed it!

The house was just perfect. Location was good, close to all restaurants and grocery stores and anything that you might need. House was clean and had all amenities we needed. Instructions were clear and crisp. Everything worked as expected. Extra heaters were provided knowing temperatures fall low. Simply put there was no room to complain.

Stay was great! 5pm check in was not preferred. Place was clean, plenty of good kitchenware to use, gas bbq was really nice. Only complaint was not being notified about ongoing construction all around us.

Awesome House
We had a great stay! The house was walking distance to the village, the management was very responsive and there was plenty of room. It was fully stocked with everything needed for a group of 10. Best rental we’ve had in Mammoth!

Couldn’t wait to get home
Before arriving to this property we contacted the property manager to correct the address that was sent to us because it was not coming up. After waiting for some time we got no response, so we ended up putting 1 of the addresses that did come up and were on our merry way. When we arrived, sure enough it was the wrong address. Address is listed wrong it shouldn’t say west then the street name, there’s no west in the address! Mattresses were totally uncomfortable, their nonstick pans were not safe to use because of how scratched up they were. Property manager was almost non existent, didn’t reply to any of our questions. Had to call him multiple times in a row for him to finally answer. We were there for 3 nights and nobody came to clean the snow off the driveway, on the last day we ended up shoveling 4 feet of snow to make a pathway for our cars to come out of the garage. So prepare to work out all your muscles and go home sore. On the plus side house was stocked well with seasonings and they even had hot chocolate and teas. Rooms had extra portable heaters which came in handy since it’s colder downstairs. It is a 3 story house which is not very clear in the listing. Just don’t rely on the property manager to answer any of your questions.

Nice place
This condo is well located and comfortable. It was exceptionally clean upon arrival. It’s a great place to stay if you’re traveling with kids because it opens on to a big open snow covered golf course which is a safe and perfect place for kids to sled and build snowmen. My only complaint is the bedding. Each bed was covered in a sheet and thin polyester blanket. Not warm or comfortable. Also, we couldn’t figure out where to take out the trash to and never received an email response from the management company.

Disappointed
One day notification of construction work on the driveway. No available use of garage during stay. Walking was challenging to navigate with crutches. House was very cold and drafty. Why no propane available. Not enough towels supplied.

THIS IS GREAT HOUSE FOR FAMILIES LOOKING TO SPREAD OUT> The golf course out the backdoor provided an awesome place for my kids to go sledding. We will definitely consider staying in this home again.

This home is awesome, great location great entertainment at the home. The speakers in every room were awesome as we played music and hung out. Great kitchen, can’t wait to come back, one of my favorite homes in mammoth and I go to mammoth often, this one won’t disappoint.

Very clean, nice layout, and lots of upgrades!
We spent a week here in June when we came up for mammoth motocross, the house was perfect and for everyone comfortably. The kids had a blast playing in the backyard, and we felt that they were safe riding bikes in the street too! The only disappointing thing was the spa was really murky, not sure why. After a long day of riding it would have been great to climb into. But other then that it was a great place! Definitely will be back!

Excellent home
Nine of us comfortably stayed and had a wonderful time. Everyone was impressed with the level of finishes, especially the luxury of heated stone floors in the bathrooms and kitchen. We found everything to be in good order, and the check in and check out process was very easy. We would definitley stay again.

Great place in a great location!
I've been going to Mammoth for about 20 years, usually in the winter. I have stayed in a variety of places but I have to say this was one of the best places I've stayed in. There were 8 adults in the group and everyone loved the space and location of the unit. The balcony had a view of the golf course, the beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of space for everyone. We didn't feel crowded at all. A bonus was that there was a great sound system for the TV and stereo, amd there plenty of parking (a driveway that fit two cars along with a garage). I will definitely be booking this unit again in the future and will be recommending it to family and friends. Another thing to note is that the rental agency (Natural Retreats) were easy to work with (I did everything on line). They provided all the information needed for a great stay.

