If your looking for a romantic getaway, a nice family vacation or just to get away from the office at an affordable price look no further! This unit overlooks both the ocean & the bay and walk out to the beach. You can have a romantic breakfast watching the sunrise over the ocean or mini-golf your way up and down the strip. Great for family vacations and the 4th of July Holiday.

The glass panes from dining room to living room give you a panoramic view of the Ocean to the Bay. The full kitchen allows you cook a dinner that a whole family can enjoy. Condo is a 2 bedroom condo. Sleeps 6 plus has a pull out Queen sofa. 2 full baths. Master bedroom has 1 double 1full bed, 2nd bedroom 1 full and 1 twin. 3 TVs (30' Widescreen HDTV in living room), 1 - 27' TV in Bedroom, DVD/VCR, CD stereo, cable w/pay channels, High Speed Internet, phone, central air, washer/dryer - Heated pool & Dry Sauna within condominium.

Pros - Easy access to beach, kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cooking items, clear communication with host, indoor pool for rainy days, views from inside and balcony were top notch Room for Improvement- Towels and blankets are old old old and could use some stain remover, in general several things are outdated and could be replaced based on wear Overall we enjoyed our stay. Parking was easy which was nice since there isn’t many options within walking distance for small children.

We usually visit Oran City during July 4th so that we can see fireworks at the beach. We chose to stay at this location because with 2 teenagers, it was a better value than getting 2 hotel rooms or a suite. We couldn’t have chosen a better place. There were 4 beds available in 2 bedrooms so everyone was able to get a good night’s rest. The location was great. The condo had both an ocean view and a bayside view which faced north so we had a fabulous view of the fireworks from Northside Park. The condo had easy access to the beach.

Great place to stay in OCMD! Lots of great restaurant options in the area, right on the beach, bus service to the boardwalk right outside the building. Kitchen is fully equipped for any cooking needs, comfy beds, beachy decor, and probably the most powerful shower I've ever used! Could not have asked for anything more!

Had a great weekend. Saw lots of dolphins. Condo had everything we needed and had awesome views. Could use a little updating, but was clean and comfortable. Great sunrises over the ocean!!

We thought that we were staying at a house, instead it was a condo, we thought there was an outside pool, it was indoors. Some updates would be nice but overall we enjoyed ourselves.

The property was clean, affordable, and convenient to the beach. The beautiful view is of both the ocean and the sound. The unit comes with sheets, pillows, and bath towels so less you need to bring!

The condo was in a terrific location, right next to the beach. The kids enjoyed the game room and pool. The condo was spacious enough for the 6 of us with beach views. Also the kitchen was fully equipped with everything I needed to prepare good meals for my family.

My party of four adults and one infant had a pleasant stay at this condo. We enjoyed the spaciousness of the unit as well as the view of the ocean and the bay. The condo was comfortable and homey, and it definitely met our needs.

The location was perfect for us! A great view of the beach and the bay from the balcony! A short drive to the boardwalk, but enjoyed the restaurants and other activities near the condo. The condo was a nice, temporary home. We didn’t use it much, but the pool was pleasant also. Great access to the beach from inside or outside the building

The owner’s communication was excellent and got us off to a good start. Bob’s place is comfortable and located on a beautiful beach. Pool and tennis courts are a plus. We didn’t realize we’d booked during bike week! So there was much more noise and traffic than we’d anticipated. But overall it was a great stay. I’d recommend and would stay here again.

We enjoyed our time at the Capri. The beach access was perfect. It was close to a lot of restaurants and activities. It is a bit far from the boardwalk. The overall look of this property is very outdated. However, we thought the pricing was fair and we had plenty of room for our family of five.

This is a wonderful property in a terrific location. We wanted a fun and easy beach vacation for the kids and boy did this deliver. A beautiful beach is right out the back door of the condo, the indoor pool was well maintained and a big hit with the kids. Throw in the game room and we only left the property once in 5 days to spend an afternoon on the boardwalk. Plan to go back again and stay at the same property.

Lovely stay, laid back condos with beach views! It was a short walk to the beach and the beach in front of the condo was not overly crowded even in the weekend. We did not use the balcony much due to the sounds of traffic. We stayed wed to wed and the outdoor door code changed on the weekend with no notice, luckily we realized while there was someone there to help. We would definitely stay again, all of the comforts of home :)

The check in process was great. Robert was kind enough to call letting me know when the property was ready as I came down early with my family. The condo was beautiful and the view was amazing. Overall, we had a great experience staying at this condo. The amenities were great. Enjoyed the indoor swimming pool, dry steam room, and game room with basketball hoop. Short walk to eatery places and of course to the beach.
