Für ein Wochenende ausreichend , mit kleinen Kinder nicht zu empfehlen, zu gefährlich.

Perfekte Lage zum Hauptplatz. Sehr geräumig. Vorab Infos zum CheckIn und kontaktloser CheckIn perfekt.

Mit kleinen Kindern nur bedingt zu empfehlen -> man geht bei der Haustüre hinein , dann muss man etliche Stufen steigen bis zum Appartement-> Appartementüre auf , sehr sehr minimaler Bereich für Schuhe-> dann wieder etliche steile Stufen um ins Wohnzimmer zu gelangen , und dann wieder etliche steile sehr kantige Stufen um ins OG des Appartments zu gelangen . Das „Geländer“ mit den Drahtseilen war aus dem Boden gerissen und somit keine Absturzsicherung mehr . Gefahr im Verzug! , der Esstisch extrem instabil und wackelig . Keine Handtücher in den Toiletten(obwohl die Besitzer fragten ob wir was benötigen, wir ihnen dies mitteilten, kam dann keine Antwort). Boden wurde vor Anreise leider auch nicht gereinigt. Vorhänge zu schmal sodass überall Licht hineinscheint.

Superb

We really enjoyed the place was close to the center. It took only 5 minutes to get there. Buying things for breakfast was easy too thanks to small shops around the accomodation. Many restaurants can be found nearby so having lunch was no problem either. The accomodation was big enough for 9 people.

Parking was not easy and cheap. We got information about a free parking possibility but that place was always full and beacuse of a building construction it made things even more complicated. The place was well equipped although we missed some issues like kitchen towel,micro, dishwasher capsule or dishwashing liquid and a mop in the bathroom.

Very good

The location was awesome. A very short walk to the main square and to the river. For being so close to the most popular area, it was very quiet. Very easy contactless check-in with the combination box locks holding the keys. The person managing was very kind and helpful, with a quick response to messages. Having the balcony made the apartment very comfortable.

The kitchen didn't have all I needed for simple food preparation.

Perfect location, very close to Old Town Square, lot of bars and restaurants around. Nice and well equipped apartment. Helpful host. There is no parking place next to the building, but there is paid parking on the next side of nearest bridge (not too expensive I can recommend).

View from the window. View from balcony and bathroom was directly on the wall of tight inner courtyard. Cleanliness could be better. We found greasy fingerprints on the windows and dust under the bed.

The apartment is nice, it's near the center. You can contact the host, he even cares if you have something to manage. Everything you need is in the apartment.

The towels are smelling. Better to make other washing programm for them or to dry them better. Maybe also the host could change more and buy more new fresh towels.

ATTENTION! Perfect for drunk groups!

Extreme volume (loudness) from other apartments possible. Very large apartment right next door - with 10 people or more right next door (in our cas). We saw drunk people sleeping even in the hallway. Support only moderately available (almost everything can be done online). Online manager doesn't feel responsible - mixes party people with families in appartements next door. ATTENTION!

Nice apartment in a central location

The location is great, just a minute from the main town square. Also the flat is spacious, with 2 bathrooms (one of them with a bathtub). The host was very nice and helpful, and gave us some useful tips on what to visit. Another great thing was they provided a children's cot free of charge.

-No parking options near the apartment (the closest free parking is about 10-minute walk from the flat). -We were staying for a weekend and on Friday night I could hear the noise from the center as we visited in the summer and the pubs were open with people drinking outside. -No microwave oven.

Great apartment in the heart of Ceske Budejovice.

I booked this apartment for my family and they were very satisfied. Clean and practical for 5 people (and 3 couples if you are more). Looks new and very modern. Located in the heart of Ceske Budejovice, close to the main square and a few meters from the river with nice walks. Good and friendly service, the owner speaks fluently English. I will not hesitate booking this place for family or friends another time!
