We had the most amazing time at Cindy’s loft! We were a family of 6 adults and a toddler and enjoyed the spaciousness of a truly unique NYC apartment. We had local friends and family visit who all echoed ‘we’ve never seen anything like this in NYC before’. It was very very large with the most stunning views from the large windows in the loft. My daughter enjoyed people/dog watching all day long from these windows. We all could retreat to our own corners when we wanted some quiet time and something unimaginable when you think of the size of usual apartments in NYC. We felt like locals for the time we were there and that was special, it felt like home. The house is artsy, lived in, warm and welcoming. The location was ideal as we could step out for a couple of hours, come back and relax before stepping out again. Lots of cute stores, restaurants, coffee shops and very easy access to the subway if you need to go anywhere else.
I would highly highly recommend this gorgeous apartment (you will feel like a celebrity when you stay here :) straight out of the movies)! We are definitely going to go back soon!

Once in a lifetime rental
You can tell by the photos on the site that this is a unique property. It is absolutely huge and encompasses four stories in a multi-unit apartment building. It is also very bright with motorized shades. Important since some of the shades are over twenty feet off the ground.
The location is prime. There is a grocery store and drugstore that are two minute walks away. A subway is very close.
There are amazing restaurants and bakeries close by. Never need to cook.
There are three formal bedrooms that have kings or queens. There are at least three different outside areas. At the very top level there is a garden with a dining table that seats six. A chance to have an alfresco dinner with jaw dropping views that you see only in the movies.
The owner designed the building and was in one of the other units. We never saw them but it was great to have them handy if a problem arose.
The only downside is the water pressure. This is a common problem in rehabs. Only one person could shower at a time.
All in all, this is a place that makes great lifetime memories. Rent this if you want something more than just a place to stay.

Great location and artsy comfortable space
We stayed at this apartment for 2 1/2 months to settle our daughter into the dorms at NYU and celebrate being empty nesters. Even during COVID we were able to walk the city and take in socially distanced museums and enjoy great outdoor restaurants within a short walk from the apartment. Cindy was super helpful in answering questions about the neighborhood and making sure the apartment was in perfect order at all times. We were amazed at how quiet the space is even though it’s in a part of town that is well trafficked. We enjoyed the rooftop garden with beautiful views of the city from every angle and views of the moon and even a few stars at night. On days when we took a break from the city life we enjoyed relaxing inside and admiring the views of the city from every window while sipping tea in the comfortable lounges, soaking in the natural light and high ceilings from the multiple open living spaces. We had plenty of space to receive visits from our 3 adult children who loved the proximity to little Italy, China town, Union Square, and more. We look forward to returning again soon!

This was a perfect property for an multi-generational stay.. we each had plenty of personal space and it was also conducive to gathering together. Cindy was super responsive and supportive. The location could not be better / shops, cafes on the doorstep.

Wonderful home , host and location !
Gorgeous home, eclectic and cozy at the same time ! We loved the well stocked kitchen, the wood burning fireplace, radiant floor heat throughout and of course the incredible location ; a perfect place for our Christmas and holiday gatherings. Cindy was a great host, very responsive and helpful about the home, the neighborhood and her favorite haunts. Highly recommended, can’t wait to come back, next time in summer to enjoy the decks.

Beautiful eclectic home in the heart of SoHo
Gorgeous home with neat architectural elements, style and comforts. We stayed there for a week in the fall and were really impressed with the natural lighting and rooftop views from the home. Although the streets were filled with activity the home was extremely quiet and relaxing while convenient to great restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. Cindy was very helpful and considerate to our questions and making sure that we were comfortable and happy. Can't wait to return.

the outdoor space and common areas are stunning and great places. The non-master bedrooms are small