Beautiful and serene setting in an excellent location
This condo is ideal for a large family or couple of families. My family of 11 stayed and this was perfect for our size and set up. The condo is spacious and well furnished. The balcony and jacuzzi were wonderful after a long day outside. The only issues we had were the internet password is different than some of the documents so it took us awhile to figure out that a number was reversed. The other issue was lack of a pantry. I had seen a previous review about this, but had no idea that meant you don’t have access or any good amenities. Just make sure to purchase condiments etc beforehand.
Overall I highly recommend this site and would definitely return with my family again!

Great location next to Siera Golf Course!
Our Family always visits Mammoth during Memorial weekend for some fishing and hiking. We've always stayed with Woodwinds Represented by Mammoth front desk and has always been an enjoyable stay. Highly recommend!!

Great house
This property was very nice. The beds were comfortable and everything was comfortable and easy to use. The kitchen was pretty well stocked, but could use more tools and cooking utensils also don’t expect any pantry basics as the pantry is locked. The WiFi was fast, but the TV is old, so trying to use our Netflix/hulu was difficult. Overall it’s a very nice property and we’d definitely stay again.

Exceptional rental experience
My friends and I really enjoyed our weekend stay at this property. Location was convenient (~10-15min from Main Lodge and ~5-10min from grocery stores/ski rental shops in town). Very spacious house that accomodated 9 of us with no problem. Amenities were well appointed. The gas fireplace and heated floors were a nice touch! The only sore point of the weekend was that the jacuzzi was not heating up and we found this out too late to fix. Other than that, great property and would definitely rent again!

Amazing cabin near the slopes!
We met friends here for a weekend getaway and had the most amazing time! My husband and I drove from LA area and we met our friends that flew in from AZ. They were so accommodating with the check out process and let them have late check out in order to have a place to stay before their afternoon flight. The hot tub was amazing after a long day on the slopes. Very spacious and comfortable. Would definitely come back! Thank you!

Lovely weekend spent in Mammoth
To start, the staff/management company for this property were great! Very communicative, helpful and accommodating.
We had 4 couples stay in the house and there was plenty of room! It is a very cozy home that is incredibly clean and well taken care of. The heated floors are great! Jacuzzi was cleaned the day we got there and very relaxing to enjoy! The property is quiet and right on a golf course - although there are homes on either side and relatively close, we felt very secluded as it was very peaceful and quiet. We never heard the neighbors around us. Halfway through our stay, the management company dropped on more bath towels, tissues, toilet paper and paper towels which was great! we never ran out of anything! The washer and dryer came in handy as well and the house was stocked with detergent! The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, pots, pans, etc and boy did we use them! There were plenty of blankets, pillows and other bedroom necessities. The house is central to Mammoth - about a 3 minute drive to the village, 5 minute drive to other shops and 8-10 minutes to the main lodge.
All in all we had a wonderful time and we definitely would recommend this home to anyone who asked!

Lovely!
Clean, nicely furnished. Kitchen well stocked with proper dishes and pots and pans so meal prep was convenient. Great layout for families. The three kids loved having their own "suite" downstairs. The adults loved that aspect as well. Instructions for wi-fi, tv, hot tub all very clear.

Good Condo, Missing Features
I visited this home for Bluesapalooza this year and overall had a great experience. You can't beat the location - we just had to walk across one fairway to get to the festival. The condo is newer and large which accommodated our big party well. The private jacuzzi was great, and the local team was very accommodating with an early check-in and overall great service. There were a few issues that came up:-The wifi NEVER worked. The network info posted in the house was apparently old, so when we called after check in about it they gave us a different network name to use. It said it was connected, but it never worked and cell service was limited, so forget about trying to do anything besides make phone calls and send texts. We called them two different times about it but it never got fixed. -We never figured out how to get the living room TV to work. The TV was older and hooked up to a complex entertainment system that we couldn't figure out.-Apparently this house was being sold and in escrow. The realtor sent over roof repair people the day we checked in but neglected to tell the management company. Imagine our surprise when two men showed up saying they had driven from Reno to work on the roof. Darlene in the office was super apologetic and arranged for a gift card to a local wine bar which we appreciated. However, the workers left a hole in the ceiling and drywall dust all over the floor that was not cleaned until two days later after a phone call and email. The hole was never patched during our stay but was in the stairwell so not a huge deal. -There were no BBQ tools/accessories so grilling was a challenge.Overall, it's a great condo and location, with a few kinks to work out.
