That staff was very friendly and always willing to help with taxis or recommendations. It was located right in the heart of of everything. We enjoyed walking to a lot of the nearby places but also exploring other islands and locations for fun. I felt very safe and never worried about commuting or walking around. Nice surprise was that they had tennis courts. My son and I played every evening for a little bit after sunset. They have lighting to see.
The fees on top of the booking were quite high. I wasn’t expecting that. The additional 10 and 12% taxes should be included. Additionally when I booked it says that the commute to and from the resort and airport were included. However I had to pay an extra $30 to the resort and $34 to the airport when we left. It was little things like that that took away from the trip overall.

The property does not have a restaurant, however, you are minutes from lots of great food. There is a kitchen in the room.
Nothing. It was peaceful. The beach was wonderful. A gorgeous pool. The service was exceptional.

It was an amazing first time at TCI. The location of the hotel is perfect, close to all the restaurants, shops and nights club in Grace Bay and also taking a taxi to further places wasn't expensive. The hotel was impeccable, I love the style and the decorations, we have a view of the pool and it was nice, the way to the beach is so beautiful! The staff was so kind, friendly always with a big smile, and ready to help you. The hotel is very quiet and not many people at the time we were there. If you want a relaxing, quiet time this is the place for you. Kim at the main office was guiding us about the must-do activities and she was great, the concierges did all the accommodations for excursions, and reservations for dinners, Again Thank you! That is a lot of work when you visit for the first time.
The room was nice. I loved the kitchenette, the coffee was delicious. The mattress was extremely soft, and not great for my back problems. The AC gives us fresh air but it was never cold.

Central location. Walking distance to the grocery store and Grace Bay restaurants.
Perfect size for a villa style resort. Not too big but big enough for a perfect vacation.
Loved the ocean view unit. You cannot beat the unobstructed views.
Only (small) downside is that there is no onsite restaurant; there is a small bar by the pool, but nothing on the beach side like other (larger) hotels/villas (Seven Stars, Ocean Bay Club). Not a big deal, but would be a nice addition for future consideration on the land to the back of the property. An acceptable trade off for the tranquility of a mid-sized luxury villa with full kitchen (breakfast and lunch in the suite and dinner at a local restaurant provided the perfect balance for our stay)
All was in order with the actual resort and unit. Nothing to complain- in great shape and well maintained. Staff was attentive and accommodating.
The one issue was the concrete drilling at the resort for 3-4 days. It did disrupt the tranquility if you were pool side- you could always move to the beach, so not an issue. However, it rained one day in the afternoon and the noise and echoing throughout the building was very frustrating.
I understand units are renovated but that should not rest on the shoulders of the guest. At a minimum there should be a warning when booking OR during the stay- a flyer at the door, an email, a phone call- something. Should there be a discount for the inconvenience if there is major construction between 9-5pm? One cannot expect guests to pay full price at a high price point when there is a significant impact to the tranquility one seeks when visiting TCI.

The location.
No food or beverage service, for a high priced room. The entire pool area tile was slippery and dangerous.

Perfect location right in the middle of the main hotel strip on the water. Beautiful pool. The entrance from the hotel arch to the beach is majestic. You're free to take your own drinks to the beach. Michael was so extremely helpful and helped us to book our excursion to North Caicos, with the ferry, taxi, and rental car. He took care of everything for us, which we so very much appreciated. Everyone at the hotel was so friendly and helpful. The room was very nice, and I loved having a full kitchen. I appreciate that coffee and cream was provided! Everything was wonderful!
The white blinds in the room don't really block out the light. A lot of light comes into the room in the morning, so it would be good to add a black-out blind behind the curtain. Also, it would be nice if you had an ice machine available because I felt bad having to bother the employees every time I needed ice. Everything else was perfect!

had all the items we needed and very well catered for and the bed was the most comfortable we have slept in . the staff were lovely especially Sean and Randolph a real credit to the property . the pool is amazing and set up perfectly and the access to the beach ideal . the washing machine broke and was replaced the same day . we had a wonderful stay
I wish we had been advised of the building work taking place as some days at the pool it was quite noisy. the workmen however were very polite and worked round us if we were in the vicinity. our flight wasn’t until 7pm and we were allowed to stay in the room until 12 however it meant we could only shower by the beach and had to change in a toilet which considering the price we are paying it would be a better option if there was a shower room for late leavers .

Beachfront location was excellent and accommodations were excellent. The island and beaches were amazing. The food was great but could get pricey at times. Overall experience was awesome only complaint was that they drive on the wrong side of the road.

Don’t stay here if you’re looking for real luxury, it’s a trailer park equivalent that just so happens to be situated on one of the world’s nicest beaches.
