Ein no go !!!

Beautiful little suite, very cute and clean, nice kitchenette
I couldn't figure out how to shut the light off by the door and it kept me awake

The location is very central and the studio room was perfect for one person. It was clean and the staff were lovely. Nice little kitchen too.
The exit light in the room doesn't turn off.

location. there are some great places around to have breakfast and dinner (Italian restaurant next door)
room very small, no wardrobe, shared bathrooms (4 rooms share one bathroom), the whole place is extremly acoustic, you can hear almost everything, thank God we brought our ear plugs. While booking it it wasn´t clear that we share the bathroom with another 3 rooms, beds very hard and uncomfortable, pilows as well. All in all, everything looks a bit scruffy. There were some stains on the wall as well. You have to bring your own towels or pay extra for some at the reception, there is no hair dryer.

The location and the shering kitchen with terrace
There was no window in the double bedroom. Because of that there was lack of air especially at night. The room had AC. Private bathroom is not worth extra cost since it was so small and it was uncomfortable to have a shower because we had to press the water button every 5 seconds. Shared bathroom was a better option.

Great location, right next to tram 28. Nice shared kitchen facilities and rooftop.
My room faced the stairwell so was super noisy and I’m a light sleeper. Only had one small window and was smaller than it looked in photos.

We were well received at Poets Inn by arrival. Everything went smoothly with the check-in and check-out. Our room had private bathroom, was tastefully decorated, and very clean. The inn is located in the center of Lisbon. The area is full of life during the day and evenings, and peaceful late in the evenings and night time. There was a fully equipped kitchen for the guests, laundry service with a wash machine and a dryer to be used for a fee of 10 € per wash/dry. There was also two terraces for the guests enjoy. The area is surrounded by restaurants, shops, cafes, and its is very close to the metro station. The staff was kind. Overall we were very satisfied with our staying.
The shower system with a button on the wall, which you have to press all the time to get water over yourself when showering was quite annoying. There was no elevator so you have take your luggage through the stairs but that didn’t bother us much since we lived in the 1st floor at room number 4 and it has access to the terrace, the kitchen, and the reception.

The staff were available and very helpful. There are some comfortable balconies. Having laundry service is a big plus. Everything is exceptionally clean. We were able to make coffee in the mornings.
We had anticipated being able to walk to more places. The streets are so narrow and windy that we didn't feel comfortable doing that. But we are in our 70s; maybe others will be more adventurous. Uber took us everywhere we wanted to go. I will also mention that the steep and narrow stairs in the building may be a problem for some; it was okay for us.

Location is good, the stuff was friendly.
The tap in the bedroom was not functioning properly, causing water to flow everywhere except the sink. It took at least 10 attempts to get hot water running, and there was no shower hose available. When booking a room with a bedroom, such issues are not expected.

The common areas were okay, kitchen big and nice terrace. The lady was very helpful and gave us information about Lisbon.
The bed was sooo uncomfortable, after three nights we left with pain in our backs. We had a economy double room, just at the foot of the stairs, so you could hear everything, people coming in and out, cooking in the kitchen... The bathroom was tiny, you couldn't open the door completely to get in. The shower had to be pushed to turn on every 10 seconds. We had a small indoor window facing the stairs. Expensive price for what you get.

The location was very fine near the center in walkable distance to famous places and to metro. Excellent rate - five stars for the staff. Andrea at reception was very kind person, she answered all our questions and gave us useful advices. Nice kitchen, living room and terrace, very stylish house.
I didn´t like the alarm and security system (red and green light on the ceiling 24hour/a day) - but it is necessary by law in every accomodation. Everything in this hostel was just like they advertised, so there wasn´t anything we disliked.

I liked that the heater worked well and the coffee in the kitchen was very nice.
We did not get the bath towels we paid for and laundry wasn't available while we stayed.

Good location for local services and places of interest.
The bed was very hard, with a plastic mattress liner under the sheet.
Water temperature of shower was luke warm at best.

The room had been recently painted and looked fairly clean
Push button shower that lasts seconds and doesn't get hot.
No hot water on the sink.
3rd bedroom in corridor downstairs, not suitable for kids as easy for them to get outside on the road.

very quiet, most people kept to themselves
the bed was very basic and minimal, which does the job but after 3 nights I was ready for a comfier mattress.

Great location with the tram location and cafes. Beds are comfortable, clean kitchen facilities and nice interior.
There was mould in the AC and it was impossible to keep the room at a comfortable temperatur. Without AC it's too cold and moist. With AC it's too dry and the person sleeping on the top bunk gets the dry air in their face. Bathroom sink has an unfortunate amount of water damage.

Good location 👍🏻
I received what I paid for, but in the bathroom the shower was broken and there was no hair dryer.
In the rest, the room was ok, but it has no window for outside (only to inside of the building), so during the nights I had to turn on the AC (sorry for the energy), so I can breathe.
