About this apartment rental
This is high end Manhattan living with a spectacular private deck. Your sanctuary is in one of the busiest cities in the world - if you love both, city and nature, this is the perfect combination. Enter the 3500 sqft loft (and the 1500 Sqft private deck garden) through a private elevator. 6 huge south facing windows are framing the beautiful cast iron buildings on Lispenard Street and on the other side you look into your private garden and over the historic houses of Soho.
In the evening, light a fire in the wood burning fireplace and cook a meal in the huge high-end , and fully equipped kitchen, or play the Steinway Piano in the Music room & Library.
There is a 13ft long dining table for entertaining, as well as a big sectional sofa and theater-like screen & projector setup in the living area. Hang out in your beautiful private garden which is the heart of the loft and can be accessed from every room. There is a big sliding glass partition facing the private courtyard, that you can open 2/3 for a nice summer breeze.
The apartment has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There are exposed wood beams in the bedrooms. In the master bathroom has a walk in Steam shower. The views are beautiful both ways: south (Tribeca) and north (Soho). The apartment is on the 4th floor and is very bright since it has 15 windows to three different sides. The apartment is situated in a 6 story historic loft building from 1872. Tribeca is probably the best neighborhood in NYC: you're walking distance to great restaurants, bars and shopping. You are also close to all major Subways lines. Stay in your private sanctuary in the heart of downtown with a beautiful private garden.

Fantastic Tribeca Loft
We stayed in this wonderful loft space during the holidays in the heart of the City. The apartment has such amazing light from the big expansive windows and the open deck area. It was so nice to have heated floors and a steam shower during those cold winter days. We enjoyed cooking in this high end kitchen as well. Our host gave us great suggestions for takeout as there was no indoor dining during this time. The location is great for long walks and we enjoyed walking over to pier 25 and 26 as those were pretty close by. Shopping in Soho is really close too. There's also super close access to the subway. We would love to come back sometime!

Modern art at its best!
Amazing home in the highly popular area of Manhattan. Great design, convenient floor plan for two couples and 2 kids , very Lux kitchen, TV screen and Sonos music system - all the amazing amenities of a modern NYC life.
The host is a very responsible person - we really enjoyed our communication! Arne provided someone invaluable local advice.
If I will travel with my family to NYC again - I would love to stay there again :)))
