No merece el costo beneficio.

La.ubicacion.

El trato del check in no es cortes. El sitio descuidado. No hay agua caliente. Detalles como paredes sin repellar o llaves del lavabo con tubos improvisados. Lúgubre, y sucio. Solo lo use pocas horas para.tomar carretera de nuevo pues estabamos cansados del viaje. No regresaría.

Ubicación y amabilidad. En recepción muy atentos.

Al entrar olia un poco a humedad, pero un poco de Pinol lo arreglaria.

Cama muy cómoda y muy limpio La ubicación perfecta para caminar hasta la bahía

Creo que aún está en construcción ya que las paredes están en obra negra. Se sentía muy lúgubre la habitación pero una pinta dita y listo Aa y también no había agua caliente para bañarse

Ok for one night

Location is a quick walk to pier. Coffee was good. Free water. Staff is nice and very helpful. Has shampoo and soap. Ac works

Pictures are from when it opened, it doesn’t look like that anymore. Bathroom smelled funny, so keep the door shut and bathroom window open. No shower pressure, no hot water, you can clean your important bits at best. More attention to cleaning and property needs to be maintained/attention . Noisy to sleep.

Det var ett enkelt boende, men personalen var hjälpsamma och tillmötesgående.

Tog tid innan varmvattnet kom, skulle ha varit bra med ett minikylskåp.

Pleasant

Good location and bed. Nice staff. Good wifi.

2 dead cockroaches in shower, but it is the tropics after all. Room had very small window without view.

A gem for the price

Great spot, middle of Ave Heroes. Big room, good bed, good wifi, good AC. Nice and helpful staff. Free coffee and pan (super-sweet bread) in the morning.

A bedside table and light/lamp would be nice. A refrigerator would be nice. Very few if any english TV channels. Found 2 and they were on/off depending on programming.

The flooring either needs tiles or throw rugs, cold on bare feet water pressure not the best.

Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett rund wir durften unsere Sachen bis 24:00 bei Ihnen lassen, obwohl wir um 12:09 aus dem Zimmer ausgecheckt hatten

Quick, easy, helpful.

The girl working at the front desk during most of our stay was truly phenomenal. Kind, helpful and fun. By far the best service we’ve received during our 3 week trip traveling around the Yucatán Peninsula. Sweet bread and coffee in the morning was a nice touch.

Buena, sin tener nada para destacar

La ubicación era muy buena, se nota remodelado.

El trato del chico de recepción fue pésimo, su actitud dejó mucho que desear ya que se notaba molesto y solo daba órdenes. Muy mala atención al cliente.

Great value for money, some nice free extras, exactly what we needed

Nice size room with comfy beds, complimentary water, great shower. Good location for the ferry terminal, and as a bonus the hotel puts on free coffee and pastries for breakfast. Staff weee very friendly and helpful.

Il y a 4 places de parking devant l’hôtel, C'est au petit bonheur la chance le lit peu confortable

Sehr gute Ausstattung, nettes Personal, mega TV, sauber und bequemes Bett. Raucher balkon, kleines Frühstück inkl.

Habe kein warmes Wasser einstellen können.

excellent, exceeded expectations

This hotel exceeded my expectations based on the reviews. The room was big and new with a cool industrial style. Comfy bed, lots of shelving and a big tv. It was all great. The staff were very nice. Don’t expect a full free breakfast but it was nice to get free coffee and a pastry in the morning. The location also felt very central and the door buzzer system felt secure

Great location to catch the boat to Caye Caulker

Good location, super friendly staff and it was comfortable. Felt very safe and was easy to check in early!

It needs a freshen up around the edges- wear and tear is evident.

More like a school than a residence.

Clean room and facilities in general. A+++ to its staff. Good location.

Unfinished feel about it with bare concrete floors albeit polished and a distinct new concrete smell in the facilities.

Fine for the location near the boat departure to Belize and for the low price.

Room is a bit dark and dingy, shower is a bit disappointing but understandable for the cheap price. Bed uncomfortable and thin pillows.

Noisy hotel!

Room was spacious, and the hotel is centrally located.

It is super noisy. Avoid room 109, it is basically next to the front door; every time the front door bell rings or someone is talking at the front desk, you’ll wake up as it is so loud. This happened numerous times during the night, so if you want a good night of sleep, avoid room 109.

Never so bad

Staff tried to help by offering to change room.

Ventilation system was terrible, it was impossible to breathe. Started having an headache after 30 minutes in the room. Asked staff to change room, and they were kind enough to accommodate my request, but air in the second room was still aweful. Had to pack my stuff and leave the hotel.

location is good and the coffee and bread corner in the morning

bit of a strange smell but it was ok. we will definitely come back if we need to stay in Chetumal
