Dormi solo.porque estaba cansada

Ubicación solo.

Feo por dentro. El clima limitado hay que cargar una tarjeta para que fucione, el baño horrible y con muy mal olor. No tiene ningún servicio como plancha, teléfono. Deberían considerar poner una navera/ frigorífico/ refri. Mucha decepción.

La ubicación. La habitación era grande.

El estacionamiento es muy pequeño. No caben muchos carros y hay que estacionarse en la calle, un poco alejados al hotel. Camas algo incómodas. Solo me quedé una noche, solo fue de paso.

Simply BreathTaking

The Property and Pool might be the most beautiful Hotel I have ever seen in My Life; and this includes 1000's of hotels unfortunately. They have a bar, without bartender, which is nice because you do not feel pressure to drink there, awesome seating on first and second floor of common area, Front Desk Staff was very nice and professional, On Point English. Huge Workout Room. Plenty of BathRooms. There is a great local street with stores/take out/restaurants if you take a immediate right as soon as you leave property.

They need a Social Hour Weekly/PotLuck Monthly. Location is a bit far during the day to walk to town, but okay at night; not as hot. Be sure to get a local cabbie's WhatsApp Number. 987-107-0053?!

Not what you see on the pictures - misleading

The location was pretty decent.

The room looked nothing like the pictures on bookings. My room was tacky and the walls were dirty. I find it misleading to show pictures that does not reflect the actual product. We had one light source which controls all the lights. I could have gotten something better for the same price.

Disappointed Bday

I like the family room and the quietness.

The pool was hazy, plastic bottles,leaves, bird stool. It was not clean to swim and when advised staff took almost an hour to.come clean it.

The location was great and the room was comfortable.

The place smelled humid and other guests were very loud throughout the night.

My money wasn't well spent on the rooms and staff was not pleasant.

As we approached the lobby area, the steench of mole was very high. Gladly the rooms didn't have the scent. In one of the rooms, the bed was too low and a bit hard. The mattress seemed very dirty under the sheets. No one told us we couldn't take food and drinks to the pool. Pool was a bit dirty with bird feathers. There was a quite time of 10pm to 8am but staff came to our room saying that a complaint was made about noise when it was 9pm. Staff was very rude when tried to get towels to use at the pool. Towels given to use were torn. Menu stated that the price for a beer was 30pesos but they charged us double the price and stated that the beer was imported. It's very unfortunate that all this happened in just one overnight stay. Unfortunately we didn't take pictures but feel free to take a risk.

Disappointed customers

The staff was not welcoming and friendly. The room initially offered was unprepared for our arrival - dirty sheets and towels on the floor from previous customer. On reporting this we got a replacement room. The following day we were locked out of our room before the official departure time and there was no apology from staff. They seemed too occupied to engage with us.

First off we didn't even stay there we canceled our reservation and stayed some where else.they need to remove those pictures off their website the rooms we saw looked nothing like those on the their website.

The rooms were unclean we saw like four rooms and none of them was clean..they were bugs and the sheets on the bed was not clean. I would not advice no one stay here....they need to do a better jobs with these rooms for the high price that they are charging.

i did not enjoy my stay this tim e

I’ve stayed there before and was treated better

i booked the family room but unfortunately one of my family members was denied entry into Mexico so all tree of them went back to Belize so I was alone and asked the hotel to help me because I’m alone in a family room. they denied changing my room saying there are no more room. soon after I got my friend that was waiting for me in the car to go have dinner come in and book a room for himself and got it just that he was just testing them and canceled the room. so they refused to help me out! that’s bad for business. I would like a partial refund please im a loyal customer and travel as frequently as I could.
