Environmentally friendly, delicious food and amazing stay

Wow, May Bungalows exceeded my expectations. Felt like I was staying in a 5 star resort - lovely food (breakfast, drinks and lunch), lovely pool and sun loungers and nice room. The staff are so friendly and smiley. The smoothie bowls and pancakes are delish here. So cool with what they are doing in trying to reduce use of plastic. Free water refills for guests and they try to deter you from buying plastic water bottles, if only every place was like this in Vietnam!

工作人员很热情。住宿的游泳池3人房，很大，干净，还有蚊帐，还带有休闲小阳台，很满意。性价比很高。步行到海滩10分钟，去吃饭的地方也很近。很喜欢这里。

Loved our stay at May Bungalow!

I’m never one to leave reviews (which I should do more often) but I had to leave a review for our stay at MAY Bungalow, we loved our time here. The staff are SO friendly, upon arrival we were given the option of two rooms to choose from (one had a sea view and one didn’t) they let us have the room with a sea view at no extra cost! The room was lovely and spacious, the pool and surrounding facilities were lovely and clean. We never struggled to get a sunbed. There’s also a lovely beach bar just a short walk from the hotel which is nice to watch sunset with a cocktail. We ate at the street food area next door to the hotel every evening, the food there was amazing, definitely a little gem! Would highly recommend MAY bungalow!

숙소 사진 보다 더 좋아요 수영장 물도 깨끗하고 방도 깨끗하고 에어컨 빵빵하고 직원들 친절하고 음식도 맛있어요 1분 거리 바다에 바랑 식당들 있고 좋아요 바로 옆 건물에 푸드코트가 종류도 다양하고 음식도 많고 분위기도 좋아요

Excellent choice

They have nice, good-sized rooms with balconies looking over the pool. The pool is kept clean and big for this kind of hotel. It's next to a good food court with lots of selection. The breakfast, especially the banh mi's, is good. The staff is helpful and friendly.

Perfect spot in Mui Ne

Big spacious room, nice balcony overlooking the pool, aircon + fan worked great, pool itself was big and refreshing. Cafe attached to reception served lovely breakfast. Right near the beachfront. Lots of seating around the pool too! Literally next door to the food court which is the best place to eat in Mui Ne too.

Séjour exceptionnel

La chambre est spacieuse, le lit est confortable, balcon avec vue sur la magnifique piscine. La nourriture proposée est excellente et jamais de temps d’attente. Le nettoyage quotidien de la chambre. Sans oublier l’extrême gentillesse de tous le personnel. L’emplacement au calme et à côté de la food area. C’était un magnifique séjour et on recommande les yeux fermés. On est déjà nostalgique de notre séjour et de leur bonne humeur.

Un'oasi di pace!

Posticino davvero carino e accogliente. Stanza grande e pulita, balcone con vista piscina. Colazione, non inclusa, davvero buona. Piscina sempre pulitissima e immersa tra piante e fiori. Ci siamo trovati davvero bene. Posizione in una vietta laterale rispetto allo stradone. Proprio accanto si trova il Food Court, dove ogni sera si può trovare cibo asiatico e non. Possibilità di noleggio scooter e prenotazione trasporti. Staff gentilissimo.

Prima 3 dagen overnacht

Eigenaar en personeel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Gratis fietsen kunnen lenen en de kamer was mooi groot en schoon.

De accommodatie was niks op aan te merken, alleen de ligging. Het strand 100 meter verderop kun je geen strand noemen. Tijdens eb is er een kort strookje vies strand met veel afval.

We did enjoy it here and would come back, but have either a room or bungalow by the pool.

Room was good and clean, as described . There were plenty of restaurants, and a supermarket, directly nearby.

The sun beds were wooded with no cushions, so uncomfortable. The beach nearby was not good and the walkway (promenade) was unkempt and unpleasant.

Lovely hotel

Lovely room. Clean and spacious. The pool is a really decent size and nice loungers to relax on. The breakfast and iced coffee was really tasty and I appreciated the help in arranging transport to my next destination.

Location could not be better! The property backs onto a lively foodcourt serving any cuisine you could ask for (vietnamese, indian, chinese, mexican, italian etc.) and pineapple beach club is a 5 minute walk along the beach. The people working here are friendly and helped us with everything we needed, including cheap (cheaper than 12Go) bus tickets to Saigon. Also try their smoothie bowls 🫶🏻

The central pool and private hammock on our patio made for the perfect place to relax. the on site restaurant makes great, healthy food and drinks, particularly the fabulous smoothie bowls! MAY’s smoothie bowls are the best!

Great service and fabulous breakfasts

Fabulous owner, May, who was always on hand to help with questions and even arranged a taxi to collect us from the station at a good rate. The breakfasts were the best we’ve had in SE Asia so far delicious smoothie bowls! Very clean and spacious room with a pool view.

You'll definitely want to stay longer...

We absolutely loved our stay at May Bungalow and would have loved to stay longer. Our room was very comfortable and cool. The pool was clean. The staff were really friendly and welcoming and went out of their way to help us book a last minute bus ticket. The location is great, close to the beach and a great food court.

Great clean spacious room, hot water shower, lovely pool. Next door to a really nice canteen style restaurant with lots of different food stalls to choose from. 10 minute walk from Pineapple bar which is great! Really cute bungalows and staff are so helpful and nice. Quality really exceeds what you pay. Recommend to anyone heading to mui ne!!

Beach where we were in mui ne is not very good - not one to lay on or swim in. But it's okay because we had the pool.

The room was airy, spacious with a big, comfortable bed. Lovely view from the top floor (third) over the pool and densely-wooded surrounding area. The pool was great and very clean, Plenty of places to sit and wonderful artefacts, old French shutters and art work. May has put a lot of thought into the place. The place is now busy, which is great to see, after two years closed due to Covid. Oh, and the best range of world food at the adjoining food court and bar, where we ate regularly over our 5 day stay. The Indian food in particular was excellent.

May the owner was so welcoming. She helped with everything and made us feel so much at home while we were staying. I was sick from food poisoning and she bought me bread and made fruit bowls for me free of charge - just because she wanted me to feel better. The place was clean and quiet and the pool was lovely. Would stay anytime again and have absolutely nothing bad to say about the place. Thank you for being so considerate a host May.

Beautiful stay

Beautiful accomodation with a great pool. The staff way so lovely and helpful with everything. The food was great too! As a Bonus there is a big food court around the corner. Very close to the beach. We recommend the pinapple beach club, great drinks and atmosphere.

Beautiful accommodation and great staff

The staff were amazing, we were whatsapping them before arrival to change dates, book tours and transport. The pool was lovely and the gardens well kept, the food options were also very reasonable and there was a free water refill.

It was more expensive than other places we had stayed but you can see why when you’re there!

Unbelievable place, May is the best!

We absolutely loved our stay at May’s place and happily would have extended if we had time! Everything about this place is immaculate - super clean, spacious, comfy rooms. Great A/C and nice views over the pool. Location is great ideal next to the food court (multiple restaurants). The breakfast is AMAZING! May is so nice and welcoming and her and her staff do such a good job. We had an early transfer on the morning of checkout and they had prepared us a takeaway breakfast to take on the coach, such a nice touch! highly highly recommend, thank you May!

Literally wish we could move in there! Everything was spotless. The rooms, garden, pool and the nicest people working there ever who helped us with anything from hiring scooters, bus tickets to recommendations. There’s a beautiful beach about 300m away situated at The Pineapple bar and the hotel is just next door from the Foodcourt. Don’t remember the last time we were that happy about our stay. Thank you so much xxx
