Hồ bơi rộng . Nhiều cây xanh. Phòng sạch tương đối thôi.

Phòng hôi mùi cống . Đặc biệt toilet. Nhà mình ở 2 phòng Villa đều bị . Mở cửa, bật quạt hút mùi cũng ko hết. Cách tổ chức công việc khá lủng củng. Lúc checkout chờ 30p mới xong. Buffet sáng ko có nhiều lựa chọn.

Phòng rộng, hồ bơi rộng, có bãi biển riêng, giá cả vừa phải

Mình có trải nghiệm hơi tệ tại đây, mình thuê bungalow vì thấy trên hình có bồn tắm nhưng tới nơi bồn không xài được, phòng có mùi ẩm mốc rất khó chịu, ban đêm thì không thể dạo hay ngắm biển được vì resort rất tối không có điện sáng khu vực gần bãi biển luôn, cổng resort thì hoang tàn như resort bỏ hoang, sảng check in - check out nhân viên làm việc thiếu chuyên nghiệp, khách check in xong phải tự đi bộ về phòng dù đang mưa rất lớn nhưng không có ô hay nhân viên theo hỗ trợ. Đang vào mùa mưa nên rất cần mang ô khi ra ngoài nhưng cái ô trong phòng mình vừa cầm lên đã gãy cán và resort bảo do khách làm vậy là bị phạt đền 350k vậy là vừa không che mưa được vừa tốn 350k nhảm nhí

Awful place

The hotel is sitting in between two construction sites and tbh doesn't even look finished itself. There were empty planters outside the lifts filled with cigarette buts. Bathroom was mouldy. Walking through the grounds there were exposed wires where I assume lights were meant to be. During the night woke up sweating and realised the power in the building had gone out and there was no aircon. At this moment immediately booked the first transfer away from this place at 7am.

It was a surprise! Dont trust photos on Booking!

The location is nice and the receptionists are helpful.

1. The facilities are so bad and rustic for a 4-star Resort. Everything about this place is not 4-star by any means. 2. My room’s AC was broken and I asked the hotel to switch room because it was scorching hot and surprisingly they held a techno party just outside. Can’t rest at all! 3. I finally had my room switched but this new room is not classified at “sea-view” as I have booked earlier. The room smell so bad and again, the AC worked only for an hour and then it broke down in the middle of the night. It was a terrible night! Next morning I complained and asked them to come and fix it. Turned our nobody showed up until my check-out

Very good

The staff is extremly friendly and helpful. They even help us to book a train ticket! :) For europeans it might not reach the expectations of a 4 star Hotel, but all in all it is a nice place to stay at.

Nice for people they want relax

Breakfast was excellent. Place is very good for people, they want go to the Red Sanddunes and want relax. Resort staff Kim was very friendly, We could ask her everything all the time. She arranged bus travel and told us about leisure possibilities.

For breakfast there are many things you can choose from. The resort is close to the beach and the red sand dunes which is really convenient. The staff was wonderful and very friendly.

Nice Resort and great Service!

2 nights in bungalow with seaview Staff and service was extraordenary. Special thanks to Kim! Very nice Resort. Pool is great and the red sundunes are nearby. I recommend the Jeep tour which is offered by the hotel.

The shower. Water was leaking into the room, so the floor was wet and dirty after taking a shower. I recommend the bathtube instead.

Perfect for a short stay

Breakfast was very good. Try their omlette. Resort staff David (Vinh) was the most helpful person that made my stay pleasant. He arranged the tours and communicated with the driver and ensure i reached on time. He is very friendly and speaks and understands basic English. 6 stars for David. Perfect place for families with a private beach. The beach front view is awesome.

The location was a bit far off from the central area of MuI Ne (about a 10-15 mins away). There are no convenience stores nearby unless you travel down to the central area. No grab was available. Only taxi is available.

Good

Pools & view. Cheap food

The driveway is quite bumpy, steep and dangergrous. No desinated bike parking location, has to park bikes on a steep driveway without help from staff. The beach has some rubbished and need some cleaning. The food is cheap but the tasted need improved. We would eat more at the resort if the taste up to scratch.

Superb

nice resort with big green territory and a path down to the beach. rooms are a bit outdated but wonderfully spacious and comfortable, my bathroom was huge with a bathtub. staff was exceptional, everyone was super polite and friendly, reached out to us to ask about our room, If we’re comfortable and if there was anything they could do to make us feel better. there are red dunes right across the road so you don’t have to drive anywhere to see them

Fantastic

The resort itself is so nice and peaceful. The resort was nested beachfront. They have a beautiful pool which were good for adults and children. The buffet was sumptuous and very satisfying. The staffs were very polite and accommodating specially David. He is such a great help to us from the time coming until checking out. He also help us book a tour at a reasonable price . He's service is exceptional :) . Our room is very nice as we are facing beach and it is very spacious too. We stayed there for 2-3nights and they never missed to clean the room everyday. It is very near to red Sand Dunes one of the tourist destination

It's a bit far from the city center but can always booked taxi :)

This property needs renovation. No value for money.

Staff readiness to help & arrange sight seeing. Thanks to David. Nice swimming pool & connected beachfront.

Room bed options were not as per selection. There is a difference in hotel room and Booking.com information. very disappointed at first, But then hotel staff agreed to change rooms. -Breakfast Menu, No Variety for Vegetarians. Toaster was not functioning. No butter & fruits. Rooms -Room, Toilet and balcony doors locks were damaged -No hot water in ground floor rooms at first night

Many things need to change

Relaxing environment

1. Mix up kid & adult menu( order kid meal but charged adult meal 2 times with same meal) 2. Don't put menu on the beach if you can't serve it. 3. Hot water is not hot 4. Ice scream all spoil but still available to buy, especially the seller of dairy products are kids. 5. Swimming pool is cloudy green like a pond, also the staff throw chemicals into pool just nearly 4pm in-front of all guests.

It’s not even look like 4 stars hotel, maybe 2 stars almost, sea view outside so dirty, bathroom water not running and a fan did not working, I have to call them to fix, anyway I’m so disappointed about this facility

Bad

The cocktails were good whenever the barstaff making then wasn't drunk.

That was by far my worst experience at a hotel, firstly the room was dirty and did not have hot water. The second day we didn't even have running water. The staff were rude and generally very unhelpful, and refused to help in any way. When we asked how to rent a bike, we were simply told "NO" and to go outside. The swimming pool was in very poor condition, old and dirty, and the barstaff was clearly drunk on shift before 1pm.
